If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times.     I find this APP very informative, and user friendly. I like being able to access the maps for all four parks, along with the wait times for the rides. I also like being able to create, change and delete FastPasses. It also allows you to create a "party" with the various members of your group attending the park with you, and book FastPasses as a group. You can also make restaurant reservations with it. Must have for riding Rise of the Resistance.

    Great app but... If you want to book fast pass for multiple rides it's annoying that you always have to select park and date again. And it would be great if you can save your group and don't have to select all party members every time again. Fast pass booking itself is working good. Waiting times are very important to know. We really enjoy using the app and hope it will be improved more.

    Great app when it works but has often failed on me in the past. Hopefully latest version will be more stable. Unfortunately this survey doesn't run properly either and it's not possible for me to select "yes" in answer to the following questions as only "no" and "not sure" are visible on my phone screen.

    There isn't a good search or help section. You can call Disney and wait on hold. I sent an email to ask a question I received an automatic reply that my inquiry will be addressed in 2 days. It also is a major battery drain, so be warned. However, there's no alternative app to use, so smile and persevere. I did like the park map listing current wait times.

    Used to work great. Then a few weeks ago while trying to plan my trip for March my trip/plans wouldn't load at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still wouldn't load. So I logged out thinking I could just log back in. Nope. It keeps saying they've experienced a problem. This has been going on for at least 4 days now. I've been making all my plans on the website. This is useless to me now.

    Have had the worst experience using this app, all right before planning our trip. I even cancelled some of our dining reservations because I couldn't get the app to work properly. Also still couldn't make dining reservations the days we were at the parks. Always said there was an error. I uninstalled and reinstalled and logged out and in again, even had tech look into it to no avail:(

    Live near, making fastpasses when I decide I am about to go is great. When you book a hotel ,at Disney, you go straight to the park and you get notifications when your room is ready. Also, the ability to purchase a meal before you get to the restaurant aaand ONE LINE YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT IN IS GREAT!!!

    Frustrating user interface makes what should be simple actions nearly impossible. You can't approve someone adding you to their friends list in the app, even though there's a button for it. Your friends list may not show you people who have been on it for months. The only thing it does decently is show the two hour wait times for rides that you're stuck with because you couldn't get fast passes because the app wouldn't let you add everyone.

    Have used this app for years and have never had any problems. After this latest update all my plans have disappeared and it won't let me link them back up. It's my 180 days this weekend and I want to book dining reservations but according to the app it can't link my booking. After un-installing and re-installing it, logging out and back in, then having spent 2 hours on the phone from the UK tonight we still don't have a App that works.

    "This app can...." -"let you manage fastpasses!" Not very well. We used the mobile website and were much more successful. -"gives you a map to navigate the park!" Sure. And you can see wait times. And you can kind of get directions but .. there is no zooming out to see where you are or moving the map at all. - can we also talk about how crappy the wifi was everywhere? Yikes. Even our resort (caribbean beach) was worse than being on data.. Get your stuff together Disney!

    I like it.. sometimes slow.. have used in the past.. disappointed in lack of fast passes.. have visited WDW 13 times in past.. trip starting 2.13 for 10 days with whole family.. very sad Splash mountain will not be up by end of trip. Awaiting Avatar for first time. Hoping your refresh and real time wait time options are up to par with 2 grandkids seeing WDW for first time!!!!

    Used to be great but in the last few days it's been impossible to check plans with annoying errors. No reservation found but tickets are. When you try to link, it says its already linked, to the account you are logged in with! Uninstalled , restarted, does not work. Have been forced to use Web page but that won't help you with rise of the resistance groups....

    The meal reservation section consistently crashes or fails to load. This happens on all 4 different phones in my family. Everything else works well but it is frustrating having to phone and make bookings when there is an app that should work. I hope it is working properly by the time I go to Disney!

    It took someone from "my guest experience" to fix our tickets so the app would work correctly. App keeps saying we have reached our limit on fast pass for the day. Cannot find anything showing a daily limit except for the 3 at one time. The company needs a lot of work on this app.

    I like the older version better so far by just browsing through it, however this app is your life blood when you are in the parks!!! It has sooo many uses while you are at the parks. Shows, parades, character locations and most importantly..... wait times for rides! This app also helps in planning, because you research the wait times and figure out the best options for fast passes!

    Too much lag. Need to improve navigation. For example, if location services are on and your trying to check park times, why have to back out and have to select the park you want to know times from default of MK. If you have made your FP choices that aren't your top 3 (were best options at the time), you have no way to check if the ones you prefer became available so you can switch? Your forced to cancel at least one to check. Maybe allow 2nd choice and then notify with option to change.

    I like the convenience of it.. But its difficult to navigate. It also could have a few more filters. Example: when searching the meal plans, should be able to pull up restaurants that accept the meal plan. So you dont easte time looking at each restaurant before you fimd one that works.

    Help plans disappeared I've updated the app and all my plans have disappeared and I arrive in a few days time. Very concerned I won't be able to use the app and it will affect my trip. This needs resolving. I've seen many posts on social media from people experiencing the same issues.

    App does not realize all reservations and there is no way to add reservations. App does not have section to show quickest way to other attractions . For example from our resort it was a 12 minute bus ride but the directions in app gave a 66 minute trip. A lot of advertising but lacking in useful information

    Terrible. Went to my month and day and selected to create account. Because it was said I was unable to create an account and would not let me put another date in. Had to go into my settings of my Samsung Galaxy 7 phone and force a stop of the application. Started it back up and it allowed me to enter date again. This time I went back a few years. Same way to change date or input manual. You really expect me to flip thru 58years x 12 months to get to my birthday?

    For the last few days i have not been able to load 'My Plans' (on my Samsung S9). I have signed in and out of my account and uninstalled and reinstalled the app on numerous occasions but this hasn't resolved the issue. The app support team at Disney emailed me yesterday to confirm their is a known issue for some Android users which is under investigation but they did not provide any expected time for resolution.

    Plans and chat option no longer available. All was working fine until recent software update and now I am no longer able to see my plans (fastpasses and restaurant bookings), resort hotel details, start check in, and I can no longer chat with a cast member. Calling WDW had a wait time of approx 20mins - the chat was much faster! Please fix urgently!

    Always issues loading my tickets and plans, have to reload app every week, for the all money Disney is worth I would think their app would be cutting edge and reliable, love Disneyworld but the app is poor. Disneyland app works much better and their max pass is far superior to the free fast pass disneyworld has. Roger

    I love this app. It has a map and on the map you can look at where merchandise is,food and much more. It let's you plan your trip and see the latest things. I recommend this app to everyone who is going to Disney or goes to Disney frequently. It is great!!! : ) 5 stars !!!!!!! : )

    Easy to navigate and provides great information. However, have had so many issues - linking our booking took weeks, fails to link friends who are going at the same time and won't even let me add guests from my own party to our dining reservations. Really frustrating for what should be a brilliant app from a normally brilliant company.

    Not organized well. Links don't go where expected. Hard to find what I was looking for. No explanation to correctly link tickets. I lost 6 days of park usage on one of my family member's tickets because the app showed I owned all the tickets, and he had none.

    Extremely useful and at times mandatory. Struggles with refresh sometimes, but thats due to the volume of users. Need to streamline managing family and friends party, as some people can see only few others, while some can see and schedule events for all.

    Used to be brilliant but new update makes it unusable. Can no longer see any fast pass reservations or dining reservations, unable to order magic bands. It's not my account as the website works (although not to make changes or order magic bands but I can see plans) and also works on my husbands iPhone so assume it's an android issue. Please fix ASAP as this is creating major issues for those visiting soon.

    Disney state you have to download this app to book experiences within the parks but the app simply goes to a blank page everytime you try to book anything. After calling disney for help they told us they couldnt help and it was an app issue. Sadly it still hasnt resolved our not being able to book any experiences, and we now fear we will miss out on holiday. Not a good app at all, very dissapointed.

    Terrible app, not user friendly, cryptic errors when trying to add family members, search capability pretty much nil. Had to try numerous times entering numbers to link to account. Tickets purchased through Cosco, names listed but without accounts. So app makes you create an account before you can use it, now my name appears twice and there is no way to merge them. Hours wasted on this app!

    This app is entirely unintuitive, and it direly needs to be reworked in order for it to be mandatory use in order to go to disney. One big thing would be consistent UI/UX on android and apple devices - it was seriously difficult to do even simple things, like linking tickets and getting fast passes.

    Terrible app. Lots of quirks and bad programming. Not good at having multiple family members manage an account. Why does selecting a birthday literally make you scroll month by month... No year selection available. Takes us middle aged folks like 10 minutes to select age.

    Really really complicated app to use. As an ex cast member even I find this app hard work. The customer service team on the live chat are extremely helpful. If it wasn't for them then my experience of this app would be a 0. Sort it out Disney!

    Cannot reserve Fastpass times. Have tried repeatedly. Also NOT user friendly. To reserve Fast pass time, after you are able to lock one in (with great difficulty) you've got to start over at the beginning....go through the whole process...only to fail to reserve a spot. Boo.

    Some things are annoying. I couldn't enter a credit card via the scanning method, because my card has no embossed numbers. Most things are excellent, pre-trip, allowing me to coordinate with fast flying family members for trip details.

    Up until today worked great was able to book everything easily but now all my plans and reservations won't load in the "my plans". Luckily they are still there on the main website but Please fix the app it's so much more convenient to use.

    Used this a few years ago on a disney trip and it was seamless. I'm not sure if they added too much or what. The options are not as intuitive. Going from wait times to attraction locations and info is clunky.

    The UI is nearly unusable. Swipping back 40 years x 12 months to enter my birthday is insane, especially when accidentally hitting outside the box cancels it. Not selecting a year over 18 years deems you ineligible and I had to uninstall the app completely to try again.

    It does freeze quite often, but it is a lot of fun. Playing with our entire family. It really deepens the experience with Disney Play. We have seen more and focused on all of the details that you miss if youare just focused on the rids.

    We had two reservations/rooms and the app did not handle it well at all. Ordering at the mobile order spots was confusing and I ended up getting charged 2x. Thank goodness all the cast members here are so helpful, it made up for my challenges.

    Used to be good but I cant view my plans any more. All my dining reservations and fast passes wont load up. I've had to use the website instead. Best feature of the app was having everything in one place and now that's not working! Please fix this bug, Disney!

    App locks up frequently. Date picker for birthday only allows you to go one month at a time instead of selecting your birth year. Problems linking family accounts. Developers should have caught most app issues before released to public.

    Semi functional app, it will tell you where things are with incorrect wait times and reservation system that requires a credit card, but won't accept it through the picture system or entered manually.

    This app guarantees that the user will be in total frustration the moment that they are told to use it. There is no logical indicators to give the user any idea of "where to start or what to do" When you arrive at the park and then are told to use this app... Believe me, your vacation is ruined....pure stress, frustration, the endless pecking at your phone trying to get a fast pass and can't figure out how and then a total resignation to.... Defeat.     Doesn't have bandwidth to accommodate the rush when everyone tries to book fast passes 30 days out. Repeatedly unable to load available rides, meaning some are unavailable by the time it finally works.

    It's a bugs life! Since the last update all access to plans, fast passes, check-in, magic bands etc has disappeared. Whoever updated this has Goofed and are taking the Mick. I supose there'll be plenty of Duckin and divin trying to sort it.

    Could be far better. Map could auto position on location. Auto suggest shortest lines for area. More faq for showtimes / push notifications for parades. Maybe automatically suggest shows close to current location.

    Recent changes have made My Plans harder to access. Front page is a bunch of advertisments. Not possible to search for plans/reservations by location, date and time.

    one of the worst app platforms I have used. Google maps works better to find places and the wait times were not accurate at all on any of the rides.

    Cannot make dinner reservations. When calling long wait time to be told not to use the app but a desktop. Still does not work with desktop.

    Very useful, but the user interface is clunky, slow, awkward and often makes it hard to find information you want and need.

    Poor, this app is slow, overworked and will not allow me to to view my annual pass information and it will not allow me to modify my guest list, link hotel reservation, nor will it allow me to link guests to my hotel. This is NOT an error on my part, I am getting messages from the app telling me it can nit perform these functions and directs me to another site. Come on Disney step up your game if you want guests to use this app to its full capacity or has it reached it's full capacity?

    I really liked the app... Until about three days ago when I stopped being able to access my plans at all on it. Really disappointing. Please sort it out!

    Map needs a little work, maybe a little compass in a corner might help hard to tell the direction your walking compared to where you really are.

    I do miss having to follow the maps of each world.. it was like a treasure hunt. However this app makes it so much easier for parents or siblings taking young ones to enjoy the magic so i give 2 thumbs up

    We love this! Being able to see what's going on day-to-day in Disney builds our sense of excitement as we anticipate our vacation! And being able to make our plans and reservations in advance, and have an adjustable itinerary once we get there, reduces the stress for me. Update: Now planning yet another trip to Disney World! I don't know how I would do it without this app...

    I'm giving this app five stars because it's such a necessity but the fact is the navigation tool to help you find the rides that you're looking for is slow and not very accurate. So I would give it four stars but I don't want to take away from the fact of how useful it is for every other single thing that you do here at Walt Disney World, the most magical place on Earth.

    Photo pass has not worked at all for 24 hours. The problems started 3 to 4 months ago. The problems have progressively got worse. In 24 hours restarting the ago app over 75 times, i was able to download 2 pictures. I have waited a year for the magic shot in front of haunted mansion. Now i can't download the pics. I see them. When i click on the pictures, my screen goes black and logs out of the app.

    I Loved this app until my phone did an update. NOW IT HAS STOPPED WORKING.i have a samsung a 70 so does my husband and his app is not working either but my sons iphone is. Please fix it.

    Indispensable for a trip to WDW. We're annual pass holders and use it constantly for reservations, food ordering, FP+, wait times, etc.

    Has you relink account constantly. Couldn't make fast pass selections because the account wasn't "linked" yet you can see the tickets and names in the app.

    Tbh. This is a fantastic app. I love the mobile ordering feature and The ability to reserve fast passes and reservations and seeing what the wait times are. I do have one minor gripe however. I wish that when you viewed a store (I.E. the frontier trader in frontier land) you could access specifically that store's inventory, rather than the app just sending you to the in-app store It would make finding the product I want so much easier.

    This app was amazing for getting around the parks with how accurate the maps are and preorderimg food was awesome because it was one less line we had to stand in. The fast passes were difficult to figure out. We had to adk someone for help and they seemed kinda judgemental when we asked. Every single ride we wanted to go on we didnt because the line was over an hour and a half and everysingle fast pass was gone.

    Access amd exploring are great and gives the updates and tools to make your way around each area of WDW. One thing that is irritating is the fastpass selections and making one, then having to go back to the begining to start over for your second or third time in making the 3 max your allowed. Also locking out your Annual Passholders for the fastpass on new attractions opened is unfair, giving vaca. vistors 60 vs 30 when PH visit all year spending money with each visit. Fix that and it works.

    I don't think that Disney does a great job with their software. This is missing some key features... #Like the best way to get from where I am to my intended destination #my dining reservations don't show up from the home screen #We purchased a memory Maker package, and our photos showed up with some white text and a link telling us how to purchase the package it already had #bus schedules don't show up... And the screen at the boardwalk has been broken for a long time. It is pretty

    App allows you to organize, keep track and make changes to all of your vacation details to Disney. In the not to distant past, I used to hand out Excel spreadsheets to my family members when we went to Disney and now I just share the information with everyone and it's on their smart phone. Great app.

    Never had a problem with the app and it does a great job of combining Disney services. We use the food ordering every time we're there.

    Very slow when loading Fast Pass options at 7am in the mornings. Also slow at random times during the day in the park.

    Don't like the fact that it does not allow or is very difficult to find out how to reserve rooms or special events. Good for fast pass and dining though

    Has not been a magical experience using this app. It's been 10 years since I have visited Disney and the app has moved backwards. Ugh.
