The game will not open. I was playing earlier this morning but after 9 am it will no longer open. It will load to 30% then say no internet connection. My internet is fine and I can use other apps that use the internet just fine. I've tried restarting my device but the game still wont open. I've reached out to the developers and they don't respond.

I love this game. I play it all the time. Not a lot of ads either and the only ads you see are by choice! The trick is to get you energy storage and regen stats high right away using the materials maps. Then you can do a lot more a lot faster. Events are fun too! Storyline isn't important to know what to do either if you want something mind numbing. And if you like them, the stories are entertaining too so it works both ways.

A relatively good game that has one minor annoyance that keeps me from rating it more highly. I often am confronted with an endlessly spinning hourglass when trying to access a level in a game if I am returning after having worked with some other app. Force stopping this game and restarting solves the problem, so it's only an annoyance, not something that keeps me from playing, but it needs to be fixed.

Lately I haven't been able to sign on for hours at a time and it takes the gave a couple of minutes to go from sign in screen (where the caravans, etc are) to game if I get that far. I often have start, restart and restart again to get there. I feel like I can't even play much anymore. What happened??? Used to be my favorite game, now it's just frustrating.

The game gives you free gifts via Facebook, however, for months the links just redirect you to the play store and give you nothing. Despite thousands of comments on diggys Facebook page from frustrated players the developers simply ignor the problem and do nothing to fix it. Hopefully by stating the issue here, a developer may actually read it and FIX IT before I join all the others that have given up and deleted the game!

Only just started playing. Was a bit difficult without ANY information whatsoever about game play. I'm starting to enjoy the game, but can't play for long as the text is so tiny it strains my eyes. So, not for those with poor eyesight. Didn't realize I could play it via FB. The phone was horrible for my eyes, but on my laptop and PC I can read and see everything that I need. Also found your website containing all the rules and guidelines of how to play. I am HOOKED!

Updated review: I was hoping the latest update to the game would fix the constant crashing, but sadly not. Been going on too long now, so taken off two stars. Initial review: A good game but wish energy didnt expire so quickly. It makes this game one you simply dip into, then have to wait until following day unless you want to spend lots for more energy.

I love the art style, story, features, and loads of other minor details of this amazing game! BUT! The only thing that I hate is how hard it is to get and keep resources that you need to either make new camp equipment spots or food! The sheer amount of wood that it takes for something like a 2 block size removal spot is insane! But that's not enough to make it 4 stars so you got 5 outta me! (Also, make gems more available like you get them every time you beat the final quest for say s God)

Been playing for years. I love solving the puzzles to get through obstacles and finish a chapter or challenge. It's never boring. I have to use my wits or youtube when my wits fail me. I'm not of the high energy usage blocks in the New World, too many.

After being #1 puzzles and fun game: 1.The tiles removing energy is too high specially for high level players, every few tiles we get a 8k,15k,16k,22k,33k,50k tile energy, its TOO high even if we buy from shop every hour or using kitchen. we login to game to play for less than 4 minutes! and waiting weeks to complete one challenge and lose others. You've killed the game's joy. 2. the bonus ADS (X2) hangs and we lose the double bonus. 3. locations takes alot of time to load. thank you.
