Aiming to deliver efficient services to the public, DDA has come out with “DDA at your service”. This app provides open channels of communication whereby citizens can lodge any geo-tagged complaints and upload photos and track the status of their grievances. The real time status of grievance resolution is notified to the petitioners, who could further give their feedback on it. Once the complaint is submitted by the citizen, the application automatically routes it to the concerned department/officer and generates a work order that can be tracked by both the department as well as the complainant, who will also receive automated notifications. Moreover, the app allows citizens to explore public utilities at nearby places like police stations, taxi stands, hospitals, metro stations, libraries, petrol pumps etc.

The most useless app on playstore and the most corrupted department in the whole world...they just don't listen to anyone...automatically resolve the problems on the app without even checking with the person who complained or anything. It's better that government should completely close DDA and privatise it to someone who can listen and work for the people 🙏🏼

This is more or less eye wash. Once everything is done there is poor response. The officer will never ever respond back. Application will crash in later stage. Whole data is lost and you stand at beginning after 2 to 4 months of your journey .. the is huge money nexus between builder and the officer. They keep on playing their joint efforts to keep on tossing the complaint matter and fooling around the justice .... this is just a beginning. Hope Any body of you could nail it to make this useful

No resolution at all. It's been 4 months that I raised complain, but no response. Also it been 1 year since I made all payments but possession not given yet. I visited vikas sadan premises 6 times in total. i.e. every 2 months but no resolution there also DDA is one of the worst government department.

Nobody listens to you and your complaints. They will keep on transferring your issue from one dept to another so that either you get used to the issue or leave it as it is.

Poor experience, no one takes action on a lot of complaints regarding illegal & unauthorised construction, they are not bother to reply on comments, even though an officer to whom complaint forwarded not to attend calls. It's seems that officers took bribe from owner of plot.

initially even I lost hope as complainant was forwarded from one officer to other. later it was resolved. slow but you get your genuine requests get addressed.

No tracking of issues. Manholes remain open for years, roads' condition worsens, DDA officials don't respond to reminders. Useless APP.
