App is not working properly. Many times it does not direct towards shopping window from wish lists, search engine is pathetic. Once you made it through all the difficulties and paid successfully, then there's no options to track your order. I shopped twice using these apps, though the app is not good, the books reached me in good condition, thanks to those who packed them and India postal service.

Decided to gift a friend few books. Paid at the time of order. Ticked the gift option. After 2 days a lady calls my friend(the person who was suppose to receive the gift) asking if it was okay if they didn't ship one of the books, cas it was not available. 1.If the book was not available then why it was shown in the app. 2.whats the purpose of gift option if u are call the receiver and asking if they were okay not to receive a book as a gift. 3.how stupid are the people who work as part of this

Worst app...I placed my order and given the details of my card for payment.it loaded and then showed that transaction have failed but a message have cam from my bank that money for the order have been debited.i tried to place it many times again and again.but it happened all time the same.such a worst experience from one of the leading book sellers of malayalam book industry.really felt bad about it.please fix it.

I have an account and I used to buy books earlier. Recently I reset my phone and now I cant login using email id, Facebook login or Google account. Forget password link is also not working. How can I see the status of my purchases and books added to the cart ? One star is to call your attention. Otherwise I'm ok with the application.

Nice app. Good collection of books. Reliable delivery. Can be better if solved some issues and become more user friendly. Like need order status updates and selecting Book from author details page is not directing to the corresponding book. Searching field works only with book name etc

I can't understand why this app is getting bad reviews. I am ordering books every week using DC Books app and I didn't face any problem till now. The application is very user friendly and easy to use. It is the best app for purchasing Malayalam books.

I have purchased books worth Rs.540 through this app and the transaction got failed with money being deducted from my account. I have raised my concern over an email and didn't get any sort of response so far. Also, tried calling them using the given telephone number which was faulty. Please help me either to get my money back or ensure that the books will be delivered on time. Being a reputed publication house, we are expecting a bit more responsible and professional approach from your side.
