    Absolutely USELESS! With COVID, who wants to visit a clinic or ER. Yet, every medical scenario I have reached out for, has resulted in them providing me a link to find a clinic. This last time, it was for a UTI, which my doctor prescribed me medication over the phone, as I am a diabetic. It is the weekend and unable to reach him and thought I would give these guys another try!

    Messaging interaction was great, and I was very impressed with the speed at which a nurse took over from the bot and how quickly I was able to book a consultation. However, the video call process needs development. The first time I joined my video consultation, the video froze after a few seconds and the app crashed my Pixel 3. After the phone restarted and I rejoined the call, my battery plummeted from 60% to 0% within 10 seconds and my phone shut down. Video consultation inaccessible.

    I cannot recommend this application enough. When our office first installed it, I did not think much of it. However, a Sunday evening came recently when I experienced a health issue that did not warrant a trip to the emergency room but would have been very difficult to endure until the following morning when I could try and get an appointment with my family doctor. At 7pm that evening, I was able to teleconference with a Nurse Practitioner through Dialogue who provided me with a prescription that I filled at a Shoppers pharmacy within the hour. By having the ability to act that quickly on the issue, all was well when I woke up on Monday morning and my work schedule was not interrupted. On the technology side of things, the app is more than sufficient. The process began with automated questions in a chat for providing details on the issue at hand and then the control was taken over by an actual person to manage the case. I did not experience any issues with any step along the process. I will not hesitate to use this application again when the need arises and am very thankful that it was an option for me on that Sunday evening.

    Great service and amazing staff..they offer follow-ups and really care about their patients. They offer fast appointments with nurse/doctors..really worth it and a must have!

    I would have loved to give more stars but if Dialogue aims at being a complete health providing system, it really needs to step up its game. First of all, care managers get totally confused about what they're following, which leads to patients having to repeat things over and over. There's no real follow up, I'm still waiting to be called for an appointment with a specialist and despite 5 months having passed, I haven't heard anything about what's going on.

    Generally good but sometimes doesn't join up and those experiences can be unpleasant. For example, pharmacist send a repeat request without telling me, dialogue assumed it came from me but I had no idea which prescription they were talking about. Second example, no one replied to a message I sent about a cancellation so I made a new chat to cancel my appointment, the person told me to wait until the first chat replied instead of dealing with my issue there and then.

    Updated the app because I want telehealth, but it removed my coverage even though it's still available through KOHO. There's no way to add your coverage yourself. Will review again if this gets fixed.

    The overall app and service are great. But the big issue with the app is that it does not send notification. Therefore you constantly miss messages and appointments.

    I never write reviews. This app deserves the 5 stars. Took 10 min and I had an appointment for the day after. And I needed it for my own sake. Can't wait too see their staff :)
