What is the application? It specifies the breed of dog by pictures using your device's camera or image gallery. And as can be recognized by the human photos which of dogs he most resembles. And just for fun, the application can guess which dog you or your friends could be. How does it works? Picture is input to the expert system based on neural networks and its output formed hypothesis what breed of dog is shown in this photo. Very impressive! I didn't expect it to work. My dog is a mutt. We only know what breed his mother was, the rest has just been a guess by a handful of vetranarians & myself. App got it on the first try. Mother's breed was listed 1st & the 2nd was our best guess as well. Pretty good for just a photo of the dog laying down!

Too many ads in the free version. My photos would show up sideways or upside down. Then I would try to go to my gallery to get a different photo and there would be another 30 second ad. Plus, every time they gave me a different breed. Not accurate and waaay too many ads. Not a good app.

Doesn't work for mix breeds. The app keeps matching my dog up w/random mudium-large to large dogs w/black mouths. Dog Breed Auto Identify doesn't recognize that my dog is half Chihuahua. I think it's maybe for full breeds, which in that case, you should probably already know the breed of your dog and have no use for this app. Last negative, what's up w/the Tik Tok ad, I'm not 100% sure but isn't that getting or got banned in the USA.?.

Misidentified my dog and also would not let me out of the invasive pop-up ads. There is no way to back out, stop, or close the ads window so I uninstalled. How disappointing.

Horribly made app that does not even work. Just stays on "scanning" mode after you load a picture and does not nothing except for show Ads. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!

Works the best of all of this type of app. You need a clear profile pic to get a correct scan. Remember this is guess work because many breeds can have similar looks when mixed.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I tried this with a picture of my dog Sydney, who is clearly an Australian Shepherd and was told she is(and I quote 77% no any dog. Tried again using a pic of my sister's terrier and got the result that he is 84% no any dog. Ridiculous app don't waste time.

It is just guessing, it has no idea what it is. I used 2 photos for my dog, they had varying results neither of which he could be just because of his size. The first result was a mixture of small breeds, the second result a 92% Australian shepherd mixed with "1% no dog." I thought that the app used some kind of face identity software to generate an answer, but from what I can tell it just throws you a random answer. Don't know what I should have expected honestly, guess it's all for fun
