    Very bad experience. You will get constant emails about providing a million information over and over even after providing biometric data. There will be a disclaimer at the end saying if you don't provide, we will close the account. The most unreliable bank ever. Fund transfers will be stopped if they feel like stopping it. Not sure about being called the safest bank, but definitely the most worthless bank in Asia.

    play store Screenshot is not available in complete app except in chat screen . If you make transaction and if it's failure only you have to chat with them. But forget your money. Because I lost 5000 INR. SINCE I can't able to take screenshot of my payment user cheated me saying amount not credited. I did transaction again from another bank. These is no option to reverse the transaction unlike other bank. *requesting to please provide option of taking screenshot in all screens in the app.*

    digibank by dbs bank india The worst banking app. They have a stupid feature wherein you can send money using phone number but the other person has to open an account with DBS in order to get the transferred amount. So stupid of DBS to have such a feature. Raised a complaint 5 days ago and they haven't had time to respond to it.

It redirects to UPI pin page but pin which we enter is not reflecting. i.e input not getting entered. Things will be great if it gets fixed.     digibank dbs india customer care 10 times I have verified address on application, still I am getting notification to verify address. Unable to make transaction. Also there is no way to talk to your representative. Your robot could not understand my problem.

    I have raised dispute in for a transition. And while transferring the amount it shows the transaction limits exceeded and something it shows unsuccessful transactions. And more trouble with address verification even after kyc is done. Need immediate action else i want to get my account closed.

    On 18th Jan 2020 while booking an online train ticket I have made a payment of Rs. 1277.70/- due to some technical error transaction was failed, the amt was supposed to be automatically refunded to my account but it never refunded till date. Charge back claim form is also filed and it normally takes 35 days to refund any failed transaction amt but there is no answer about the same from DBS bank. I lost my hard earned money.

    I love this banking app very much ,I'm using this app since my college days in Bangalore, but now its showing Some address problem because I'm from Kerala, this bank service is not available there, so my aadhar address and my Room address in bangalore are different, and now i can't send the money from this digibank app to others and can't use properly because of this address problem, please solve the issue.

    I have been using DBS for 3 years now. And it is hands down my best experience with banks till now. Seriously. Kotak is also good, but when you shift to savings account, it's expensive. DBS is banking democratized(almost). P.S I don't work for them, just damn impressed by them. Customer service is a bit slow, but that is the price I'm willing to pay. 3 years, I only had to contact customer service once, that too when an ATM didn't give out money, but it got deducted from accnt.

    I am using DBS since past 2 years. But now adays when I open Digi bank app, after the login it is asking to register my mobile followed by otp. After j enter OTP I am seeing a message saying "Something went wrong". I am unable to register my phone. I also tried reinstalling. But it didn't work. Please kindly help me with this.

    Edit: The developer of this app seems to be either dumb to understand my query or has not done the testing on app. Everytime I login, the prompt for fingerprint login option is irritating. I don't wish to enable fingerprint. I have to click "not now" everytime I login. Remove this. Amazing bank otherwise. No issues so far. Edit after the reply: FYI developer, The profile setting has fingerprint login disabled all the time. That's why it asks me to enable fingerprint everytime I login the app.

    I m using this Dbs app since 1.5 year. .and really it was good experience. Bt now this digibank app need my adress proof confirmation..so when I enter the app..this things are popping up to my screen ..there is a option to confirm my adress. When I clicked on confirm ..it shows technical issues. ... repeatedly ...31st is the last date for my address verification ..bt I tried more than 100 times ..bt outcome was same as I described...so is this my mistake? Or digibank's???

    DBS is amazingly convenient. Its taken banking to a whole new level. It provided with great services and options even well before apps like google pay etc. came into existence ! I'm totally dependent upon dbs...linked all my accounts to dbs and operate them from dbs itself! Thanks a lot ! P.S.: The only issue I face is having a chequebook and physical bank which is greatly hampering its creditworthiness ! I strongly think they work on this. I would want to be able to deposit a cheque I receive!

    I heard about this bank from the Big basket app, promising to provide unique debit card for shopping on Big basket, and receive a 10% discount every time we used that card on Big basket. The wait time for cash back is 60 days!! I made 2 purchases using that card in Nov 2019. Till date I did NOT receive any cash back. They did not even have the decency to reply to my email. And the worst part is that they are STILL advertising about the Big basket cashbacks!! Don't trust these liars!

    For the past few months, App is irritating a lot..... Each and ever time during log in, they ask for OTP and when we put OTP it gets fail to log in says that "something went wrong". Too much bugs in app. It will be useless during urgent........ I strongly recommend, don't go for it..... There are many other bank how is providing better service than this bank....... I am going to quit it.

    It's really an amazing experience with digibank. I came know of it via youtube, liked the features and other services and applied. It was easy and smooth online applying process. I was able to transfer and receive funds via my ac or UPI immediately. Customer service is great. I have no words for them to express. I am overwhelmed. Best ever support at all. You can get biometric verification done on any location you want. They will arrange everything for you. Best bank and best services.

    I forgot my username and password and register mail ID. If I register as a new customer it's not accepting. It's not providing any solution, it's showing same box like user name and password. It's don't have customers care as well. Poor setup for user name and password reset. Don't provide any solution. I am not able to register as new as well. I am quitting.

    30 Jan 2020, while transferring amount.. The app is demanding to enter the upi pin. Twice.. And also.. Its deducting amount twice.. Due to which money is transferring 2 times.. Which is a problem.. For few.. Cases.. Thr payee can't get back the extra amount transferred. Please clear the issue.. As soon as possible. Still we can't depend this app to transfer to others account.

    I've encountered one BUG during my 1st hour of usage: "If you are already logged in and some one transfers you the money the balance doesn't get updated. In transaction history it will show you, but the main balance is not updating. When you to logout and login again into the app, it gets updated". Please fix it as soon as possible.

    One of the WORST App and the WORST Bank. They try to implement new features to blow their own trumpet but end up in messing up everything. Moreover, it's been observed that most of the people giving good feedback here are the ones who either work in the organization itself or it's given by their friends. Most importantly, if you raise any concern, it will take ages to sort it out.

    I went to CCD mentioned in DBS app for verification. They are showing their Oxygen POS and telling it is still connecting. I went to three CCD's Today. But none of them help same issue. Big issue with verification. Don't waste the customers time showing biometric can be done at CCD's . Kindly implement properly. Disappointed today. PayTM Biometric work better in any counters than DBS.

    Really very very bad experience with this app. When password is changed from app and unable to login into my account. Even I'm able to mention the PROPER OTP details also unable to login into DBS account through app. But I'm able to login through dbs internet banking. Even the finger print login is not working properly in the app. I was reported the issue so many times but no use. Even compare to other banking mobile apps this app is very very worse performance.

    I downloaded this app for the first time on my friend's recommendation. I finally decided to open a savings bank account with digibank. When I try to register myself, it asks me to enter my phone number. Surprisingly, you cannot enter your phone number after 1 digit. It does not allow you to enter any digits further. Pathetic experiences on my maiden go! Thanks for letting me know that I don't have to use this app anymore.

    I'm unable to transfer funds to my other acc which is linked to my digi acc tru UPI. Problem is when i click on linked (UPI) acc and select transfer bal it selects digi acc to receiver side and when i try to set it correctly now apparently I have to add my linked acc's details (while it's already linked) while manually adding details this app cannot pick IFSC code I'm trying to enter and if i try to search it I'm unable to do so. Digi bank u say u r safe and most reliable bank Is it even true ?

    One of waste and worst service.... Never responded properly... My suggestion to all do not use this app and card for any online payment... If any transaction is not successful and amount is debited from your account, you never get minimum 15 days your funds.. Moreover you never get clear information from service ( customer) care...

    Very much upset with this banking app.Cash transfer isn't possibly happening in the app, It asks you to select the IFSC code manually and doesn't display the required branch and if IFSC code is entered, it doesn't proceed further. DBS card is not getting added in Google pay also. Even after trying several times. It shows error card info.

    Even after new update bug not fixed. As informed by your executive no one came to open account. Pl remove your application if you are not capable to resolve bugs. During open of account it not accept mobile number. Mobile number field take only one characters instead of 10 characters. Due to this I m not able to open account.

    Can't do basic cash transfer directly to someone's account..... it won't allow me to input IFSC code, instead it forces me to choose from a list of branch of the bank, except the branch were i want to transfer money is not present........ please fix this issue, allow us to manually input IFSC code, instead of going to choose from a list.

    I am getting texts from digibank saying my address verification is pending. N if it's not done my account will be closed like that - "IMPORTANT: Verify your address before 31st Mar to continue with your digiSavings account. Login to digibank now (v4.4.0). Check registered email ID for details.". So when I login n check there is nothing to update means I am not able to see any pending things. Please check it I am scared I am using this bank account for overseas transfer

    I have got a problem that i have added my sbi bank account to your app i tried to transfer fund from dbs to sbi account after transferring the funds when I check my bank account of Sbi but nothing is transferred from dbs to sbi but i have got msg from dbs app that your fund has been transferred(DEBITED) to sbi of xyz amount....then where is that amount??

    Experience with DBS 'was' Super! It gives us a simple banking facility that no one can. But, Alas!😭😞😠 DBS has decided not to count rural customers like me important now.     I believe DBS is a great way for a virtual branch less banking but the fact remains that they aren't available in several cities as of now and therefore people are unable to use it for the purpose it was made for.     It was good experience to use dg bank. It gives more interest on saving acc comparitively other banks. Security is also good. Good for investment as well as saving also. It provides 24/7 Services with high security. I will suggest you to open account in DBS bank.

    Giving 5 stars just to read it fully. - Digi bank advertises by saying 7% interest on savings account, but actually it is not it's just 4% like all other banks. Only for above 1lakh money it gives 7% interest that to for the increased amount. No use of using it v have so many banks already for this. - ATM usage also limited to 5 in a month but it states 20 usage in a month. I'm going to uninstall this asap, just waiting for my 6 months to complete otherwise there will be a penalty for it.

Zero Balance account opening Verification at your doorstep Account set up in minutes Truly finest service I am new to this Bank and app But till now my experience is amazing Hoping a long term and tremendous relationship with DBS Wanna open an account without visiting even branch Only cons: Limited Branches in city but that wouldn't matter much as it's totally virtual.     They solved my problem . Tq for solving it . Problem was When i am trying to log in it shows that i have tried for more time now u change the password. As i do the password reset it tells to login once again to save password but after inserting the password it repeats the process once again.

    Good but slow.. No problem in transacting. Debit card transactions takes time to complete at POS.. Its worrying. Also human touch is missing due to low branch spread out.

    The bank is great but the app keeps crashing and many times have technical issues nowadays. I don't know what happened exactly but the app is getting worse after every update. Please fix it ASAP because it's my primary bank.

    I'm using this app for last 4 years and digibank team rectified the issues that we had faced intially. Now, it's very easy to use this enhanced digibank app and nice interest rates compare to other banks. Going forward, we are excepting new features.

    App auto logs out after downloading e-statement. Once statement is downloaded, system does not go back to the app, instead it auto logs off automatically and if needed to download another statement, shld relogin again Could you help rectify the same.

    Loved this Bank to the core.Much better than all other bank.Loved the interface and every month the amount which i received from maintaining balance is really at par with other bank.Plus for refering also,bank takes care.Love the Bank and in return bank gonna luv you by rewarding.Really will recommend it to all.Just go for it.

    Seems there will be always a bug in the digi bank app, 3months back there is a issue that unable to apply personal loan Wen I try to apply loan it S used to show technical error I had called customer care and I have informed them after 1 month they have resolved it (my friends was also facing same issue) now there is a another new bug in the app, when I try to add more than 10k into My account it shows a pop up saying that u can add maximum 5k at a time due to security purpose,everyday samemsg

But now all of a sudden getting messages that kyc/address needed urgent till 15 March n m trying to update my address but it says that this address doesn't match..     The experience with digibank has been amazing but the app requires reinstallation every now n then.. I always get the error message - due to technical issue, we cannot proceed further with installation of the new secure authentication tool..

    Good service but need some improvement in app, screenshot shouldn't be allowed for bank app. Can't pay credit card bill via neft. I have add payee but transection was unsuccessful, i have tried to pay rbl bank credit card.

There is always technical issue with your app pathetic expirience, scared to load money in account,it load money and of tech issue appear then my money will be stuck unnecessarily. More over your people dont bother to call... When iam telling there technicall issue then why the hell your employees ask to share the issue..
