    Poor UI Design. Garage Door Button says "Close" for the status instead of "Closed". It looks like tapping the button will close the garage door, but it will actually open it.

    App keep crashing and after multiple times still won't work. I've already emailed the support person but no updates on the issue and information was provided. Affecting Google pixel 4 devices. Update: Since no one still haven't reached out then I kept playing around; I didn't want to use the website because seems longer but eventually I gotten working. System is blocking for unknown reason I guess. End Result: Support SUCKS!!! GOOD LUCK

    I have been using this app for nearly 8 months and only been able to successfully use it for barely 30 days worth of time within those 8 months. The app never works and there is no one at all to talk to, to resolve this problem. Customer Service numbers will claim they have nothing to do with the app but yet the app will only continue to tell me to call someone for assistance. Also, I have done surveys, I have written letters.

    S L O W (when it actually works). I literally just logged in and out 3 times, turned my phone WiFi on and off, and finally waited more than 5 minutes from when I hit the button to ARM my alarm, until it finally armed (and I skipped the countdown). This app has never been great, but I feel like it's getting worse instead of better.

    I am exeriencing trouble with this app. It will not allow me access to one of my cameras. Keep getting a video stream error meswage. When i spoke with customer support they said they show the camera is working. Well that is fine an dandy for them but if I can not access my camera from my end there is clearly something wrong. Please help get this thing running properly.

    Multiple login failures, slow response within the app once you can finally get logged in or no response from smart devices. Actions time out less than a minute after selecting. Very inconvenient.

    Since the app changed from text notifications to push notifications it does not send notifications to the phone until sometimes 2 hours later which makes it pretty much useless. Spent an hour on the phone with someone who barely spoke English at ATT support. He finally just said they were working on it. Figured out a workaround myself but it only works once. Don't understand why ATT would " fix" domething that wasn't broken by replacing it with something that doesn't work.

    Update: Still no confirmation number given when you pay bill thru app. The app says bill paid for scheduled date but when you check delivery for that day, it's not paid and Att charges you late fee. Outside camera still extremely dark at night with useless and defective night vision for months with no fix yet. Motion notifications still not working for months. No one calls now when alarm is triggered. Att charging money for monitoring but it seems no one monitorin Extremely poor service and app.

    Won't work I uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it still won't work on my Galaxy S10.. it however still works on my Galaxy S9. Please assist as without the app the service is useless.

    Too many updates to where need to uninstall then reinstall to now not able to login into the application. Very disappointed!!!

    The app is constantly down and won't let you login half the time. In addition, every time AT&T updates the app, doesn't allow you to login until you uninstall and reinstall. This is not Hardware specific as it has happened to both iPhones and 3 Android phones.

    I used to love this app. However, since the new upgrade the app no longer sends alerts to my phone, it just says this app is not working; close app. My intrusion alarm went off while I wasn't home, no alerts to my phone. Luckily my husband decided to view the camera to check on the house, which was the only reason we knew the alarm was going off. Is there a way this problem can be fix?

    It was working great before the update. Now when the alarm is arm or disarmed I get a notice saying app is not working and it needs to close. I have uninstall and reinstall this app in hopes that will clear up this matter. Well it didnt. The blue layout is cool. It would be nice if they had it to were you can change the color layout to different colors.

    The only thing consistent about this app's performance is that it never works. It regularly freezes. I have repeatedly spent ridiculous amounts of time sitting in my driveway trying to get the app to load so that I can unlock my doors (because my keypad buttons stopped working!!!). I have to call other family members to have them try and log into the app to let me into the house. Aweful. Disappointing. Completely dissatisfied.

    Very unreliable. App locks me out every 2-3 weeks, sometimes more frequently. Tech support said i should to log in on laptop every 30 days to prevent the issue. That has not worked either. The whole point of getting Digital Life was so i could let people in remotely with the App, especially when I'm traveling. It has been the poorest performing app of any kind that I've ever used.

    Password reset us a hassle. Always says error on password reset. Have to switch or browser for password reset. App cant do it.

    This is one of the worst apps I've ever had to use! Too bad I can't give it a ZERO RATING. I have no choice but to use it since our security system is through AT&T. The security system itself does what it needs to but accessing it via this app is a pain in the ass on a daily basis. Whether it loses my password or locks up on me almost every time, I can't seem to get one day of error free usage out of it. One would think they would have worked these bugs out by this time.

    App isn't syncing with my phone since the update. I keep getting app isn't working close app. I don't even have it open. The new update is garbage. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Please put our back to the way it was. My phone is the Galaxy S8 Note how updated is that and it still not working. App sucks big time.

    It's super erratic in the experience. Sometimes it works really well and then other times it crashes 8 times in a row.

    Great idea and would be an amazing app but right now it's falling very very very short. The app constantly crashes, if it lets you in at all. It takes an unreal amount of time from hitting the button on my phone to when whatever task I selected actually occurs. Anytime you try to use the app to trouble shoot something it links out to a mobile web page which may or may not load before it times out. I feel like AT&T should be able to do better.

    The update appears to be nice but appears push notifications does not work. I will get a message window but no sound. I tested push against my other apps and I get sound from them but not digital life app. Which was a good function me because I would set push notifications for what I define as critical alerts and SMS for general alerts.

    it doesnt recognize login. Over and over im locked out if this app because it will not reognize the credentials I always use. Honestly, Im locked out of this app more than im logged in. ITS FRUSTRATING!!!! I would like to unarm the system before walking into my home to avoid waking up the entire hoise hold. Please fix this now or lose a customer!!!!

    Used to be good! They now have it as a web based app and it is HORRIBLE!!! Literally unusable now. When it was a separate app from the MyAT&T it was good. Now it seems impossible to view your security video and go back out to another video because the navigation is all messed up and you have to exit the program and log back in. This is MOBILE so making it browser based!!!!!

    This app is worthless. It will not allow me to stay logged in and its sending messages 2 and 3 hours later. Use to be a great app but with all of the tuning up someone call themselves doing. Its trash now. Please fix asap

    if I could give this no stars I would!! this alarm system is only good for looks! As long as you don't have any break ins or anything that is the only good thing for it for a sense of "security" and where you can watch your cameras when you are away from the house but if you do have a break in and it is recorded like we did twice now the video is deleted even if you lock it, can't find it on the app or online when you log in using a computer. this system is a joke

    Since the update my whole system is offline, will no longer connect to the internet. I have tried all troubleshooting methods and it's still saying that it can not connect. The internet is working on all my other devices. Now they want to charge $100 for a tech to come out! Think it is time to terminate services. Too much of a hassle.

    Constant bugs on this app. Seems to always be a problem. That one time you really need it to work right & it doesn't & something happens. Also always getting kicked out during a live conversation when trying to get something fixed. Really fed up with this company. Gonna be looking for something else.

    New update NO longer notifies me if the alarm has been disarmed or changed. How am I supposed to know if there is a change to my alarm system? Yes, I have triple checked all my notification settings & permissions. Nevermind that I have to wait forever for creditials to allow me access. Then app stops when trying to activate system. Please fix!!!

    When I need to open my garage door, I must mentally prepare before battle... 1) Open App. oO(Not a bad start) 2) Log-in w/ fingerprint... waiting... Hmmm... denied 3) Log-in w/ fingerprint... waiting... Hmm... denied 4) Log-in w/ fingerprint... waiting... Success! 5) Garage Door tile says "CLOSE"... oO(Does this mean "to close" as in verb or "closed" as in adj?) 6) Presses "CLOSE" > Nothing happens 7) Presses again > *Door Opens*... 8) Garage Door tile now says "OPEN". oO(Verb? Whatever.)

    Reliability is very very Inconsistent. Always crashes & won't allow me to log in. Notification is 90% delayed and worthless.

    Data management on the app is very poor. Camera video files are saved inconsistently. Some are only available to view on the phone app vs. the desktop version, which makes saving these files to an external source almost impossible & at the very least inefficient & cumbersome.

    They need to read their reviews!!!!!!!!!!!! You are having system issues your call center and home techs can not fix. Get someone on the problem with the network before you lose all of your customers!!!!!! I can only use the app on my phone if I disconnect from my home WI-FI, I cant get to the digital life site using my home network.

    App worked fine until last update. Now it does not receive notifications unless the app is open. Instead it crashes. What good is a security app if it crashes when it gets a notification? Kinda important TO know If the alarm goes off. Using Galaxy S8.

Edit: the worst app ive ever used, digital life reps and techs are all terrible, they all have a attitude and are very rude Its funny how the app does not work between the hours of midnight and 5 am you know the time when you want to check your cameras

    The past 3 weeks this app closed on it's on. There is a bug in app but AT&T doesn't seem interested in solving the issue. My cameras stopped working. I will find another security company.

    Since the most recent update, not receiving notifications via cellular, notifications are only received when connected to in home Wi-Fi. If the issue is not resolved quickly I will be canceling my AT&T Digital Life service

    I have an att account. In fact, I have att home phone, att internet, att DirecTV, and at&t wireless phones, two lines, one for me and one for my wife. how much stuff do you have to subscribe to get att digital life to recognize my account.

    this app is very pointless.. i can set or unset my alarm. itll work ebery blue moon. i downloaded this to get in the house early in the morning or late at night without waking others but it harldy works for me or amyome else in the house.

    Nice concept but loading time is the slowest thing known to mankind. Someone can break into the house, cook dinner, shower and this app live feed will still be loading. (Will be looking into other options for security).

    The WORST APP & SECURITY SERVICE EVER!! Do Not Get it!!! Will Cancel service & change companies ASAP when return home. Have had breakins & found whole families in my home when returning home after being away. Digitallife saying nothing Wrong, No signals or signs of entries from equipment. Have had key pannel replaced after one event. Then main control box replaced after breakin after family intrusion with many things stolen. Digitallife said equipment shows Nothings wrong everytime.

    It is aweful, most of the time after I have checked the camera it locks my phone up. Secondly when you go to the payment section I have to constantly edit my cc which involves copying and pasting because the keyboard won't show up!

    i sometimes imagine that the people that develop this app sit is a room and think of ways to infuriate people. " Hey Chet what can we do today?" "I don't know lionel. we got the poor video quality. we got the random recording of nothing mixed with the not recording of something mixed with the fake record boxes.     Every time there is a change in my status I get a message saying that "Digital Life has stopped working". Before the update I received a notification every time there was a status change. The version before this update worked perfectly. I Give It 2 thumbs down...

    Before the update everything was okay I use to get notification when I will disarmed/armed my alarm now I don't received anything. I have to be checking my cameras to make sure everything it's okay. Please fix

    Randomly stops working. Some days works fines and some days doesn't. It stops giving notifications randomly. Very unreliable application. New look doesn't tell in main screen how the alarm is armed.

    Probably the worst app ive ever used. C'mon at&t. Multi billion dollar company and you can't even fix the issue that prevents me from logging in.....I have zero confidence that any of at&t's apps will ever been worth using.

    My devices do not work like my cameras and viewing and deleting data to free up storage room. It records everything to capacity and then will not let me delete to free up storage

    Cannot open this app on my smartphone. Could not load on a Samsung J7 and cannot load on a Moto Z3. Called At&T Digital Life Customer support and they could not help me. This is terrible!!!!!

    This app and security system is bogus!!! My system keeps going off line and I ALWAYS have problems getting into the app! When I call I seem to get the same person abunch of IGNORANT PEOPLE!! I'm starting to believe this is a fraudulent company.

    it records video at times, other times shows no motion detection it has to be readjusted to do some recording the motion sensor is very limited
