App crashes all the time. Support system is pathetic. They don't care about crediting reward points. They don't give u the reward points which they promise. Tracking of order is not there. U may wonder what's status of your order there is no mechanism of tracking the order. No way to cancel the order once placed. No return or exchange system available. They don't respond on customer care number and on mail they take 3-5 days to respond only...forget about solving your issue. Overall pathetic

PACKAGE DELIVERY IS ALWAYS very much DELAYED takes more than 10days. THEIR APP NEVER WORK. ALWAYS MISBEHAVES. ALWAYS SHOWS "INTERNAL SERVER ERROR". And the reviews on products inside the app I think those are planted there or may be fake 😂😂 So Overall "negetive 5star" ratings. Had to take out time to write all this cos am fed up waiting for their delivery 🤣🤣 Most of the products these guys don't provide warranty.

Every time I order something and every time there is some issue. Sometimes the brand or the type of product is something else which I had ordered, sometimes there is missing part in the kit ordered sometimes faulty, take more than estimated time to deliver, cash on delivery option removed for my location which was available previously, app have issues often. Fed up of raising issues every time

They have people to look after new orders but their terms change during exchange,returns, replacement. Hardly there is anyone responsible for solving returns/replacement other than their one mail id. Only selling is not enough, customer relationship is important in long run. I will not recommend anyone to buy from their app.

Worst app.. really.. everytime I place an order, it says 'order undefined'. What does that mean? .. This app is beyond nonsense.. I was only able to order twice or thrice my whole career. Don't even get me started on how late these guys deliver.. long story short, this app is idiotic, do not install...
