I get asked to login with a code it texts me every single time I try to view my schedule and when I went to see if I could do anything about that from their "learn more" link it told me I couldn't login because it hit the limit for verification codes. Now I can't look at when Im supposed to clock in today. Terrible app, I highly recomend employers find a different one.

New update kinda blows. Had everything set up to use the app as quickly and efficiently as possible. Now it's a headache and a half just to get in and find what you're looking for.

Easy to log in and set up home page. Just wish contacts would show up when trying to send email.

Needs some work. Password must be entered up to 4 times before it will log in. No error messages or anything at all, nothing happens, at all. And has nothing to do with signal strength or type of connection. The "Remember Me" option for the password does not do anything either. Sometimes I can log in with a PIN. Othertimes it wants a password that may or may not work. Some consistency would be nice.

I'm an employee of Biolife since the upgrade there has been nothing but problems. Frequency bonuses appear when they shouldn't then we have to explain why they are not getting paid. All the bars don't always show on the app. It's very slow updating so donors think they didn't get paid. Then we have to look that up after they donate so they know they were paid. Can you please fix this !

App doesn't log you out automatically, so you open it, clock in from lunch just to be kicked out and have to go through the 12 step process to simply clock in from lunch. Speaking of the 12 step process, why would it default to the "employee" page and not the "mobile clock" page? You claim that you can set the default, but it doesn't stick. Additionally why are their separate sections. Why would the two things not just be on a page, chose this or that. Terrible app navigation, just terrible ever

Had issues in the past where it's clocked me on immediately after logging into the app. Not recording clock ins/outs. Doesn't always work if you don't have good quality signal. Doesn't automatically remove you from a logged in screen after the timer has expired for the maximum time logged in. Open the app and go to clock in or out from a break as an example and after submitting punch, takes you back to the sign in screen. Not able to view full payslip as you could online.

Everytime I go to open the calendar tab in the app. I get logged out. I've updated the app and restarted my phone... it still locks me out. Again did another update still locks me out when I go to view the calendar. I can view all the other apps with no problem... except for when I view the calendar. It's starting to getting frustrating....

This last update (60.3.1) does not play well with dark themes. The icons in the notification tray stay black. Also when you select messages, there's almost no difference between the selected and unselected. Plus, there is no option in the app itself to provide feedback like this, so rating is the only way.

Needs more refinement many things are just to hard to find so most of the time it is easier to the find it on the website. Apps are supposed to simplify not make more complicated.
