I love the idea and wish it would do what it promises! Maybe it was my fault. Is there anything more for me to do in addition to turning the service on. I gave 3 stars just for the intention. If fixed I would gladly rate it much higher.

Android 10, Huawei Honor 10 Lite. Service active resets to off when app closed. It should hold the setting, or preferably an option to run in background, like the Motorola app. In Android App Settings I have Auto launch and Run in Background settings on. There should also be an option to disable for selected numbers or when a person rings more that x times. Notifocation screen message covers other icons. The notification should be inside the Do Not Disturb icon. This is not a major issue though, as notification can be switched off.

Good start but looking for one that will basically be a shortcut to the android settings do not disturb where you can have your favorite contacts still ring through in case of an emergency or something important.
