This app is excellent in that it is comprehensive. Its downside is that recording dosages can be very tedious, executed stepwise. My suggestion would be to present a single form, with all doses due, and all the actions to be taken for each due dose available on that form. When all actions are selected, the user would then click Apply (or some other appropriate word) and the app would then execute all those actions. This would make interactions with notifications much easier.

Bait and switch marketing. All the older reviews here can basically be considered invalid. The developer removed the ability to see your history which was a free feature since it basically is the entire point of this app. I recommend looking at another app, there are better ones out there with less limitations.

Dosecast reminds me to take my meds on time and if I don't, nags me til I do. It's a godsend for forgetful or easily distracted people like. Also, it keeps a list of all the drugs I take or have taken and their strength. That's really handy when a doctor asks for that information. The only problem I have with the app is its problems with changing time zones. I sometimes have to edit my data while traveling. It's not a big deal. Overall, Dosecast is great.

I tested all the medication management apps I could find, it is the only app that actually manages the medication intake every x hours, from the first intake in the morning, regardless of its schedule. You can set time between intakes down to the minute, that's perfect, and the notification system is efficient. I just regret that the drug base does not allow me to find my products from France ...

I use the free version ,& have found it really useful . due to different medication being taken at different times of the day the alarm alerts me so I never forget. It's so easy to set up. It also helps at hospital appointments because I always have the list of medication on the app.

Update 7.2021 best medication reminder app out there. I've looked at a few others but none have the ability to notify in variable intervals like this app. Highly recommend. Briefly had trouble with notifications not coming through the phone but soon realized it was a phone problem not an app problem. One suggestion I would make to creators is, it would be nice if they would add multiple notification options as currently you can add multiple people but everyone has the same notification sound.

I've been using this app for at least 4 years and, with the exception of one flawed update back in 2017 (and very quickly resolved), it's been absolutely perfect and a real savior for me in managing my meds.
