It keeps saying that it needs an internet connection while watching downloaded movies, what's the point in that? Also it doesn't always auto resume. Another thing is that it sometimes plays the next episode of a TV show automatically but other times is doesn't. Overall the app is good, if they would just sort out these small issues then it would be great.

Good concept and value for money. Works fine on my Smart TV but the app constantly crashes on my phone and now wont open. I just get left with a blank screen. Tried re-installing it dozens if times but no difference. This has got worse since the update to Android Pie (using Note 9). Needs to have a "favourites" or "recently watched" section. Having young kids that want to watch the same film over and over yet I have to manually search every day is a bit annoying.

annoying, i love the idea of it but on my phone and firestick buffering is a problem. if it was a quick buffer and back to the show, it would be ok. but it buffers and doesnt even start again, have to come out of the movie and start it again. when your paying a monthly cost for something you expect it to work properly! please fix this or i will have to cancel and i really dont want too!

On the whole as a major Disney fan this app is great, everything I could want all in one place, old stuff, current and new things being added all the time. Genuinely the thought and content is a treat. My only issue is it's super fussy on the mobile app and the discount code never works online, I always have to pay full price and then get the difference refunded after talking to guest services who are always super helpful and I've never had a problem with, it's just not the point.

The content is brilliant but some very simple functionality is missing. For example, it's kind of a given that I'd like to know what episode has been watched so I can continue from where I left off. Really disappointed that there is no real personalisation in that respect. The app itself works fine though and as I say, the content is amazing.

Selection of content is great, although surprising that there are no Marvel films. 2 big problems. Firstly, the app freaks out whenever I open it. Flashes up the logo screen repeatedly and goes no further. Have to close the app, reopen it, and repeat until it finally boots. Secondly, the autoplay feature seems completely random and is disruptive. I put a lullaby album on while I put my son to bed. when the album ended, the app played a REALLY loud High School Musical song and woke him up

It's great that Disney do this but the app is slow, anything you watch keeps freezing and then you need to keep restarting it. Got it on my firestick and my PC and laptop and it's the same after 5 minutes watching it freezes. Nothing else does this, Netflix, prime all are great but this needs slot of work on it and the signing in is aweful too. Took me about an hour to get set up due to their system telling me my account is not valid even if I was signed in on my phone but couldn't on the other devices. I would avoid it for now and not worth paying for if anything you watch freezes after 5 minutes, and no it's not my internet.

Typical disney. Don't waste your money on this app, it's cheaper going out to buy the physical copies. Never anything new added in terms of latest movie's, even when released on disc, they don't really add anything new to be honest. Only ever crappy Ebooks or sounds. Not to mention you need Internet access 247. Or you can't use the app. So pretty irrelevant.

Installed app for the first time on Android device about a week ago. Within the last week I've needed to fully reinstall the app on 3 occasions on my phone alone after it crashed. - Content was playing fine after downloading, app crashed, would then never reopen - Reinstalled, played a single song, crashed again, would never reopen - Reinstalled, played 6 songs, crashed again, would never reopen. In all cases the cache was cleared before reinstall to see if this would resolve the issue and it didn't. App has crashed too on our TV and on android tablet, and fails then to reopen. Feels very disappointing that the app for a paid for service should be this unreliable, it's extraordinary how often it crashes and is then never able to recover.

It's good that all the disney movies I can think of is there. But heck, this app is so slow. Creating an app that's against netflix which is a lot better than this? This would use big improvement. Everytime I watch and have to transfer to a different app for awhile, the movie won't play. Either that or it's so slow at loading. I always have to restart the app. It doesn't have a forward action. Even if the movie was downloaded, it waits for internet connection. I love disney. But it's this app..
