Stopped working on my Samsung Note 20, including downloaded songs. It displayed the play button, but that wouldn't work. I tried deleting files / re-download them, but same problem. I cleared the cache/data, uninstalled, restarted the phone, and uninstalled it again. Same issues. With Uninstalling and clearing data cache, seems like the files are not longer there to play or stream. Worked fine for a bit and then stopped today. It was really frustrating when everyone else had already started.

Doesn't work. I allow access to files. Then get something went wrong. Reopening app - something went wrong. Uninstalled, rebooted and tried again 3 times. Still not working. I need this for an event starting tomorrow. I'm glad that is a free event as it this experience is putting me off signing up for any paid events (btw I have an MSC in IT, this is not user error! ).

Fails to run more often than it works. Data, no data, Uninstaller, reinstall, airplane mode, downloading only one meditation at a time. Makes no difference, needs to be fixed instead of finding workarounds and excuses.

Same issue as others. Installed on LG but only 1 meditation plays on phone, WM1. Listening to WM2 on laptop in my apartment which is good today since it's cold and snowy in Denver. So the malfunction turned this from a long walk out into a free form dance meditation in which is very cool. Thank You! xo

this app doesn't work spend so much time trying todownload dr.Joe audio files its ridiculous for his event that cost me thousands of dollars and still can not use it this is a must have for the experience we are paying for...that's really a shame! can not use with Note9 / android

WM1 was fine, WM2 wouldn't play, so I followed the above to uninstall, and now it won't even let me sign in anymore. Hopefully it will be resolved soon...

This app is not functioning properly. I downloaded both wm1 and 2. 1 plays back, 2 doesn't. I have reinstalled the app 4 times already and still not working! Emailed dr. Joe's tech support twice with no results!

I am also getting "Something went wrong" message and the content page is empty, so I cannot access the meditation. Could someone please help, as the Inner Mission starts tomorrow 28th March 2020?
