Love the game, play it every day. The accessories like plants & wall art you don't get much free, you don't necessarily need those things...but I never see a high scoring room without them. You don't have to score high to have fun though. If you care about the score you may get frustrated. The same ppl always win, even if you use all the same items they do. The houses and rooms you decorate are always really nice, though.

apk This game is very enjoyable, the only thing I would change is being able to have more filters for an item and search by price range. Also, I like having a way to earn more diamonds, but it does not work right. I have only received diamonds for one of the many I have tried, and even then I didn't get the amount of diamonds promised. Update to previous comments: more and more items have to be bought with diamonds. Makes playing more difficult unless you purchase more diamonds.

  3. Sue Suckow-avatar

mod apk love the designs but wish I could earn more diamonds without having to make a purchase. It takes too long to complete a level and after completing a level some of the levels have crummy pictures that I wouldn't put in a dog house. I hate that I have to wade through 30 levels to get some good pictures. And of course this makes the voting unfair also. If you are at level 7 you don't stand a chance of competing against a level 23. And even if you are a level 23 you don't stand a chance at competing against a level 68!! Make the voting more fair. And also reward more diamonds that aren't attached to a purchase. Getting 250 diamonds isn't much of a reward for getting a 5 star picture when most pictures and floor items cost 950 diamonds and you had to use 5 or 6 of these already purchased items just to win 250 diamonds!! Talk about unfair!!! Or maybe just chintzy with the diamonds. The game is fun. It's meant to be relaxing. And I definitely have seen that items/furniture in the game are used in real life advertising an in stores I shop at. So the whole interior design education you get is very worthwhile and you can develope your own style within the game. However, in order to win 5 stars on a design you need to compromise your style... So, just saying, the game can't only be played to win if you want to be creative.

download Very hard to earn diamonds. Even with enough to buy items, furniture & accessories get very redundant. Updated review: unfortunately nothing has changed. Even when you have a lot of diamonds to buy furniture, art and accessories are still hard to get and usually not very creative or exciting. Sad because I really enjoy the game otherwise. Will probably uninstall. Another disappointing app that doesn't listen to it's users. Too bad.

  5. Amber Gonzalez-avatar

game This is a good app. I have a suggestion to make that might make the game a little more organized. I was thinking maybe you can make/add two categories in the shopping place, one for diamonds and another for cash. So when shopping you can easily find items that are bought with diamonds only. Then the other category is bought with cash only while still applying the categories for brand, color, etc. And also adding least expensive to more expensive category.

app Love the app concept, design, and interaction. Wish there were more ways to earn 'cash' and diamonds in-game. I would be more likely to purchase in-app if I could spend longer playing with what I earned for free, but I just run out so fast that I have no incentive to keep playing or to make a purchase because I won't get enough to play for much longer anyway. So fun and relaxing to play, though. Hope you keep it clean and simple. Also would love more furniture.

  7. Gail Sloan-avatar

app download The app is really fun but can be costly to take part because you're required to use certain manufacturers, to meet requirements you have to buy furniture and other decor. The scenarios have very little realistic value. It would be nice to decorate real homes, or have a challenge where you had a budget. It would be great if on great styles that you like, you could change colors of fabric. Lastly, there needs to be a sort function in the participants inventory to make searching easier.

  8. jeanzi szurgot-avatar

Very fun! But expensive. A bit disappointing....I've done a few rooms that are as nice as the rated top 5's, but they seem to have their favourite people who get the top scores. Been given the odd 5, but not enough in my opinion. The voting system is not fair if your room is not put out there enough times to be voted on, I suspect. Makes me want to stop spending $$ there.

  9. Kayla McElroy-avatar

Love the app, not enough new levels. I have had the game for awhile and now I have maxed out the levels and they are reusing levels instead of creating other rooms, styles, etc. We are constantly being asked to rate this game and my opinion hasn't changed other than that there is far too much dependence on paid features. I'm being asked to rate this game again and my opinion hasn't changed, except for the frustrating amount of cash flow that's taking over the game. It's hard to just enjoy it.

  10. Chereka Ray-avatar

I don't like the voting process, it's unfair! if someone is on level 10 and randomly gets picked to vote against a level 24, well who do think is going to win? It will most likely be the higher level person because lower level can't access same decor. No comparison! I like the app but if I'm going to spend real money, I should be able to buy whatever decor I like. Not waiting on levels to be unlocked. You buy items and you're still limited. Fix this please and voting will be fair!

  11. M S-avatar

Im a player with limited resources and I wouldnt invest money into any game, including this one. But this game rely heavily on real payment money in order to play it unlike any other games I have ever seen. It's fun, but it's bloodsucking your savings. I wouldn't recommend it for people who are looking for casual designing games, unless you have LOTS of cash. But then again if you have that much real cash, why dont u buy a real home and real furniture?

  12. Woodland Shrine-avatar

    Woodland Shrine

I've been playing it since the beginning, but I take months if not a full year off at a time because its so frustrating to play. The voting algorithms are not good and a unique or colorful room is almost always punished in my experience. (I routinely get 5 star rooms so it not that I can't decorate). The game is EXPENSIVE. I once didn't play and saved up for 3 months only to spend all of it in a few days on their ridiculously ambitious design requirements. Real money has to spent to play daily.

  13. Judith Williams-avatar

    Judith Williams

I love this game, but it takes "diamonds " to purchase furniture and decor. Instead of paying your own money, you can earn diamonds by participating in other activities, such as other games. The one thing I hate about this game is that the colors of the furniture are often not true. A lot of pieces take on a grayish look when placed. (I have several white sofas in my inventory, but they look gray when placed in a room.) What I love about this game is that your choices of furniture are endless.

  14. Fusha Biondi-avatar

The idea of the game is great, it fun and relaxing. We are all clever people and understand creators are wanting to make money who wouldn't. Unfortunately the game is to expensive, so new and old players will soon move on to the next APP to get enjoyment! So if there was more equality and fairness in the game you may just continue to have a longer money stream! Just a thought!!!

  15. Monica Pedigo-avatar

I love it!! I'd rate it 5 stars if I was able to review a room before entering, so I could see if I'd be able to complete it without having to use all of our $$ & ◇'s . However, I always have use apprx $8/10 of my own money on every room I enter. It definitely detours me from playing the game more often. Maybe you could have more options to earn, like watching videos, etc, like other games.

  16. Karen Nicholson-avatar

    Karen Nicholson

Great fun at first. I was addicted! Then quality of tableart, artwork and floor items got so cheap and tacky. Maybe I am just a traditional woman but I would rather be if this is what "decor" is coming to. The other thing is now everything has to be styled in Luxe. Just about every one. I have so much inventory that I never get to use . Break it up a bit please. Thank you.

  17. Snoopy-avatar

This game is highly addictive. One of the drawbacks, when attempting to get free diamonds, they DO NOT appear in your inbox. It's not worth your time and effort to download an app only to be disappointed! Also, I've had items "disappear" from my inventory. Whether you spend money or not, there should be a better way to collect diamonds or increase the daily bonus.

  18. Nanie M Kadri-avatar

I love this game. I've always loved decorating and playing this game gives me time to relax and enjoy my me time at the end of the day. However, the furnitures & decorations are very expensive. If you want good items, you'll need to spend real money. If you don't, you'll be highly likely to receive high rating. My comment echoes other users', I guess. The way the design ratings are made is also highly questionable.

  19. Sandi Culley-avatar

The game itself is fun. I love designing the rooms, but think more bedrooms are needed. I also HATE that most of the wall, floor and table decor is hard to get unless you purchase diamonds. They should be more dollar based. I can't seem to design more than 2 rooms a day as I run out of diamonds. Rewards should be diamonds as well as dollars.

  20. Cathy Kennedy-avatar

They design the game so you will spend money. It is getting harder to play for free. The game does not sync well if you play on more than 1 device. You have to either restart the game or clear your cache a lot which is a bother. Your designs are voted on and unless you get a 4.0 you dont get the prize inventory item. It is getting harder to get a 4.0 if you dont spend money to buy optional inventory items.

  21. Rebecca Blau-avatar

I love this app!!!! It's so fun and the graphics are amazing for a phone app. And if you really love a piece of furniture you can select it and then select the website option and actually buy the real item. This is the best design game hands down. Only thing I'd change which is what most people are saying is that daily bonus diamonds do not get close enough to do enough rooms based on the recommended pieces needed to finish.

  22. Kristy Willaert-avatar

    Kristy Willaert

Awesome game. Fun for 1day of binge playing then you are expected to spend money every day to play though. Would love if you had some advertising support for more free play. Or perhaps you could start a player off with a better amount of cash. If it is possible, make the game go up to level 10 at the very least. Not reaching a goal is very frustrating to what would be a customer over time, most specifically the last room of your house.

  23. Crystal-avatar

I love this game, and I am reviewing because I totally disagree with many of the reviews. This game has no ads, the furniture is actual furniture sold in stores, and you recieve design funds (keys, cash, and diamonds) each day. You can vote to increase your keys. I enter about 2 challenges a day and I enjoy it without having to spend any money. People who spend money choose to. Its absolutely not needed. Basically - It's super fun, you can creatively design for different styles, and ad free.

  24. Ashley Reardon-avatar

Really enjoy the game, my only critique is that the rewards for high scoring rooms doesn't seem to be proportional to what you spend to get a high score. A 5.0 only gets you 125 gems, but when you can easily spend $20,000+ to get a perfect score, i find myself debating whether or not i should spend the extra on better items and have to spend a ton of time doing offerwall options in order to even get enough money to do it, sometimes it just doesn't seem worth it. Hopefully the rewards get better

  25. Lyn Suglia-avatar

There aren't much options for wall art. Options include ugly clowns, pink butterflies, a green and black clock, and a blue leaf. You have to spend money to get anything half decent to put on the walls. And even then the designs are geometric and ugly. Modern farmhouse is so popular. That would be so nice to see. And more floral items.

  26. Stefanie Kennedy-avatar

    Stefanie Kennedy

I think this game is super fun and addicting. I enjoy that other players vote on designs and that prizes can be won to be used in other room designs in the game. I also enjoy that the furniture and product used to design are from real stores which if you're thinking of redecorating your own home is helpful. However, it is nearly impossible to progress without spending actual money. You get a daily reward, which is almost nothing, the earning potential is too low.

  27. Debbie Sargent-avatar

Good game but scoring of designs is completely flawed! Uninspired designs wind up with 5-star ratings! People constantly using the one-color-fits-all design (all is white, pink, black, etc), or always resorting to B & W designs, both of which take the easy way out, have no creativity and are void of imagination! What's worse is that they don't even comply with the challenge requirements! Play, see for yourself!... Go to the 'Voting section' in the game and you'll see the unfairness!

  28. Cassandra Persad-avatar

    Cassandra Persad

The game is quite fun and addictive however, the furniture required to complete some of the challenges is too expensive and the daily bonus is too little. It is disappointing that all of the optional items for decorations costs diamonds and not dollars. I suggest that the prize for completing challenges be higher that 500 as well as the daily bonus. Otherwise, if you really want to decorate nicely , be prepared to fork out your own real money. Considering deleting if some changes are not made.

  29. Leslie Price-avatar

Good game and a fun way to pass some time. However, I disagree with the voting system. I have seen far to many high rated rooms that do not follow the theme of the challenge. How a picture of wine glasses in a nursery gets 5 stars is beyond me. It's also hard for new, lower level players, or those who can't make purchases to compete. I have seen many reviews mention the cost and I agree it can be frustrating but keep in mind the developers are in it for the money. Just my opinion

  30. Jes C-avatar

Overall a good game. The graphics are nice and the furniture choices are plentiful. I agree with those who say some of the items cost too much; I find completing some challenges difficult due to that fact. Also, all of the decorative pieces cost diamonds which are not replenished enough without purchasing them. In the future it would be fun to see some more real life items to decorate with, like electronics for studies/living rooms and appliances for kitchens and grills/games for patio scenes.

  31. Nautical Miles-avatar

Fun game. Very addictive. My app has really slowed down though and I'm not to level 10 yet. Videos take forever to load to earn diamonds and then diamonds weren't being awarded. But the customer service team took care of that. Thank goodness. I didn't buy the introduction package, but I recommend it if you want to buy higher quality items...

  32. Kate Sagan-avatar

I love the game. One thing angers me a lot, as I frequently notice resolution of images of my designs seemed to be tempered, majority of them seems blury, not sharp. It makes such a big difference as design is all about right use of light, when all is in a bad resolution light doesn't seem correct, turns out blurry and so blended. I do photography, so I can tell difference easily. I asked for reassessment, yet they repeat their mistake. I have a feeling of this being intentional. But why?!

  33. jacque crenshaw-avatar

    jacque crenshaw

This game could be so much fun if there were more affordable options. To create a room that gets 5 stars and pleases me it takes real money. The rooms can be awkward with the placement of wall hangings especially. To play, win and create a really beautiful room you need to spend approximately $5 @ day. I've challenged myself to do it with far less money and its gotten much harder to do till now it's not a challenge, its boring.

  34. Aimee-avatar

Enjoy the idea of the game and playing it. Like the idea of being creative and decorating. Great graphics, a lot to choose from although the game limits using your own inventory quite a bit. Creativity is definitely not encouraged. The voting and rating of your designs is frusterating. If you don't make everything matchy-matchy you usually won't score high. Again limited creativity. It gets really boring always trying to make an all red room or pink or blue....gets old.

  35. Super Star-avatar

Overall a fun game. I like the variety of room styles and decor options. It can be challenging tho to keep a large, assorted volume of props. And quite a few people on here appear to be afraid of mixing and matching colors and styles of furniture. And so it seems they rate those rooms lower than the ones where everything's matchy-matchy. . Very discouraging for someone like me who is an experienced decorator.

  36. Mar Lew-avatar

I love this game and have been playing it for a long time, my issue is that if you don't have a top tier phone or tablet it doesn't work properly... I have never had a top tier phone and this app has NEVER worked properly for me... It always tells me that my internet connection is either slow or not there, even when I am literally standing next to my high speed internet modem... Sad at how this game does not allow me to play properly and freely without being interrupted by a stupid notice

  37. Pam Adams-avatar

It is really almost as if you are decorating rooms, homes,etc..although I think it would be awesome to see what would come out of many if you could actually place items where the decorator wants them, the bubbles tell where to place items you want. The last week I've also had a couple times where the diamonds and/or cash awarded hasn't gone into my account, probably just a glitch!

  38. emhjacam-avatar

I really like this game. If you play the daily challenges you're earning $2500 a day plus the 500 diamonds for logging in each day. For me that's been enough to do one or two designs each day and have some fun doing voting. I will say that a lot of the good items cost diamonds so that's frustrating because to get more diamonds you have to spend money in the app. Also the filters for items kind of suck and you can't filter by price so you have to scroll through all of the ones you can't afford!

  39. Zae TwentyPlenty20-avatar

    Zae TwentyPlenty20

The game lags when it comes to challenges. It takes time to build up diamonds and cash unless you are willing to participate in watching videos or completing offers. The concept is nice but this game will wane and eventually be uninstalled by those who have not invested real money. There should be more challenges and also you should be able to comment on designs you vote for.

  40. Stephanie Logan-avatar

    Stephanie Logan

I like the game. Very realistic. Would like little more freedom in placement of furniture and accessories. The game is expensive to play! The voting seems a bit bias. Would like to have access to view some rooms that I am up against during voting. Also would like the option to shop by price range for in game purchases-Budget like a real designer.

  41. Marsha Difiore-avatar

This game would be fun but you constantly have to spend money because all the furniture cost so much! Then they rate your design with the top designers you don't have a chance if your just starting out to get a 5 star rating. If you only fill the blue bubble's your not going to get a very high rating so that's not fair at all!! So I'm going to delete the game because it's more frustrating than it is fun.

  42. Austie Martin-avatar

It's a fun game, that my daughters and I have enjoyed but what holds me back from giving it a five is.....the only way I can have the really nice decor is if I pay real money(not ever gonna happen, but i guess that's how they getcha) or pay with diamonds in which can be difficult to obtain or you have to pay for those. Again, never gonna happen. I always hate that your designs are judged by others. As being a person who has to judge, I can tell there are ppl who just click on anyone's designs.

  43. Suzette Geddes-avatar

It's fun, creative and innoviative and it helps me develop a hidden talent. However, unable to be consistent due to poor internet services. Back on track for the moment. Still finding it fun and relaxing. Thanks for making this app. Still fun but the pieces are a bit expensive the higher the level. So I am selectve in the ones I do.

  44. Virginia S-avatar

Love the game, very creative, very addictive, but there is room for improvement! Would like it to be easier to earn diamonds. Please make it possible to filter items based on price. Please enable return of unused items for diamonds. Please make at least some decor items and plants payable by cash/diamonds instead of only diamonds. Thank you.

  45. Michele Moriarty-avatar

    Michele Moriarty

I enjoy playing but I wish there were more ways to earn diamonds or that you could buy diamonds or accessories with game cash. I also wish the accessory items you buy with the packages weren't limited. It gets boring having to chose from the same items all the time. The rooms are supposed to be a certain style, but the required items don't necessarily match the style of the room. It is also frustrating when you want to use a certain item but the game says it is too big when it is clearly not.

  46. Mayra Campos-avatar

Its a really good game, but it would be nice if we could get rid of the stuff we dont want anymore and earn money at the same time! Because there are some awful prizes and sometimes we buy ugly furniture just because its a must for a challenge. For example, the game gives us pictures of lobsters, whales, crabs haha and im not going to use them hahahaha so IT WOULD BE GREAT IF WE COULD SELL (to the game and at the same price) THOSE UNNECESSARY THINGS TO GET MORE MONEY:)

  47. Heather Gibson-avatar

I really like the app, but there are two things that I would change. One you can only use the items you buy a couple of times then you need to rebuy them. I think you should have the item after you buy it to keep or at least have more uses than 5. Two it takes a while to load and it has some lag problems on game. I know it's not my phone because it's new and I have good wifi. I don't have trouble in any other games or apps.

  48. Tatjana Stefanova-avatar

    Tatjana Stefanova

Started to play it to have a go at different design solutions and ideas. But the games main objective is an aggressive cashing up on players. It does not matter how good you play it, you ONLY get to enjoy more interesting design solutions by buying more diamonds. It would have been much more honest with a yearly, monthly or one-off fee.

  49. tammy clough-avatar

Good for about three challenges then gets so ridiculously expensive you literally cannot play. Takes forever to earn diamonds and cash. Completely disappointed. While I appreciate your quick response upon reading numerous reviews (should have read them before I downloaded) I don't believe that it matters to you at all. If it did I wouldn't have the same complaint as people from over a year ago.

  50. Meagan Puckett-avatar

So much better than the first time I downloaded this game. There are more options for furniture and more challenges with voting times closer together so you actually have a chance to obtain money and diamonds. Would have given 5 stars if the graphics weren't so flat. Otherwise it didn't bother gameplay for me. Keep it up guys, it's great!

  51. Amber Cervantes-avatar

    Amber Cervantes

Great when it will load. I have had such a love hate relationship with this game. When it would load, I love getting lost in designing different settings. I even have looked passed the obvious pay to play aspect, unless you want to hoard your diamonds or have a mediocre design. At this point, I have installed and uninstalled countless times. I wish the developers would finally fix the problem with it not loading on wifi.

  52. Linda Lang-avatar

This is very addictive. Have only played this a few days so am slowly understanding how to fully play the game. Wish I hadn't just jumped in without doing some prep reading first as I used up most of my money and diamonds quickly. Oh well, now I am more conscious of this and am taking this into account while trying to be creative. My only major complaint with this app is that I wish we could move the furniture pieces around to where we would like them. I love that we can vote on designs too

  53. Mrs.Goods 6889-avatar

I truly enjoy and love to play this game, its amazing and extremely fun to be able to express my own since if style through Design Home...this and Covet Fashion are two of my favorite games, only thing is I wish that the game would up the daily sign-in rewards. I feel it would benefit a lot more people who aren't able to more diamonds or cash, but overall this is the best gaming experience I've ever had, thank you.

  54. Lethia Minor-avatar

I've been playing this game for a while now and have spent plenty of my own money to have as many issues as I've been having. 1st I keep getting an error message saying I'm not connected to the internet that only happens when I try to add certain items to a room. 2nd I've wasted time and money performing actions required to get free diamonds. I'm not spending anymore money and I'll only continue to play using items in my inventory or won by designing until I have nothing left to design with.

  55. Diana Toth-avatar

Its a great game to have fun with. There are a few things that are frustrating such as how many points you have to get to do your own house rooms and that you can't buy or win extra points faster. The other thing is after you have done all of the current challenges you have to wait hours in between. That part sucks case I can only play at certain times other than that its fun.

Love the game. Great way to relax. Lots of options to design. I feel this design game is one of the best ones out here. I think the scoring should be a little better; the scoring is a bit unfair. Also, I think the biggest problem I have with this game are the cheesy rewards which REQUIRE you to purchase a lot of decor, all of the time and the poufs and floor decor seriously needs to be updated.

  57. Niki Mastny-avatar

There are 2 ways to play: highest $ value or best design rating. I look at this more as a creative outlet than a game, so I aim for best design. After playing this game, I tried a few similar ones. Others give you just three choices and then make you play mindless games. So very game-like, not creative at all. Besides restricted placement (i.e. a couch must go here, etc) you design whatever you can afford. You win furniture to use in the game for 4.0 star or higher ratings.

  58. Jamika Scott-avatar

It's a good game overall. However, unless you have alot of extra money to spend, you wouldn't enjoy it very much. The cost for design items are to expensive for the prizes won. Watching short videos for diamonds isn't bad. I think there should be a different voting system because the current one is not that great. I've spent alot of money on this game but I love playing it in my spare time.

Does not rate your designs against same level players. Higher level players have access to a multitude of art work and other accents. Lower level players do not even have the option to buy better items so that the competition is fair. You're forced to spend money on lower lever items which are extremely difficult to work with. Therefore, a 5 star rating against a player with a multitude of options is difficult and expensive.

This is a beautiful game. I love that the furniture looks real. The reward for daily challenges is good. The reward for 2- day challenges should be increased. You spend a lot to meet requirements. The same with elite challenges. I love that the shop is sorted by brand, colour etc.The inventory should also be sorted. We should be able to swap or sell items that we don't need/ like. Expensive furniture should come with a higher number of items.

  61. Tracyfsl Fam-avatar

The game graphic is amazing. Love that I have many selections of brand to choose from. However, the scoring is not satisfied. Those with high score is of course those played long time ago, starter like me dont have money to buy new staff in order to fulfill the requirements. The prize for each challenges better have more cash or diamonds to keep the new comers continue, otherwise we will get bored and tap out soon.

  62. jayinatlanta-avatar

I really like designing, but I'm giving three stars since I think it does a lousy job of keeping people coming back often. It requires a ton of in game money to compete in challenges, and it takes many, many hours (even days) to get graded on challenges. Make the game more addictive by having AI-graded instant challenges, more ways to get in game cash quickly so we can complete in challenges, a more social experience of meeting designers etc. If overall game was more addictive we'd spend more $

Pretty satisfying game, learned a couple things. Graphics are great, few bugs but nothing most would notice. Voting on each room needs to be improved. Almost impossible to obtain 5 star ratings without spending real $. All decor costs diamonds, you should have some that don't. Considering how much diamonds need to be spent to make a room look at least partially presentable, daily diamond rewards should be bigger. Would've rated higher if any 2 of these problems were fixed.

  64. Julie McClain-avatar

Items cost too much, graphics are great, too many challenges for living room designs or Kathy Kuo Home items. The clean up truck at level 16 no longer on the app but is advertised on the help page. Watching the videos for diamonds is a scam & will not give you the diamonds every time( it's hit or miss)!Overall an ok game but BIG changes are due. Started with a higher rating, but the more i play, the more disappointed I am.

It's a fun game, and maybe it's just me but I don't know how you can possibly make enough money to keep decorating. The whole point of playing a design game is that you can design without worrying about the money you're spending... But here I am buying the cheapest furniture I can to save money, but it still runs dry because you only make $500 per challenge. This is supposed to be and escape game, not another thing to stress over

  66. Melissa W-avatar

Wish it was easier to get diamonds or that items to be purchased with diamonds weren't as much. Also wish there was a "sort items by $$$ or buy diamonds" filter, would save lots of time. Other than that, this is a great time waster game if you love home decor. Only doing this review so I stop getting this popup every time I open the app.

  67. Tami Hoffman-avatar

The game is fun but it is too hard to earn enough points to purchase decor items. Also, the voting is all over the can design exactly what was requested and have it look good and it gets rated low or you can not follow wishes at all as and get a high score...makes no sense. Voting I feel should be half creating the type of design requested and half the beauty of your design.

  68. Delta Tablet-avatar

Not liking it recently. Buffers a lot. I buy items, takes my diamonds/cash and does not give me what I purchased. Oh yes, I do not use my own cash to purchase. I use what is available for free available through rewards etc. Maybe it does it so that I put in some real cash to purchase. It has done it again. Charges diamonds twice for one product. Unless you want to use credit card, it's a waste of time. 1 star

  69. Christy Lynn-avatar

Beautiful & fun game! Surprisingly addictive, although not as flexible as one might expect. I'd love to see more actual "design" options such as moving elements around (such as centering wall art instead of using the SAME ONE TWICE as so many "designers" love doing), more color options for objects (especially decor & flower arrangements), and more sort/filter options (at least by price if nothing else). I highly agree with the idea someone mentioned of adding restrictions to Challenges, such as having a set price range, to make them more realistic. The voting structure could be a little smarter so that lower levels (with limited item selection) aren't rated alongside higher levels. It'd also be nice to see "Top Picks" that are voted by the game designers (if that's not already a thing). :)

  70. Cynthia Corbin-avatar

Overall nice game but they force you buy a lot in order to play and win prizes. You are judged on the the dollar value of your room value not the way it looks. The more money you spent the more stars you get. I like the game, its fun. The prizes are small compare to what to what you have spend to try win them. Game has several technical issues that need to be fixed. Need to fix technical issues it's happening to often.

  71. Mazz Tupper-avatar

Game support is awful. Not getting any reply to my query. Now the game is getting too expensive to play. I cannot afford to buy new stuff with real money. Takes so long to get anywhere and now most of the new items are only purchased with diamonds. Unable to do a lot of the designs because most of the items needed are bought with diamonds. Really DID enjoy this game.

  72. pamntx d-avatar

Love this app. Would be nice to be able to buy art work and decor items with cash. Also, think judging can be a bit unfair for new app users. It takes a bit to build your inventory and have access to nicer items. I try to have an open opinion to rooms that seem to be done by newer users. The longer you play the better you get. Additionally, I'm writing this later.. the voting has become quite questionable and bad designs get high score, while excellent designs get low. Very frustrating and

  73. Talia Morris-avatar

This is the best interior design game around - stunning graphics, beautiful rooms and furniture, plus the chance to compete against other players. Be prepared to spend real money if you want decent designs, though. There is a two-tier, in-game currency system consisting of cash and diamonds; many of the choicer items are purchasable ONLY with diamonds, which you buy with real money. One thing I dislike intensely about the game is its emphasis on wealth, privilege, and conspicuous consumption.

  74. Kay Rather-avatar

There should be a higher amount given for the Daily Bonus. The $500 diamonds does not even come close for the amount needed to purchase the required pieces in order to complete the challenges. The amount charged for pieces is expensive and the amount given for the daily bonus and daily design challenge does not cover the amount needed to purchase the required pieces in order to complete the design challenges. I really enjoy designing and like the fact with this game you dont do puzzles. Pls fix.

  75. Louise marks-avatar

Several things annoy me about this game, all minor. My main bug bear is that many of the rooms have amazing views and nearly every time the sofa has its back to it. If i had a view like that the room's whole focus would be there. Its not realistic as there is not a tv, cushion/pillow, throw etc antwhere to be seen. Takes ages to build up number of diamonds.

  76. Darla Parton-avatar

Love the game but the diamond cost for decor is ridiculous! Quit playing it for over a year because of this and come back and it's even worse if it wasnt for that l would give 5 stars but no way most people can do the designs without spending a lot of money for diamonds ! Game developers read your reviews it's all the same too pricey to play! Fix it please! Also as expensive as the stuff is we should be able to own it permanently not made to continue to buy it. Probably will end up deleting app

  77. C Tski-avatar

Do not buy from this app. Any items you receive is limited including the one's you buy. I'd give this game a higher score but the fact that you can only use the items you win/buy a limited number of times is ridiculous. At least allow users to keep our inventory so we can build up our collection. Otherwise, you're practically throwing money away.

  78. Erin Beinke-avatar

I like the app, I think it's fun but most of the furniture is so expensive. And I get they are trying to make it so you spend money in game, but it's so difficult to do more than just the daily room because the daily one, is the only one where you're making money. So I wish you mad more money per room or things weren't as expensive. The game is fun though.

  79. Donna Dempe-avatar

Love this game very addictive. The only thing I hate about the game is when voting most of what I have to vote on is horrible. If you play this game please design to its fullest,if you dont have what you need to fill a room please skip to one you can. Eventually you will be able to do more rooms . Other than that I enjoy playing this game.

  80. Richelle Olson-avatar

Well-made game. Great quality of design elements. I love that you use real furnishings that are available for purchase. Down side: some connection issues and the rare availability of diamonds, which are more than half of the currency used for game purchases as well as the only currency for certain design elements like floor plants and table art.

  81. Lynn Wynnfield-avatar

Getting frustrated! The app is fun but clearly designed to get you to spend money on inventory. Requirements call for specific companies, colors, or numbers of items that most won't have and the cost to buy them with game cash or diamonds is always too high. Requirements keep you from using pieces already in your inventory. As you move up it is impossible to meet requirements without buying with real money.

  82. Jacki Todd-avatar

I really like the game but the designs are sometimes weird, the pictures are ugly and I never seem to have enough diamonds to buy all the plants and accessories and carpets the designs ask for. That limits me leaving me unable to participate in most designs. Please give us more diamonds AND I will play other games to get bonus diamonds and then don't receive the diamonds promised. Very frustrating! I contact the people in charge but get no response. Makes me feel like I'm getting scammed.

  83. Minx Minx-avatar

Pro: It's fun to try out so many styles and see what you can create. Con: I've struggled with actually getting the free diamonds after watching a video which is then supposed to provide you with them, and trying other apps with the compensation of diamonds. The video problem is a consistent one, and I've only gotten compensation from about half of the app offers I chosen. :(

  84. Erica Rogers-avatar

I love this game!! I've been playing for years now with NO PROBLEM!!! I get the diamonds that I pay for, the challenges are fun and allows me to be creative. And I love that you can still win challenges without having to make an in-game purchase because the games give you 500 diamonds everyday just as a daily reward! So this is a truly relaxing, creative and fun game to play with zero hassles! Just download and enjoy!!!!

  85. Alice Thigpen-avatar

The game is fun for a very short time. Meaning to build up you currency you need to only play the dailies for a few weeks. So if you have plenty of time to play games this isn't it. I hate that all of the furniture isn't in portion to each other. Some are very small where some is very large. So you need to spend more time going through each piece.

  86. Nelly McCoy-avatar

Love this app! Its very relaxing and when I have enough diamonds and money to play a room its very fun!!...but I do wish it was easier to earn diamonds. Even when I do the activites to earn them, I don't alway receive them in my inbox. I love that we can borrow an item as well, but if you don't have many friends from facebook playing and/or you have to wait 48hr to borrow from the same person..defeats the purpose! Happy designing fellow creators :)

  87. Kathy Blake-avatar

I really enjoy this game, but I doubt I'll be playing much longer. When you buy an item, it's only good for 5 uses! What a racket! I have already spent more real money than on any game before, because decorating is addictive! But you have to keep buying your favorite pieces over and over. Not to mention the BS voting system. Players vote randomly or in blocks, so it's by no means fair.

  88. Tonya W-avatar

The ground work of this game is good and fun. It's too hard to earn funds to buy things required to do challengers. Im not willing to spend much if anything on games. While I enjoy the game, I don't see it being a long term thing with its current set up. Make it easier to earn money and diamonds and more people would play more often.

The game concept is great. However, as almost all items cost real money, continued game play is extremely difficult, making this game the fastest to make me think keeping the app is pointless. Earnings in the game is very, very slow. I will see if the game has any sort of reasonable improvement after it is updated again before I decide whether to uninstall this app. There is another app that even with its glitches and crashes, still manages to be the better choice. Needs improvement.

Money racket. Designed so that you have to spend money in order to complete challenges. The killer is the items you buy does not stay in you inventory very long. A few uses and they are gone. I'd get over spending money on the game if items purchased and won would remain in inventory. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP OR SPEND MONNEY ON THE GAME. BIGGEST RIP OFF. I WILL BE DELETING.

It is fun for awhile but you can never tell what will get you 5.0 stars on your designs, even though you read the specifications for each challenge clearly. It also gets WAY TO EXPENSIVE to play. Because of the time spent trying to decorate correctly and the real l life costs, I would suggest playing something else. Save your money!

This game isn't one you can just pick up and play whenever, unless you plan on spending actual money in the game. If you just need something to entertain you once every other day or so this game is pretty neat. If YOU want something you can pick up and play on a whim I wouldn't suggest this game. It crashes more than I'd like but overall it's a solid 3 star

  93. chiara Hannah-avatar

I enjoy playing the game however I gave it 3 stars because I have completed a few offers and never received my diamonds. There aren't enough ways to earn diamonds and cash. I have also purchased diamonds and never received them. Overall it keeps me calm and entertained. I would like to play more but I have no way of gaining monies to do so and I'm not going to keep spending my money when I'm not always receiving my rewards.

I love playing this game but I think you should get more Diamonds because things to decorate are so expensive and some of us don't have a lot of money to buy money or diamonds for playing a game they really enjoy playing! I do a lot of the free play for diamonds but most of those games you have to get to certain levels and usually by the time you come close to the level they want you to purchase money to finish the levels! Other than that, I love this game.

Visuals are great, and it was relaxing at first. But you need to either spend a ton of money or fight with tapjoy to give you the diamonds you earned. I now have pop up ads on my phone constantly. The voting system is horrible. And I'm about to delete the app. There, you kept asking for a review, here it is!

  96. Jami Armfield-avatar

I love Design Home, it's a great way to bring out your decorative talent.☆☆☆ I'm changing my review to 1 star. The reason is the same issues as every review on here. Bottom line is the creators apparently don't care about the reviews, the issues, or anything else. Probably due to the fact that they are making good money despite all the problems that we all have. It is a fun design game, but the lack of any reply or solutions from the developer is non existant. They are greedy.

  97. Tina Archambault-avatar

I love playing this game and have spent countless hours playing. This is very competitive, so if you are not prepared to spend a little money, dont expect 5 star designs, but it does use real furniture. Great way to learn about decorating. Also, they allow you to complete offers for "diamonds", but dont expect to always receive them. I've been waiting a few days for an offer I actually purchased something, and proof seems to have gotten me nowhere.

  98. Amy Darrigo-avatar

I used to love this game. But something is wrong with the voting system. Rooms that have mismatched chairs or pictures are getting close to 5 stars. Rooms that look mediocre get 5 stars. It makes no sense. Not to mention the fact that the "free" diamonds rewards are a joke. The surveys last forever, sometimes in order to get the diamonds you need for 1 room, you end up taking a survey for almost an hour and rewards never match what they tell you. Its rather disappointing.

  99. janice Gonzalez-avatar

    janice Gonzalez

Addicting - but proves expensive to play. Unless you purchase items it is difficult to properly complete and "compete". An initiative and better "win" reward would help. The "voting " - when you are designing a quality room yet continually see minimum basic requirements " (must include listed items) decorated rooms receive a 5 star rating - there's something missing in the voting process. Flying thru the voting just clicking to gather enough credits to continue playing is not real scoring

  100. Minky Khuzwayo-avatar

The higher the level the more difficult it is to get to the next one which means the reward (in the form of floor art, wall art and plants) is less sufficient so you HAVE to buy diamonds with real money because your designs get low ratings without that decor. So they need to give us more level up rewards, keep the design value level up increments fixed or make it so each floor art, wall art and plant gets more than 5 uses. Good game for the most part.
