Great app that is user friendly. Game changer. Skip the lines to buy food or coffee. You can choose anytime to buy breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. You can see how long lines are and, you need the app to ride on the new rides in California Adventure and Disney. You can also skip the line in the store for those purchases for home.

Very buggy. Crashes often. Links don't take you to the proper destinations, frequently freezes after opening the app or selecting a menu button. Descriptions on virtual queues do not tell you if the walk up line is available. The app is convenient when it does work, but it takes too much patience to recommend as a nice alternative to a normal paper map/panflet. Not impressed.

I accidentally bought a child's ticket instead of an adult's ticket on the app. It's confusing even though it could be my part. there is no actual name for the ticket just ages and i thought the ten was the child's option. The adult option should be first with ADULT 10+ and should have a drop menu if a child tix would be included. I'm now on hold with customer service to fix this issue and to hopefully change it to an adult's ticket.

I like the app. Wish there was more information about photos and linking them in the park somewhere. The other thing that I am unhappy with is that I spent a lot of money to get into the parks and could not ride the virtual que rides. They fill up to fast and don't allow you to ride like normal.

I was very disappointed that Disney would have their customers rely on an app. There were very few staff members throughout the park. Noone to ask basic questions. The bathrooms were not as clean. So many rides not working. I love Disneyland but after this experience I would not go back anytime soon. Especially with the limited food options. With restaurants booked months in advance, why sell more entry tickets to the park?

Fun good info for rides & attractions! Especially for people with disabilities. Thank you XOXO Diane Hammond Gardnerville NV Best Time ever. Great food ate at Blue Byou, Plaza Inn 2x. Halloween Fun. Had the Hopper tickets all great especially like my mint chocolate chip Milkshake from Smookies...BbQ spicey on a stick yum. Next time I'm going to take motion sickness pills got a little wild, I should had payed more attention. LOL Best Adult trip ever no kids. I'm 65 years young!

The current version of the app is terrible. Very buggy. Have to restart frequently to get it to update. Spent the entire day at the Disneyland Park and it would only show me information for California Adventure. It used to be more reliable.

Pretty easy to use and simple to understand. It really has all the necessary features to make your disney experience easy and stress free. I can't wait for the Disney Genie feature though because booking and finding attractions will be even easier which is always wanted.

STOP ASKING ME TO LEAVE A REVIEW. Not being able to make a park reservation within the app is becoming extremely annoying since the Disney website requires you to log in every time. This app also crashes pretty frequently. I would really like to see a more streamlined reservation process.

The app is useful when it works. I tried using it a couple of weeks ago to get into the park and it wouldn't load. The front gate CM tried to help me and nothing. He almost wouldn't let me in. He finally let me because I forgot that I had a screenshot of the bar code. The app doesn't seem to work right while I'm at Disneyland, but it works at my house. So who knows?
