I simply cannot find what I am looking for in this app. For example, when I wanted to find underwear they don't have it. Then, when I looked up my favorite listed brands and manufacturers (i.e. Wacoal, 3M Japan, Art Spirits, etc.), They have NOTHING OF WHAT I WANT!!! I DESPERATELY want to give Dokodemo a chance but they don't have everything I need to buy something. Their search engine is as dumb as a computer because it takes the query too literally and brings very inaccurate results.

the app is quite ok. but I used computer to order my first items. I ordered 2 packs of callogen powder, but on paper said its candy. and surely that got attention from customs here. when i received it, all over were covered with the powder one of the packing is broken. that is very dissapointed, from the packing and decralation on the paper. It is very unproffesional for such a big company with international service. Will definitely think twice if i am gonna order again.

Buying from different sellers has handling charges which makes it expensive to buy more items from different sellers. Website reaction a bit too slow. No changes in the cart if you do not come out of the current screen. Shipping costs is too high, making it very costly to buy more.
