    I was doubtful at the beginning but wow the service is great. The application is easy to use. I had no issues connecting and getting the help I needed for my health issues. There is, however a bug in the app. Despite activating notifications for it on my phone, it is not notifying me whenever I get sent a chat message. I keep missing messages for booking my appointments. I think the app would deserve a 5* review if this could be fixed.

Each time the nurses at dialogue have taken this complex mess that is me and helped me get to where I need to be. In my case the ER. You see sometimes I just don't know what to do for the best. They have been kind, professional, caring, calming and always check up to see if you are alright. I am so glad I found this service

    meaning Doctor or nurse I spoke too was rude and no help. All they do is direct you to outpatients where I would have to wait 6 hours. I know I already did it. What is the point of app if everything you discuss with them, they tell you to go to outpatients.

After moving provinces a few months ago and not able to find a family doctor in my area this has been a great tool! Looking forward to using the service in the future!!!!

    System is a fine tuned machine...triage questions are simple, you get answered quickly, same day appointments, prescriptions are sent directly to your pharmacy. If something happens and you need help you just write back in your original conversation and someone follows up real time. They check back in later to make sure everything is better and the one time we had to go to a hospital, they told us which had the shortest wait. I would give this service 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

    Absolutely USELESS! With COVID, who wants to visit a clinic or ER. Yet, every medical scenario I have reached out for, has resulted in them providing me a link to find a clinic. This last time, it was for a UTI, which my doctor prescribed me medication over the phone, as I am a diabetic. It is the weekend and unable to reach him and thought I would give these guys another try!

    Perhaps I'm missing something, my wife used it to chat with a nurse about some issues (friendly nurse), was determined that a physical test is necessary (understandable), however was simply told to call 811 (provincial health helpline in Quebec). Don't really need an app for that. I was hoping at the minimum they could give her a referral to a specialist or point her in the right direction. Our biggest challenge in our province is an inept health system with ridiculous wait times....

    Inconsistent quality with service. Some people are really great and communicate well. Other times you can't get help with basic medical needs which really defeats the purpose of the app or there are long wait times for appointments. I'm also frequently referred to go to emergency when it isn't an emergency or to an actual clinic when it could quickly be resolved by a doctor via video call. This is highly frustrating.

    Very good service. The fact that you can rapidly talk to someone over chat and get a call from a nurse is incredible. Sometime just the fact of having to GO to a Doctor Office is enough to stop some of us from doing so, this is not a problem with this app. I always had quick and courteous service, it is literally a life changer for me. I have a regular video chat with my Doctor and feel much better :) I would like the app to better manage appointments and files (like a history feature or something), but this is a minor issue. I'm sure the interface can improve over time.

    Not very impressed so far. I try and renew my prescription and was told to contact my doctor for a renew first. So now I had to book and appointment call with my doctor and I have to go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription.... Isn't the point of dialogue supposed to be ease of use and convenience? Especially during this quarantine I thought this was the perfect time to use dialogue but they fell short for me. Disappointing.

    Nice UI, but very limited in what it can do. Support tends to be pretty lacklustre. Unlike Maple, this app forces you to actually video call GPs to get anything done, versus a traditional chat/picture/care plan+prescription pop up model. Also, maybe it's the current Covid-19 situation, but I've been told to reconnect tomorrow a few times because they were so overloaded.

    I'm giving it one star because I had a concern about my 19 month old kid and they were incapable of answering the question because of some policy that prevents them from taking consultations or family members. It's ridiculous!

In these busy times, (especially with covid), and being that there is a shortage of Doctors, ( here in BC at least), it's a wonderful app to have for renewing prescriptions, and answering any questions and concerns I've had about my health.     System is down all the time. And the last word u write...become the first on your new line. questionaire get stuck all the time. This is the less professional software I ever seen My phone complains all the time and flag it as battery drainer.. Service wise is a endless time consuming task.On small issues it is an irritiant waste of time... unless you are dying/having big issues...then it works as intended. Despite that they are usually really kind.

    I had a great first experience. The nurse I dealt with was really friendly. I did expect a doctor and a possible diagnosis, but maybe that is not what the app is for (obviously not everything can be diagnosed during a video call). He was very focused on my needs and was patient and had lots of resources to share. Service 9/10. App function 10/10.

    The service is not worth it. They are supposed to save you time but it doesn't. I was looking to get a requisition for blood testing and it took over an hour and a half to talk to the nurse who sent me back to the logistics coordinator to set up a vertual appointment with the following week. For available appointment there was almost no availability or flexibility in the time slots. In the same time i could of driven to the walk-in clinic and have my requisition and back home!

    OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER I find the service (in Quebec at least) to be at best useless and at worst a roadblock to receive actual help. After about 30-45 minutes of triage and waiting for a reply (clearly not enough health coordinators for number of subscribers) we are advised to find and go to a walk in clinic ourselves or to use another service to schedule an appointment ($18.95 fee). This has been my experience 3 out of 3 times I attempted using the app and service. Very disappointed.

    USELESS. It says it can treat depression - it can't. I specifically said in the chat that I needed to go on antidepressants again, but instead of telling me the service wouldn't work for my situation, they wasted my time by booking an appointment (which also caused me anxiety). During my appointment I was told I can't talk to a doctor about this and would need to go to a walk in clinic instead - which isn't a good idea right now because of COVID. So, thanks for nothing, Dialogue.

    In theory this app is awesome. I have direct access to a nurses for healthcare checkups and help. However, Dialogue freezes and crashes so often it's a huge hindrance. The chat can be laggy - a nurse sent me a message that never showed up in my app until nearly 30 minutes later.

    If I had to describe my experience with dialogue briefly, I would say it was life saving, especially for my spouse who lacks ramq currently (immigration) They're extremely quick and helpful, for a number of issues I didn't think telemedicine could actually take care of I've had the Dialogue team: prescribe blood test, start mental health treatment and follow up for my spouse, make me refferals for dermatology and ENT, even answer questions I had about ramq coverage or the Health system itself

But as someone who has been involved in the relm of mental health, I don't believe that these new features are very useful. Speaking to a professional once or twice is not enough time to address any real issues or teach you how to cope with the difficulties you are having.

    This app is absolutely useless. I have bipolar disorder and contacted them when I was extremely depressed and couldn't reach my family doctor and they told me they couldn't modify or increase medication doses and sent me useless PDFs on positive thinking. Cause thinking positive is going to cure my lifelong battle with mental illness that I've been medicated for and struggling with for the past 16+ years. Okay...

    the idea is great and the team is wonderful, but the app shuts down often or doesnt send messages through and i have been unable to answer calls because the "accept" button freezes. there is a long delay before you find out that the message was not delivered.

    Unfortunately, i have seen no real upside to this system as it is much like "info sante", where we end up needing to go to the clinic / hospital anyways which is exactly what we are trying to avoid.. maybe useful for others, but not at all for the 7 or 8 times i have tried using it.

    Using the app is pointless... Calling 811 health line in Quebec is way more practical and will get you the answers immediately without having to answer to an automated system that asks you absurd unrelated questions every time, or wait for over 20mins to get help from a real person or wait as long just so this person answers your messages... Again pretty useless model that works only for very specific cases ...

    Absolutely useless, I want to talk to a human about issues not play 150 questions. I got 1 question from a human than sent back to a computer. You want people to use this. Ditch the automation. It's annoying, especially when you're not feeling well.

    Last version is not compatible with some phones Samsung galaxy core (in my case) - update doesn't work and there is no message about incompatibility. User should be informed why update not allowed by appropiate message when it try to update apps

    I think this app is a great way to obtain quick answers or guidance for non serious injuries or illnesses. Instead of driving and waiting at a clinic for hours, you can get answers quicker and still be provided with great help and solutions for whatever the problem may be.

    The bot is really well developed, which triages your chat before referring to a human. I normally hate that because bots so rarely understand you. But this is exceptional: question/answer format.

    The video call feature is extremely laggy after a few minutes. I had to reconnect with the doctor several times throughout the appointment. Probably awful with RAM management EDIT: The new update fixed my issue

    This is sooo convenient ! Only need to send some documents and some information and got to talk with nurses that are super nice and helpful. They even planned a follow-up for my daughter. Saved me a trip to the clinic and probably a couple of hours in a waiting room!

    got an amazing help with in 20 mins i had a nurse on the phone. dialogue gave me the statistic which hospital to go to where the waiting list was less. I was at the hospital by 11 am on jan 2, 2020, got admitted, saw a nurse, did a heart test and saw a doctor with in 2 hours!!!!/Without Dialogue i would have stayed at my local hospital for 12-16 hours. Great work, keep it up/happy customer

    Excellent service! Communications between different party has made the process enjoyable and seemless. I couldn't find a doctor who can prescribed me finasteride for my hairloss. They put me in contact with one, booked an appointment the next day and I have my med prescription.

    The nurse I talked to around 11 sounded so tired. She was in Quebec and I felt so bad about it but we had some jokes. I felt much better and you guys respond very well. It's perfect to have these services when COVID-19 is taken over the hospitals. I really hope people are still going to the hospital when they feel like they physically cannot get our or feel very sick. Dialogue really calms the nerves and they sound super calma and caring.

    Our company info paper tells us to sign in as group ID platform but the app doesn't have that switch option so I couldn't log in at all. I emailed them for help but they just told me they couldn't find me in their end so I need to contact my HR. So no help at all during this difficult time when I need the virtual appointment most from the pandemic /isolation.

    The nurse I spoke to was helpful, but I'm not sure they have any real doctors because none of us ever spoke with a doctor. They only give you advice and tell you to see a doctor. I do not need an app to tell me to see my doctor, I can do that myself. It's helpful if you are looking for something like info-sante or if you want to know what to do until you see a doc. That should be made clear. Staff are very kind though.

    You can use a number of free Applications such as Apple Tree Virtual Care, Cover.Health, www-origin.otn.ca , a quick Google search returns an extraordinary number of other free Applications which to be completely transparent are way more... Much more accomedating and swift in terms of addressing issues.

    I love the experience and staff is so nice. I would recommend having a calendar feature for when there is an apt with a doctor it syncs with my google calendar.

    referred to emergency every time. Never spoke to a doctor in 3 consultations. They did reply that it may not be under their scope. But how can it be that for 3 different consultations and 3 different problems I get the same answer. The doctors and nurses need to take more initiatives to get the needed help to patients. Our employers are paying for service not to be referred back to the public health system

    No options to accommodate trans people: has to enter legal name with no place for the preferred one, ask for sex at birth with no options to specify your pronouns if your gender doesn't match and also the sex at birth might lead to wrong diagnosis since things where the symptoms change with the gender are affected by hormones.

    I published a 2 star review earlier, but now I give this a one-star. They couldn't even fill my perscription, I had to sign up to a Partner Pharmacy for a perscription that came from an outside doctor. I am very frustrated and disappointed that my employer is utilizing the service and app.
