Horrible...not up to the mark The app does not let me register saying the mobile number is already registered, which I have never done to my knowledge....later on as an attempt, I try for forgot password with my said mobile number it says there's no such account...so overall login was not possible for me as per many reviews...kindly fix this bug TMC...not expecting such service from a big municipal authority like TMC

I'm unable to login. When i click on forget password it says number didn't exist. So i signup for new accounts then it say number already used. Inshort I'm not able to access this application.

The app won't register me as a new user, says number is existing. And won't let me reset the password either. No way to get information without registering.

Useless app, while registering, for the number it says number used by another user and when I try to reset the password it says user does not exist....what tha hack...lokana murkha banavnyasathi he application design kelay ka? Me Uninstaller kartoy he app...kahi kamacha nahiye..

When I go for municipal tax option to pay button it takes me to white blank page so what is a use of this application then such a waste

Tons n tons of improvement is required. Though the name is DigiThane, but nothing of that sorts is offered by the app. It seems the App developers themselves need to learn a lot before developing any such app. My best wishes to them !

When password forgot clicked says user does not exist for given mobile no.. N when sign up for new user ..says.. mobile no is already used... what to do in such case

Really... One of the worst app seen in my life. Since last one month I am trying to pay the property tax but like others I am also unable to pay the tax due to error " Transaction not found". I have called so many times to customer care office, either lines are busy or if they received, still don't know the process to fix the issue. Later on TMC will impose late fee along with tax amount instead of fixing the bug. Hope they will considers all the reviews and fix it ASAP.

For all those who are trying to make their property tax payments and get a blank page once you click pay, there is a workaround. You first need to add your property tax again by clicking the big blue plus button. Once you do so, then click pay. It should now take you to bill desk page to make you payment. Pay using your bank account, the rest of the options failed for me! Good luck!
