I signed up two months ago and it won't accept login credentials anymore. Even if I use the forgot pin section, it isn't accepting my DOB despite it being in the correct format, as printed on the card. Poor, terrible service, but this is expected from all government related initiatives, nothing out of the ordinary.

Initially it was working very nice, but now it is logging out on it's own. I shot a couple of emails to the support team and they assured that the bug has fixed but it still persists. Need improvement.

The sign in never sucessful as there is always some error, not sure what the problem is, another sarkari app which claims to help citizens but can't be used. I am surprised it has 4.3 rating, it is indeed surprising I can see many single stars. I would have given -5 after wasting almost 2 hrs. I wish someone tracks these comments. Thanks.

It was a useful application. But today when I opened It says to update the application. When I opted update, going to play store, but no install or update button there. Only open and uninstall buttons are there. From digilocker app, when I give 'no thanks', when it asks for updation it exits. What is this????

Was reliable about 1 year back. Now it doesn't fetch any newer documents and is always getting stuck. Also for a bike insurance paper, it refuses to fetch it because my initial is at the front in aadhar and at the back in insurance paper. Who expected this kind of bug in 2021? Update: WHAT THE HELL!!! The app asked me to update. After updating, I got logged out and now I cant even login to fetch my documents. This app is getting worse with each update.

Before update worked like a charm. After updating, home screen shows "update, "no thanks". When pressed "no thanks", application closes. When pressed "update", goes to Playstore which says "open"! This process continues and I can not open and use the application. Developers do something.

It was best in initial but now it became worst app... I created my account and it was running well, but now I am unable to login with my correct details, if created another user name it shows this number is already excited... Neither I can login with my excited account nor I can creat new account or username...dear team. If you can do something please do fast & resolve this issue ASAP

I have recently updated application but when application is starting that time shows error like new version is available and when I checked in play store that time no new version is available for that app. It shows application is updated and open it but after opening application then again getting same issue. Please help me to resolve this issue on my mobile.

I am finding some diffculties to retrieve old document in the new version of "DIGILOCKER". Even login to the app is became very diffcult. Every time enter into app and while trying fetch my documents itself asking Aadhar card, DOB,Name and gender eventhough i am filled correct information, Still not allowing me to fetch my old uploaded documents. This new version app as some high priority bugs, developer team must solve the issue. Otherwise people will lose faith on this app.

First it was good using this app but now it's getting very hard to get things done,the app is crashing again and again every time they ask to sign in via otp and many times there comes error the app has to be maintained very well as many users have their docs in their digilocker.I hope they fix this thing asap
