Connecting to the Internet in the parks: Without a strong Internet signal, wait times, park hours and schedules may not update accurately. You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings.

Note: Some features in this app will require your full name, country, birthdate and email address, as well as access to your location data. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager.

This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards.

    It is a great app. I've been going to the parks quite frequently and it really comes in handy to know the wait times, availability and I managed to get on "Rise of the Resistance" which was amazing. The only problem is that the app is kinda buggy at times and most of the time you are not operating inside the app, but you are taken to external websites.

    my disney experience walt disney world resort App still needs a lot of work. Integration with multiple parties to include passes and tickets is not reliable. My group could not get this to work. Also phones did not work with opening room door and we have all different kinds of standard phones. The map could use a lot of work with better zoom and detail esp if you get lost. Due to this app I ended up paying 2 deposits on my room. It has potential though. Update: still needs work. Not user friendly.

For an app that is basically needed for everything at the park, you'd think Disney would make it user friendly. I've had to reenter party size, date, and credit card information for reservations multiple times to make them work. Also the fact that this incomplete app is needed to purchase food at the parks is ridiculous.

    walt disney world my disney experience help The app itself is clearly lacking considering you can't use to make the required park reservations; just links to a website where you have to login again. Used the mobile food ordering at MK and ended up waiting outside in the heat along with other customers. The sub-par park experience during this pandemic is definitely not worth the Disney premium prices and still charging $25 to park in a near empty lot. Disney won't make it through the pandemic with the corporate greed ethos.

    walt disney world my disney experience app Worst park experience of my life. Diabetics and those with meal timing concerns don't bother. The technology does not work and app ordering is all that is being relied on. By the time you're hungry or thinking about meal time it's already too late. Souvenir cups have no incentive for purchase. One time use and no discount on further drink purchases as substitute. This is not my first Disney experience but it will be my last.

App was working fine last week and today I use it and asks for all my info saying it needed to be updated. Really really pissed off.

    The app works good for individual park maps and wait times. However, it could be better with the individual bus schedules for the different resorts; and if it allowed you to view the individual park maps night before instead of only when you are in the park, for planning purposes.

    The app is very useful however adding debit card or credit card information to individual magic bands is very difficult and using gift cards to pay for mobile orders is non-existent due to the fact that the update for that bug only went through anyone with an iOS based phone however Android phones cannot use gift cards to pay for mobile orders! Please fix immediately

    Application is anything but smooth. Search function is inconsistent. Every park food option is listed together and takes time to sort through. The walking gps park navigation does allow you to zoom out and accuracy is highly questionable. Limited Skyline info in app.

    I am constantly frustrated with this app and fast pass access. It was once an intuitive map. Now everything is buried. I use it because I have to, but it is not pleasant.

    Since you have to update, to get your pictures, you have to try to download it 3 or 4 times! A BIG PAIN IN THE BUTT!!! Not very user friendly!!! You need to fix it !!!

    This is terrible! Having a que that disappears in less than a second is horrible. Having to use a useless app to get on a ride when lines are fine is wrong! After paying this much money to be denied a ride is boondagas!

    App is fine, but the capability of Disney system to handle even normal crowds sux - even though they have more than sufficient area coverage. In other words, the"pipe" needs to be much wider, not necessarily "taller", and able to handle more simultaneous guest transactions. If that ever gets fixed, then this app will be a killer.. just one more example of Disney's constant price increases where the money doesn't go to anything that actually adds any real value... Months later, with reduced crowds but maybe more mobile app use, it is slower than ever. Also, no matter what I try, it logged me out and I cannot log back in - not a password issue. Reinstalling as a last resort. There are many functional improvements that should be made, but getting it to work as advertised might cause me to elevate it a couple of stars on that basis alone. As is, shame on Disney for such a poor job.

    Absolutely trash app. Disney trying to integrate everything when they can't even get basic account creation correct or functional. Been turned away by actual human beings asking for a table because I didn't go through the app to check availability. App told me I cannot create an account with no further explanation or justification and shut me out. WDW clearly prioritizing their data mining operation and ability to market with revenue uncertainy before their forced all-in-one "solution"

    Unable to set up a group. We have the same 5 people every time we go. We can't link the hotel reservation to the park reservation to each of us.

    Many times you cannot find what you need on the app and almost 100% of the time so wait times are wrong! Mobile ordering should be a lot easier and give the option to put two cheeseburgers and have customization for each one or put two drinks and pick the two drinks instead of having to add one at a time.

    The App was fine, but way the restaurants in the park required you to choose a time for dining wasn't user friendly to pick open and available times. We tried to get help from one of the hostesses at the restaurant to schedule a lunch but she said it could only be done in app and offered no assistance. We settled for a pretzel stand. The rest of the app options operated flawlessly and was helpful.

    1 improvement to suggest . . . When your searching for things like dining for reservations. Anytime you go into a 1 venue to look at the menu, and hit the back button to go back to the search results . . . it starts you all over again. You have to put in the dates again, then apply your filters again . . . a save 'search criteria' would be a great addition.

    Lots of information you need in one place, even where the restrooms are. COVID has challenged us to do almost everything in new ways, not the least of these enjoying the Disney experience. App developers have included things we need to know to navigate the current terrain, including a (very obscure) link to the park reservation calendar to enable ticket-buyers, resort guests and Annual Passholders to see which parks are available to reserve for any future date. Well done!

    I have a galaxy s20 and can't use the app at all. I am still unable to sign in on my phone at all. I have escalated the issue to tech support, but even after 2 month. Nothing has changed. 😥 sad because I want to be able to enjoy the app like everyone else

    My magic bands show up in the app but none of my reservations are showing up in the app. It states I don't have any reservations but when I access my Walt Disney account on my computer, I printed my reservations out and they show active there. I've been using the app for a long time and not had any issues. Something is wrong with the latest update of the app.

    Not as easy to work as DL app is. When iOs runs differently from Android, instructions to locate items within my app don't work for me as most people use Apple and we use Android. Frustrating when nothing works unless I have a trip upcoming, no ride wait times listed, nothing. I could get to my magicbands 3 days ago, now there is no longer a place to locate my MB. All of the $ Disney takes from me annually on merch, food and tickets and they can't get a basic app to work all of the time. :(

    App has severe connection issues and not updating information properly. Ordered food and couldn't get it because it still showed it was being prepared. Fortunately, a cast member noticed we were waiting a long time and checked on our food. It had been ready for 25 minutes! I have reached out and reinstalled the app as requested and has not helped. This has been a not so magical experience

    It's nice to have biweekly reminders of the park, but the videos sent are too short and the content not as rich as I would like. The old Disney Parks Blog would be better during these times! Insider news on any work being done while the parks are closed, for instance: repairs, inspections, refreshing, etc... it's fun to know!

    It's all so confusing, from booking a resort to buying tickets to understanding all the covid-19 restrictions, early closures. Found out after the fact that with a park hopper ticket doesn't mean you can go from a water park to a theme park therefore my hour at studios and one ride ( slinky dog) cost me and my son a whole day $100 ticket each. That was an expensive rollercoaster ride. I paid over $800 for 4 day tickets then later another $200 to add on park hopper....I feel kind of robbed.

    Not every user is an apple user. I think this app is glitchy for Galaxy/Android users. Having to uninstall to make it work. Freezes and it doesn't let u access the info u r looking for. Horrible experience, constantly "having technical difficulties retrieving data from the server Please try again later" Can't use it at all!

    This app is helpful for planning and going on a Disney World trip. I would like to be able to see park hours a year in advance to be able to better plan your vacation. Also would to see special event times a year in advance, for planing.

    Good app for some things like food and wait times. Food is easy to mobile order and reservations are easy to check-in and iew menus. My con is that facilities like bathrooms are not marked very well or not at all. Overall I think it only needs minor tweaks

    Doesn't work, I can't login to my account, it just takes me back to the login screen....and because the only way to eat now is by using the mobile order function, it's useless. I had some cast member literally just keep telling me to order food from the app as I repeatedly said it doesn't work.... ridiculous

    The app times are not correct. Way too high. Not sure if I ever had to wait as long as the app said. Also the interactive map keeps zooming out on its own, often while I'm trying to zoom in on something.

    It rarely loads completely. While I am able to search for items, it never loads my current plans. Wireless and cell data do not matter. 40% of the time it tells me it is unable to complete a transaction.

    Manage many things in the app. Features depend upon what types of tickets you have limited. Photo Pass for example. Make sure you add everyone in your party so one person can manage everyone at once. Good experience.

    Bring back shop parks. This app description claims that you can locate merchandise, which I assume is referring to the merchandise map that was so helpful in shop parks, but the map is no where to be found. Why would you get rid of that feature???

    This is probably the slowest, most buggy app I've ever used. I still can't get any of my plans to show up even after uninstalling, reinstalling, logging out, back in, whatever. Just all around awful.

    Terrible app. The one thing you are forced to do is order food on the app, and it fails 99.9% of time. If you empty memory cash and restart phone it may work. Good luck, really made for apple phone not android. Boarding pass failure also.

    Definitely need to navigate Disney World. App is surprisingly buggy for a Disney product. Crashes, unintuitive navigation settings for maps, search is not robust. Samsung Note 10+ with all AT&T updates.

    In-App live updates don't work. Such as when waiting to pock up food. The screen animates as if it will provide a live update when its ready, but it doesnt. You have to watch for the notifications.
