I didn't realize how "addicted" to my phone I had become. This app, unlike other similar ones I have used, keeps me accountable because there is a cost involved if I try to end early. You can lock your phone for 15 minutes up to 2 days. You earn points depending on the length of time. ( not sure what the points are for). I recommend this app if you want to get serious about limiting screen time. Been using for a week and already gained back 32 hours of productive time. Wow!

I love this app normally, but today it kept shorting out my emergency stop, so I'd press it and it wouldn't let me access my settings so I could turn on my Hotspot to do work. After wasting all my emergency stops trying to do that, I tried to press quit but that didn't work either.

Love the concept, but it can be fairly glitchy. I wish there was a way to hide apps on the home screen during detox. A lot of system apps don't work properly unless the app is selected, but the settings functions aren't something I want cluttering up my home page. Another common problem is that apps don't open correctly. When I click on an app, it will often open the previous app rather than the one I selected. A test section would be useful to preview a detox and ensure it works like expected.

This app has reduced my phone usage by literally 90%. I keep it unlocked for only 2 hours and the system is great. The new updates that delay app loading are also very useful. Would change just one thing- don't automatical open the app on unlock. Just another loophole that can I'm sure developers can block. Edit: it has been years since I've been using this app and it has truly transformers into a great app. Applaud the devs for the new updates - phone background, clock, long press to use break

At any time before this I would have given it five stars, but right now I need to quit the detox to install an app for work and it is straight up not letting me. I'm hitting the "one-tap buy" button and it just isn't registering. Screw this.

Good feature set, good UI, can be escaped by turning off overlays from settimgs > apps > display over other apps.

Does the app have the ability to block apps after certain time of usage? For example, block Youtube after 1 hour of usage? If not, that's a great idea for future feature!
