Worst experience by ordering from dawaai.pk. Once you get damaged or wrong product you will experience most rediculous procedure of return and exchange. Their phone officers have no information to tell regarding your complaints they just talk to you very politely and have no access of system to provide you updated information regarding your complaints. I suggest you not to order anything from this company.

Very bad experience for 1st order... Medicines dispatched after 2 Day after complaining twice. Even grocery delivery services deliver in 20 or 30 minutes nowadays.. but they don't deliver medicine on time in urgent need of patients.

Very bad experience. I placed order with advance payment on 14 July 2021. But no response till 10 days. When I complained, my order is canceled and my paid amount is trapped in wallet. Then I repeated the order but order is not accepted and no reply of my emails. Then I requested to call me to dig into the matter but no response. Still waiting.
