Once payment is deduct from your Bank account or card. Then there is no refundable if recharge will get deliver or not , it doesn't matter. Worst support and not helpful customer service .. very disappointed.. 2) sometimes, i you done one time recharge but money deduct 2 times. If ask to customer support they simply said that contact your bank. Worst support and service.. uphappy for this

Total rubbish. After a successful first transaction the system stopped working. Spoke to their technical and was asked for ID as a security check which was submitted. Was told its sorted, I passed the security check. Tried again and still doesn't work. Reverted back and told "Our Security Team has reviewed your account and it has been confirmed that unfortunately, it does not fulfil our security requirements" This company discriminates as there is absolutely no reason not to sort this. Shame

Trying to top up from last two days and it's not working. Everytime it's saying technical issues. My bank is fine. I just paid something else online so card is fine. I'm going uninstall this app. And downloading different app. My experience is very bad. Bad customer service atll. Please avoid this app.

I am actually annoyed at this App I am a first time user and it just frustrates me....I was able to send credit to a number once without any problems now when I try to top up another phone, everytime I get to the part that says confirm info and they send the EMAIL ONCE I MINIMISE MY SCREEN TO CHECK THE CODE EMAIL i HAVE TO RE-ENTER ALL THE INFO WHICH MAKSes NO SENSE AND I HAVE BE HAVING THIS PROBLEM FOR 2 WEEKS NOW I NEESmf TO BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE THE CODE AND NOT HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN

This app is amazing. I was able to top up an AIS asia number overseas. There's no notification sent to the recipient but when he tried to register, it pushed through. I also got an email about the top up I made and was able to chat with their 24/7 support as I thought that the top up was not received by the recipient at first. Tysm.

So far it worked perfectly for me and i live in South Africa, it took less than a second which was crazy. I thought it'd take days. I was so sceptical about it cos it had bad reviews on facebook, i don't know why that is. Anyway thanks for the service, will be using this often, till it disappoints me.

17 October i topped up and used PayPal as method for payment. Now when i tried to make payment using PayPal it asked for credit or debit card credentials. Why on earth would you need that if I'm using paypal? Even recommended it to my daughter the other day but she gets the same problem.

Good before. Since the new update with fancy look and UI..it looks great but doesn't work well. Hangs often, once OTP received the app doesnt show payment page to enter otp loads lot; Help option too loads much; loads contact after two days. Between with good internet speed. Kindly clear it
