Update. Was able to sync using bluetooth, but could not with USB Direct, which is my preferred method. I've used this app for years. It was good, but with the last update I've been unable to sync. I've reinstalled both deja office and companion link to no avail. I've decided to use a different android/outlook sync system.

I've used DejaOffice for years. Recent GoDaddy changes/conversion (without DejaOffice) to their new email system started causing sync nightmares until I spoke with Nathan. Upgraded to the current version and now use GoDaddy/365 only for email. Contacts, calendar, tasks, and memos are all once again handled by DejaOffice. What a relief. I also purchased RunStart, which provided tech support to get DejaOffice up and running - highly recommend, especially for the tech-deficient, like me.

Had it on several phones over the years...it always performs great, does what I need to keep my business and personal life organized, but separate, without being controlling like some apps. I just wish os' would let Deja Office do it's thing wthout pushing their own software in the way!!

Generally it works. It's a little slow and appears to read all records as opposed to just those which changed. Occasionally it goes bonkers and duplicates records randomly. Tech support is good.

There are five stars to rate this product. If I clicked a five-star rating it would mean that it works 100% of the time or almost. I've owned this product for years. Spent hours on tech support. The things that it says it does I really want. The things that delivers are about 20% of that. With that in mind I'm rating it two stars. If somebody can give me an alternative product to try I'm going to try it.

I've been using DO for 2years or so. It's bloody amazing! I've occasionally had some trouble using wifi synch, but mostly it's trouble-free. (I use wifi because I'm afraid to put my contacts and notes into the cloud. I wish they were more explicit about their encryption procedures. ) I think it's supposed to synch automatically, but that doesn't happen often. I always use a manual synch, and it's an acceptable workaround. Uh-oh, looks like I'm running out of space. Great app!

CompanionLink has the best customer support of any software company I have ever used! I don't often have issues with the software, but when I do they are just as persistent to get my problem resolved as I am myself. I cannot think of a time when the response felt automated or like a quick copy/paste so they can close my ticket. They thoroughly read my problem description, explain what's going on in ways that I can understand, and stick with me until the problem is solved - no matter how many e-mail exchanges it takes. The support staff really knows the software and in my experience, I've never caught them guessing at an answer. They seem to know what it's like to depends so heavily on your CRM data and they make sure to preserve that data while they fix the problem.
