my only gripe is that the 1,2, and 3 month graphs do not mark my extreem highs or extreme lows in a day. if I make 2 entries in a day, and one is extreme high, and the other moderate.... it only plots moderate mood on the chart. If I mark one extreem high and one extreme low in a day, it plots a moderate point. this causes my "mood stability score" to be waayyyyyy higher than it should be. and makes my chart look more balanced than my moods are. so don't use for that purpose. Great otherwise!

It's a great app, I bought the premium version and I'm enjoying it. I just wish that with the free version you weren't limited to one goal, it's a little frustrating. But otherwise the free version is very nice, it's not unusable and it's actually not that different from the paid version. I do enjoy more one time purchases but for only 11 dollars yearly (when I bought it), it's quite cheap, I plan to keep using this for the years to come!

I LOVE THIS APP!! I use Daylio as a symptom tracker for LUPUS, my severe autoimmune disorder. Although I downloaded Daylio to use as a journal, it has worked beautifully to track and see which physical symptoms have been popping up over time. This app is the only thing I've gotten to work for me on a longterm basis. It's so easy, even when I'm sick, and displays the change and grouping of my symptoms so nicely. My rheumatologist will be so proud. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wonderful tracker. It's simplistic and gets the job done while being aesthetically pleasing. My favorite feature is the mood chart where you have a line graph of your moods. Its basically a free to use app, with premium options being very optional. It gives me a lot of great insight into my mood. I don't use the journal tags to find positives like they recommend, but to find correlations behind bad moods. Its much more helpful that way for me.

I've been using this app for over a year now, and the premium is so worth it. As someone with chronic health conditions, being able to identify mood trends and what activities correlate with positive or negative moods is invaluable! It's made managing my physical and mental health way easier. I recommend it to everyone!

This was an awesome app! It looks amazing, has minimal ads (I have premium but I think the free version doesn't have any either). Speaking of premium, its incredibly cheap. I got it when it was on sale and it was only 12 dollars for the whole year. Sales happen relatively frequently and it is very worth it. I only have two problems with the app: 1. You can only have three pictures under a single day 2. You cant put any information under your goals. It would be rly nice be able to toggle it.

I love this app. It has become pretty essential for my mental health. I've used it everyday for the last year. Recently my phone died and when I got a new one I was very disappointed when I thought all my entries and my organization (which I had just perfected) were gone. Thank god for the backup feature.

It's a great app! I add a lot daily and it helps me keep track of when I'm anxious, stressed, etc. At the same time, it doesn't push your goals and notifications on you, it's a very useful app and I highly reccomend it! Even without the premium subscription it works wonderfully!

been using this for nearly a week and so far I absolutely love it. This has me actually journaling, plus really looking at what I'm feeling at different intervals and during different times/activities/etc. Very pleased with how easy it is to use, as well as how I can change things or add things. (I do have the paid version, which is well worth it if you can spend the money, although I did enjoy the free version as well, just not as free to personalize the free version.)

I was recommended this app by my therapist. Journaling is usually hard for me because I can't get myself emotionally prepared or collected enough to do it and write about my entire day. I use this like a journal on the go. The premium version was definitely worth it for me. I can track so many things throughout my day and I usually have a variety of things I like to do and want to do regularly.
