Im not able to set the clock and date. Cannot find nowhere instructions for that, plus, even that the watch gets connected with the app, i can see no data in the app. Always zero for everything and always says the battery is -1%.

Calories count is completely illogical and inaccurate. Distance for the day shows less than 1km even though I had activity of 15km in that day. It says I walked 15km in 3 Hours but average speed is 1km per hour. It does not allow me to send feedback.

The weather on the watch isn't correct. I've checked that the town is correct, but today it insists its 12°c when it's actually 23°c. So I'm not sure where it's getting the information from. Otherwise I'm pleased with my watch and the app works reasonably well for me.

Sadly the fitness tracker seems to be nothing more than a fun gimmick. It doesn't show the correct blood pressure and the heart rate monitor is also wrong. When I had a heartbeat of 120 the tracker still showed something around 70 even after measuring several times. The step count also isn't very accurate. Because of that I don't trust any of the other functions and won't be using the tracker anymore.

Some feedback (I used the smart watch SW-161): - When I turned off the Google Fit sync, the app removed all the data from the day I first started using the application and the watch (even the data before I had the smart watch was deleted from Google Fit for that day) - It would be nice to be able to adjust when the sleep monitoring starts and ends, rather than hardcode the start time to 10pm (or was it 9pm?) and only allow adjusting the sleep time length. (just like how you can adjust the do not disturb and sedentary alert start and end time. People go to sleep at different times due to work) - It would be nice to have an option to adjust all the start & end times and intervals with more accuracy than just 30 minutes (1 minute or even 5 minute intervals could suffice) - Allow changing the rate which the watch reports heart rate to Google Fit (30 minutes feels too long, maybe allow adjusting with 1 minute or 5 minutes accuracy) - An option would be nice to select which things to sync with Google Fit, rather than syncing everything (maybe a check box to sync only heart rate, steps and/or distance, or everything) - Change your Google project name (when you are setting up the sync with Google Fit, it asks for Google Fit permissions with a dialog like "Allow project-53487733 to access and modify your Google Fit data?", which looks suspicious and not very professional) - Fix the typographical errors in the menus for English language (a lot of them in FAQ menu and in other menus) - Show more detail in the line graphs when viewing the heart rate etc. - When zooming in, vertical axis does not scale with the zoom level and it can show the heart rate zones incorrectly - When zooming in the graphs still show the timestamps with 6 hours accuracy (would be nice to see the heart rate and other values to report values with timestamps like "18:15 65bpm" for example) - Otherwise, well done with guiding the Android permissions to allow the application to stay running and keeping the Bluetooth connection connected in the background. I didn't have any connection issues with my phone. Overall the application UI looks good as well.

Meh. It works... Kind of... So I was able to connect my S9 with the device and I am also really happy that the app has a dark mode BUT the device will not pick up my pulse and the app is asking for way to many permissions (I hope I can still use it without giving it every permission it is asking for). I was not able yet to use the app or device properly since no data is shown and it fails its purposes at the moment. I also did not find any useful solutions to my problem online via Google.

The watch I use is fantastic but the app won't sync with it. The app will display one thing & the watch will be the correct info. I went for over 1hr of a walk according to the watch and according to the app, it was 4 mins! The watch was clearly right coz it was over an hour. Can you please help me or sort this issue out. It's very annoying!

The latest updates have not fixed any of the problems. Unreliable connection, not monitoring heartbeat unless requested, unable to carry out update to watch. Battery indicator shows that the charge is negative despite being recently charged. I could go on but have run out of patience with this fitness band and its app.
