Dashboard is a replacement for the native apps screen. It allows you to also access sideloaded apps, games, recent apps, and control center from one screen. To open Dashboard, simply long press the home button on your remote control. You can also access Dashboard from the home screen by clicking the Apps icon (𝌠) on the top left of the screen. Main features: ✦ TV Apps & Games Access TV apps in two categories: Apps & Games. You can also rearrange, and uninstall them. ✦ Sideloaded Apps No need for another app to launch and manage sideloaded apps. They are on the same list as regular apps. And they have cool banner images too. ✦ Recent Apps Quickly access the recent 4 apps, and easily close them by long-pressing then clicking "Force Stop". ✦ Control Center The missing control center for Android TV. It would be nice if there were some customization options (e.g., hide system apps (or at least choose apps to hide manually), add or remove categories, etc.). I can't imagine ever using the screenshot mini-icon, but it would be nice to swap it out for my TV's 'Timer' app (sleep timer/alarm). I'd especially like the option to have 'Recent' apps removed from that section if you force stop them. Sort of a task manager replacement. (Or maybe separate categories for Recent and Running apps.) Finally, Dashboard doesn't ALWAYS hijack the long-press of the menu button. Sometimes the original AND Dashboard menus both open and both have to be closed when finished. BUT, this works pretty well and gives much better control over my device. A great app I recommend it.
