THIS APP IS HORRIBLE! It worked fine for a couple weeks connecting wirelessly through my phone and tablet but now it's trash. I'm ready to throw this thing out a window. No matter how many times I troubleshoot or go through the setup process it doesn't work. ES-300W is the one I have. Will not connect in AP connection mode no matter what!

This about app not scanner. App is garbage. Why do I need location turned on to access my scanner sitting right here? If you don't comply, app will close. Also, there's no auto-backup or sync, so when someone steals your phone, all your docs are gone with it. When you search for app, even though it's call "Epson", it's not there; it's under "Scan". Those are main complaints that make a fine scanner problematic because of a garbage app.

Garbage App - you need to disable wifi and cellular on your phone to use it. Scanner quality on the DS-60W isn't noticably better than just scanning with my phone camera, and it's ability to capture the page accurately is actually worse than my phone camera. Waste of money and time.

The android Epson DocumentScan app only allows scanning documents up to 15.5 inches. It generates a jam error on receipts longer than 15.5 inches. The ES-65WR scanner is spec'd at scanning documents up to 72 inches long. Long receipts works fine with PC Windows10 ScanSmart Scan.

Why hasn't this app been fixed??! Will not work. Even after clicking "Yes" to enable location feature, the app still doesn't work.

I'm able to connect and scan just fine, my issue is with the lack of ui options for job scanning. The Epson smart panel is not able to connect to my DS-575W scanner.

No automatic feed from the android app but is available on windows which is good but really need on android app to be useful for me. Will have to return.

Willing to edit review once a fix is provided.. long term android user.. always worked fine, a part from occasional connection issues I was always happy to use this app. Went to use scanner today, it connects fine and loads app, press scan and it reverts to default app screen. Annoying as I need documentation scanned now, I just trawled through reviews and seems this issue is a few months old and should be fixed by now!

I can't connect to ES-60W on Android with this app. I have connected to the scanner's SSID successfully, but the app can't find the scanner.
