The app sometimes loses connection with the camera. Push messages / alarms work fine. Play back of alarms, is a bit odd, you get a static picture , percentage counter for download goes from 0 to 100, screen turns black, counter goes from 0 to 100 again, then the recorded snapshot is shown.

Horrible! I install these from day one and would NOT have my clients use. Keeps logging out and then you need to recall the new password you did last time it logged you out. And when YOUR NOT LOGGED IN, You have NO SECURITY NOTIFICATION ON SOMEONE BREAKING IN. I Only recommend Dahua, and waited long time for their doorbell. Now I need to find another company. SuX

I have this system in my home and reset modem this morning and I have lost 5 of the 6 cameras. Have reset twice now with no luck. Can't get hold of the company that installed the system and have lost it on my computer as well.

Latest update disabled stored favorite locations for PTZ cameras. This needs to be re-enabled. Also, periodically the app will require you to login again as it doesn't recognize you. Please fix quickly as I rely on this app for surveillance for my house.

Worked well for a while and was handy to see my cameras. However with latest update push notifications for my alarms has stopped, not great when you aren't at home!

Only 3 stars due to app's inability to work on a cellular network. Fundamemtal failure as its main use - for me at least - is when WiFi network is not available!

Will only connect to cameras when on wifi, won't work with cellular network since last update Edit: has been 6 months since last review and still no fix from developer. Terrible app and terrible support, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I have lost the connection with my tablet. How do I add another device to view cameras live and set alarms? I find this app very confusing.

Not worth having. Bought an OYN-X eagle cctv system for the reason that I needed to be able to view from mobile app. The system was recommended and since downloading the app it worked a couple of times then keeps saying connection failed. This needs to be sorted and are going to return the system and inform the shop that it's not worth recommending it for people who want mobile footage. The developers need to sort this out!!
