  1. Amber Gonzalez-avatar

This game is so rigged. Can't do much without purchasing gems and such to get ahead of the game (cost min 20$). Rather buy the app than continue to be tempted to buy items within the game. Very frustrating. Super cool and fun game; however, the fact that you'll have to continue to spend money on it is very tasteless. Hope they update and just charge for the app itself.

  2. Jasper Yap-avatar

It used to be good. In the first chapter alone, I couldn't proceed to the second one without watching ads for gems or buying them. Plus, they would automatically use up my boosters at the start of the round. It used to be WAY more fun. Now, they're just blatantly out for money right on the first chapter. I've played it for half an hour and I still can't finish the first chapter. Great job there. Never giving this a chance ever again.

  3. Megan Paull-avatar

I love this game. Its fun, i could very easily get addicted to this. HOWEVER. It's really annoying to have to basically spend real money consistently to be able to get through some of the levels. Yes they give you SOME items for free... but not nearly enough. I read a review farther down about how they'd rather pay for the app. I agree with that STRONGLY. It could be a great game, but they just want my money. Just let us buy the app.

  4. Jessica Jewell-avatar

I like the older versions of the game. Where I could pay a monthly subscription for all kinds of games and actually play as I wanted to. I'm sad about it, but I'm going to delete this game, because I really can't afford the gems that you HAVE to have to play it. I stopped playing for months and came back, and they gave me a whopping 5 gems. It's fun, but it's not worth the money. If you have a subscription to Gamehouse, you can play all the Delicious games for free. Same concept, but less money.

  5. Charle Ward-avatar

Its a cool game...you have to pay out the but to get the upgrades, when everything pretty much requires gems to upgrade. Im playing Beatrix day off and I selected a rainbow boost and a quick customer to play the round nothing happened, it lost the connection with server. When I restarted it, it took both my boost without me playing that round. Those were boost I purchased with gems. And there is no contact info to tell anyone about it. So player or buyer beware.

  6. Lisa Dempsey-avatar

I did love this game a lot. But then I had a small glitch with the game and instead of restarting a simple free item they just called me a liar. I would spend money to get special things and advance the game regularly. I don't suggest you waste a lot of time or any money on this game. You won't get help if anything glitches. Most companies are good at making things right when there's problems but it doesn't appear to be the philosophy of this company.

  7. Aman Sood-avatar

Downloaded this after remembering playing versions of the game on my laptop years ago, this version is the same concept, but they try and make you pay at every corner possible. Levels that almost require paid boosts to get max points, paid energy to actually play levels, paid cosmetics, paid upgrades, premium currency. They basically feed you enough for free to allow you to play occasionally, Annoying when 10 years ago you could have a much better experience, i will look for that version tbh.

  8. M Campbell-avatar

What a cf this is. Miss the really fun original version. Have tried give this version second chance but horrible experience. Just... don't. Overly complicated and basically impossible to advance unless you have lots of actual money to spend. Don't support this type of game anymore. Greedy makers sold out something that used to be fun. Uninstall.

  9. A Google user-avatar

***UPDATE*** I'm officially done with this game. I've been playing this game for around a year and in the past few months they've changed how the game works two different times in order to make it more and more difficult. The only way to get through the difficulties is by spending real money to acquire the games gems. So, the people running this game can kiss my ass. I'm out!

  10. Kristie Cherry-avatar

when I first started playing the only issue I had was anytime you received a boost it would automatically check it to use. You would have to make sure you unchecked it prior to game play or it would be used. Yesterday I tried to play and twice when I hit play and it took the 10 groceries the game stopped and took the groceries anyway. Today I had 5 blue gems and did not spend them and now I am down to 1??!! Not to mention I had a lot more coins. Where did they all go??!

  11. Samantha Alexander-avatar

    Samantha Alexander

I love this game! I only gave it 4 starts though. When you get your weekly delivery or your daily prize you should be able to save your free play and gem dash. These prizes start immediately and you may not have enough groceries at the time to get your 15 minutes or you may not have enough time to play that long etc. This is still a very fun and addictive game though!

  12. Casey Thatcher-avatar

I really enjoyed the game, but I have had the majority of my coins (10's of thousands) have disappeared twice now. While waiting for updates, I would just play and build up coins and gems. When the update finally came, all but 1,000-1,500 coins were gone. I am uninstalling the game.

  13. Lupo- Mun-avatar

Honestly, this game is vaguely annoying at times. It feels like it doesn't want you to continue playin it. It's not completely pay to play, but if you really want to just grab a game and play it for a bit, this isnt the game. Lots of things are unbeatable without waiting for the gem handouts to upgrade, and there's nothing to do in that downtime but switch to another game. I really loved Diner Dash as a kid, and while this has some of that fun, really wish things didn't just dead stop so often.

  14. Aimee Wolfe-avatar

I enjoy games like this, this one included, but I don't appreciate how many gems they require. You can't advance without spending real cash money. I'll be deleting the game.... That was my original post. It's now months later, I've spent my real money on the damn game and I'm still playing.

  15. Janeen Kairaiuak-avatar

    Janeen Kairaiuak

Updated review: the past week or so all my coins are disappearing. I have over 5000 last night. Went back on this afternoon and I'm now at 1800. The first time I noticed I lost a lot it was a lot, about 6000. Such a fun game! Wish there was a way to earn things like gems.

  16. Sara Zulfer-avatar

The one thing holding me back from giving more stars is because of the extreme difficulty in getting to higher levels without spending REAL $$$. It's a good game, challenging & fun, but lacks in advancement. I continue to play only because I earn rewards thru another app.

  17. Stephanie. Cortes.-avatar

    Stephanie. Cortes.

I dislike how I have to wait for another update in order to continue with the next chapter why can you just have chapters prepared this is a game and well at least I do this just play 2-3 rounds I continue playing cause I like the game but that's a problem I have. Hope you can fix that.

  18. Mackenzie Baker-avatar

    Mackenzie Baker

Good game until you get stuck because you need diamonds and the only way is to buy them or wait for the free daily deals and watch ads every now and then. Very limited game play unless you don't mind spending money.

  19. k a-avatar

Absolute let down the re-creation of this ol classic. The collect the coins and re-vamp the shop is just like all the other games. Also u cant even tKe the order to the chef or the plates to the trash or choose ur upgrades like the old one. And its laggy. Pre slack

  20. Shonte Augustus-avatar

    Shonte Augustus

I been playing this game for awhile and I hate some of the features. Like the piggy bank, I need my gems and the bank automatically takes them. Hold them for 2 - 3 days and then they disappear I don't get to enjoy them...

  21. Analeigh Gomez-avatar

I love this game because it can test your skills so i think you should try this game because of this and not only but it test your eye sight to see if you can see the things in this game so donwload this right know it is super fun download Diner Dash Adventures and try this game to see your skills and you eye sight so go not what download this right know

  22. Griffith Goni-avatar

I've been playing it for a few months and I loooveee this game but this past few days my screen went black everytime I click play although the music is still on. I dont know why. Please fix it.

  23. Melissa Alicea-avatar

Watch out. It's grabby for your wallet. Patience helps items reload. My point is that in order to succeed, options do not allow me to save up the stars, just utilize them for the diner.

  24. Irena Springette-avatar

    Irena Springette

It's a good game, the graphics is good, Its just everything is so expensive and you have to use diamonds in every upgrade and you dont get diamonds that often love it just to expensive for a free game.

  25. Bryan Morgan-avatar

Until they change the auto-enabling of boosts this will stay 1 star. There literally is no reason for this other than causing people to accidentally use boosts when not needed as to create a urge to make micro purchases.

  26. Carmen Bellotti-avatar

    Carmen Bellotti

Super laggy. Despite hitting the tables and food nothing happens. Fun when you're bored but unless you want to spend lots o money you wont be able to move through the levels/game very quick.

  27. Tanga Jones-avatar

Awful. I just started playing and I Played so many levels because i thought it would give me keys to upgrade And i got no keys. I only received the keys they gave me at the beginning of the game.. They want U to buy keys. The way my budget is set up is I think not. They need to change this or they'll never have any players. I hate games thats hard to past at least level 1..

  28. Evelyn Simon-avatar

At first this game was good until when you run the free download apps to get first diamonds they lie & never wanna give them to you. The message is aways wait when it says clearly to run the app and get your free diamonds. If you weren't gonna give the free diamonds you guys shouldn't say run dis app. I understand with some of the other apps you hath to play to a certain level to receive the diamonds but for the apps dat says just run this app & receive your diamonds you all don't be truthful!

  29. Keidra Cameron-avatar

I just got into it but I'm uninstalling because I can't get pass the username setup. I feel that should be optional but it won't allow me to play the game without it. A petty flaw but annoying enough.

  30. Andrea German-avatar

Sometimes, levels are impossible. But if wont play for couple of days, it will let you win lol. Customer service took a lil long time addressing my issue but still resolved it.

  31. Katherine Riedel-avatar

    Katherine Riedel

Nice game that's fun but it's definitely NOT free to play past a certain point. Most of the upgrade purchases require gems which are too hard to come by in the game to easily pass chapter 3. And the game waves it in your face too, saying that "if you bought this upgrade worth 6 gems you would have passed this level." While I'm just sitting there replaying a level 4 times to win a daily challenge to get one. But if you want 45 levels of fun free gameplay, go for it.

  32. Quishauna Yelverton-avatar

    Quishauna Yelverton

I love the Diner dash but having to pay in a game to advance is ridiculous. I'm also constantly losing gems and when I contacted customer service they said it's because I was clicking on the order ups, no I have been watching it and my gems are disappearing. I'm not even using the order ups enough to want to buy them. Also, losing 10 of 50 grocery bags/lives is unfair if you are able to advance to another level. In other games you lose a life if you fail a level not when you win it.

  33. Jessica Snow-avatar

Response time needs improvement. I find myself having to tap things multiple times just to get things selected. Frustrating. 5 stars when fixed.

  34. Victoria elena Sanches-avatar

    Victoria elena Sanches

I mean listen. I've always loved DD. But here's the thing. When they introduce diamonds and figure "oh people will pay" it ruins it. I've been stuck on the second chapter now for two days and can't progress bc I can't afford upgrades, I've been burning through the same 3 levels over and over, running out of boosters too. This is incredibly boring. I hope you guys fix this so somrhow bc it's an amazing game, it just... Is way too greedy

  35. Dania Shari-avatar

This game is not how the original Diner Dash was. Too much going on and it tries to force you to buy stuff. Not enjoyable.

  36. tonya gibson-avatar

It really sucks bc if u don't put $$ into it your not going to enjoy this game. They give u 1 to 2 gems a day but yet it cost like hell to upgrade.. I would give - 5 if i could

  37. Lindsay King Mears-avatar

    Lindsay King Mears

Way too dependent on in game purchases. I love time management games. I still have CDs of the original Diner Dash for PC, for crying out loud. However, it is impossible to progress in levels in this game without purchasing "gems" with actual money. The leveling up of all food, equipment, and characters depends heavily on gems, and the game provides little to no way to get the gems without buying them outright. They have the "download and play and get X gems" feature but it is also trash.

  38. Silvena Miteva-avatar

Great game, especially if you have played the original Diner Dash for desktop. All low-starred comments say that the game is impossible to play if you don't buy gems, which I can confirm is absolutely not true! Yes, it will take you more time, but if you really enjoy the game and make good strategies of exactly which upgrades to buy, you will have no problem with the gems you earn for free! I have passed all levels and now I've started all chapters again to earn all possible stars.

  39. Nikki Ortiz-avatar

I love play this game and it is addictive but I am ready to uninstall it because the gems that I get from the mail truck and the daily free gem(s) are disappearing before I am able to use them. You have to collect so many of them for the next upgrade and I am not buying anymore gems. If this doesn't get fixed than bye, bye Diner DASH Adventures.

  40. TheFakeOwl-avatar

I don't have much to add that hasn't already been said: The blatant expectation that their base will pay for upgrades just to pass level and not on their own merit is ridiculous and greedy. The concept of behind the functionality of this game is so completely the opposite of the aesthetic that it goes for of fighting large corporations with hard work and determination. It's evident that they're willing to comment on bugs but not their EA level of greed. They only care about the whales.

  41. Chani Murray-avatar

I think I can fall in love with this game! The graphics are great and so is the storyline. The music is very catchy and I have not turned the volume down once!

  42. Chelsea Grant-avatar

I love this game but why does it take so long for updates? I play gardenscapes and they have over a thousand levels....I realize that it is a different type of gameplay, but it's very frustrating especially because I like this game ten times more. Strongly considering just deleting at this point...I've actually deleted and started over a few times but even that gets old.

  43. L Smith-avatar

I used to love this game. It was fun and addictive; that is before it got into my pocket. It costs entirely too much to keep this game going. The gems and coins run out quickly. You need these to advance. My kids and I are not going to spend hard earned money to keep this going. I looked back at what I spent on this game and had a huge wake up call. Purchases add up quickly. Annoyed with myself for falling for this. I am dashing away from the diner.

  44. Beth-avatar

Changed my rating to one star. I play and play and play. I earn gems and try to save them up. Now they disappear over and over before I get to use them. If there is an expiration time on gems should let players know this. I can't possibly get the gems I need for the upgrades when they are continuously taken away.

  45. Tamika Rucker-avatar

This used to be my favorite game until I did a purchase and they didn't deliver the content and when I disputed it and showed proof they said I already used it so be careful when purchasing

  46. Linda H-avatar

Fun game to pass the time. Upgrades require gems but if you're patient it's not that difficult to get them. My only complaint is that you don't get to choose when to use your bonus items such as free game play for 15min or the 15 min game play for gems. They start automatically once you get them regardless of whether or not you have enough "groceries" to even play. They have often just gone to waste with me just watching the clock run down to zero as I wait for my needed 10 groceries to play.

  47. Crystal Rain-avatar

I used to play the old version of this. I like this game however getting gems without paying for them is similar to pulling teeth. I complete the tasks with various downloaded apps but I typically only get 1 gem even though it promised 70+ and sometimes I don't even get gems after completing a task with a free offer. Honestly I stopped playing this. Edit: I did contact customer support and nothing happened.

  48. jeyjeys mhmm-avatar

I really like the concept of decorating the place as you play, there's a story line to it, which it's nice but it:s wayyyy to hard to earn cash to do the upgrades. Another thing is that 10 pudding is needed to start each level and you only get one after a certain timing. A very long long game. It's interesting at the start, but ut slowly gets frustrating.

  49. Sabrina Queen-avatar

This game use to be fun but now it's hard to play without spending any money to keep playing 1 certain level and you constantly have to use the gems that it takes for ever to get just to upgrade 1 thing... I want to play a game without having the option to spend money on every other level.. it's a great game but not to spend money on every other level just to get playing. I should be able to play for fun not play to spend!!!!! It also takes super long to get gems... too long for my taste..

  50. Rebecca sligh-avatar

I've beaten all the levels and achieved all the stars and you have not updated the map and your last update was short and easy. I love the game but the limitations are short and easy to beat. And the daily reward challenges after collecting all the stars through the maps are not fun. If you lose once you have to start all over and the rewards aren't worth the hassle. And I don't like the fact that I have all these extra stars I have from completing the levels and nothing to spend them on.

  51. Kristen Waddel-avatar

I absolutely love everything EXCEPT that there is literally NO way to play without buying which sucks but to make things worse, the packs aren't worth the money. I get way better deals on similar games. I'd love to see a monthly package like $10 a month and I get free play or at least cheapen the deals or up what you get. $6 gets me 1 upgrade. That's NOT worth it for me. I have and will always be an obsessed diner dash fan. No hate. Please consider my ideas? ❤

  52. N Floyd-avatar

Upgrades equals money. I would rather just buy the game like the old ones than pay a ridiculous amount of money so I can upgrade every single item just to pass all the levels. The customization of the town, buildings and Flo is great. Playing without paying is possible, it just needs patience. Game keeps losing connection. Downgrade to 2 stars.

  53. s's channel-avatar

I was trying to give it a .5 star😂😂!! When I installed Diner Dash, I had a positive mindset when it came to the game, mainly because it's a Glu game🥰, but boy oh boy was I highly disappointed!! This game had me stuck on chapter 2 for the longest and keep in mind, I had achieved all three stars and completed the goal!! On top of that, the little gems for the price you pay is outrageous! They will not because of the prices of the upgrades and it's a waste of 💵 & yes Im guilty. Gotta help you.

  54. Rita Hawkins-avatar

Would be excellent if it was not such a pay to play game. Loved the pc versions better because it is one time paying and done. Can't you just charge us 10-15 dollars to install and get rid of the high costing gems? I would be willing to buy this game but will not pay for each "upgrade". Yes there is a way of earning free gems but not if you also use leisure money apps and sites. Let me buy it outright. Otherwise goodbye to the mobile version, I will enjoy my pc versions instead.

  55. Michelle Flowers-avatar

    Michelle Flowers

I used to love this game but now it's gotten so hard, you have to spend money to be able to play. You only earn about 100 coins per level but need 1000s to upgrade anything. And you have to upgrade to be able to pass the level. Its reached a stand still so I guess I'll be uninstalling ☹

  56. Melissa Thompson-avatar

    Melissa Thompson

Gave this game 4 stars. But as of yesterday it's annoying me!! I have bought and earned diamonds and everytime I finish a level, it is taking them for whatever reason. I thought maybe I had done something, but no...I didnt. I have lost 13 diamonds just in a 30 minute period. And for the last 2 days, it's been close to 25. Can u do something about that plz. Thanks.

  57. Chloe Blume-avatar

Really fun, but can be expensive to keep playing past a certain point. It will just take a lot longer to progress till you save up enough gems, if you don't buy. They do have ways to get them though, a couple at a time. Just realize you won't be able to realistically take part of things like special decorations, etc, as there isn't enough time to save gems in the time frames & also advance. It is a really fun game, though... Just can get boring not being able to progress while saving up.

  58. Jeremy Newell-avatar

Pay to play. Diner Dash used to be so much fun, but they've made it impossible to beat a level without the blue gem upgrades. I logged in daily just to collect the free ones. Finally after two weeks I had enough to upgrade a kitchen item to finally be able to advance to the next kevel and when I logged in, the game automatically spent 10 gems on some scam "customers may drop gems" for 15 min. 15 min later, they didn't. Uninstalling. I can buy a console game at these prices.

  59. zi xuan-avatar

ok, this game is fun. pretty nice graphics, story line and easy challenges. the only downside is the gems. gems are really hard to earn. even if there are free offers for gems, it's never enough to compensate for the cost of the upgrades. the rewards you get consist of mostly only a gem, while upgrades can cost you like eleven gems. other than that, the game is fun.

  60. Wendy Buell-avatar

Cute game until I got to this point where I am forced to look at "events" cannot even continue to play unless I invite friends. No way to click out of this "event" I reinstalled to see if I somehow was making a mistake...nope...the game does not allow me to click on the x to close out the invite friends event. Im forced to open "event" at that stage...and the x id simply not active.

  61. Matt Jones-avatar

A fun game, but definitely tries hard to get you spend money. It's to be expected for a free-to-play with decently high production value, but it's still annoying. I almost wish there was a way to pay a price upfront and be able to just play the game uninterrupted.

  62. Jennie Talmadge-avatar

    Jennie Talmadge

Have to pay! The only way to progress is to pay money Uninstaller not cool.

  63. Sarah Nasypany-avatar

Fun and Frustrating. I've been playing diner dash games for years and the storyline and animation in this is wonderful. The downside is that even when you get past one star at the end of a level it doesn't actually give you a star, which you need to advance, only tells you how much you fell short for 2 stars. The gems are important for upgrades and the game drags on forever if you don't buy any. I lose interest due to this and pick it up again a few months later to repeat the cycle.

  64. Karen Wimpey-avatar

Super disappointed. I've been playing this game for quite some time. I really quite enjoy it. There's some sort of a glitch that doesn't award your stars when you've earned them all the time. I've contacted customer service about this and all they give me is run around. The responses imply that I am an unintelligent person that doesn't understand how the game works. They do not seem willing to take care of their customers or see if there's a problem with the game. I will be deleting the game.

Fun but.. they give you the ability to win stars to upgrade the diners looks but in order to win a star you almost always have to use an item. Otherwise you're forced to play a stage multiple times to get enough stars to upgrade one thing. Very tedious and repetitive and the gameplay doesn't change or get dynamic enough to help my interest in the game long enough to play that much just for an item upgrade. Fun but tedious, play if you just want something repetitive to distract yourself.

I am only 21 but grew up on playing diner dash and wedding dash, this brings back good memories, my only problem is the timed levels. You're given such a short amount of time to get things done and it doesn't help your chances when you don't have any boosts and can't even afford to get the boosts so you are left with not being able to even finish that level until you actually have money to spend on gems to get the needed boosts. I'll continue to play and try but it just seems unfair to me.

At first I thought it was a great version of the classic phone game but then as I went higher into the levels they kept telling me I have to pay 2 f%$@ing dollars to get an extra 30 sec each round. And you would have to keep paying! It's not even a one time purchase. What a crock. You can hardly get 1-2 stars each round without paying so theres really no point in playing after chapt 2. They quickly ruined a great game and I dont attach to games easily so this was a bummer for me.

Really loved the Diner Dash series, this game is WAY TOO dependent on money for the little value of coins and gems given during play time. At first it was fun, got to beat levels. Now everything needs to be paid for, even the characters' "loyalty" to Flo.

Super fun game especially if you played the original PC version. Such great memories. The hardest is getting enough gems in order to buy upgrades, and 90% of the upgrades require gems, which means you will have to wait until you can get the gems. It is a game that can be played for free, the ads are optional and they always give you something like a gem or money, or extra lives when you watch an ad. It is a very fun game and the story line is cute.

I have multiple gripes about this game. First and foremost you almost need to give up your first born to even earn a gem (not counting the occasional gem frenzy or waiting 6 hours for a free one). This causes you to basically wait for days of building up the free gifts to even progress the game. Just make people pay to play this because the way you're running it is broken. Second gripe is that I have lost so many prizes and gifts because of 'loss of connection'. It only happens when I win. Hmm

  72. M C-avatar

There are times when you can't play without buying items. Which sucks...its basically a paid game hidden under the guise of a free game. And advancing is hard without buying things. I wouldn't play unless you're planning on spending money with this. I get they need to make money, but having to pay to play when you run out of items. Loved it, gonna delete it now.

Grind & Graft would be a better name. In order to anything you need gems, which are trickled out 4 or 5 a day. You can't beat the levels without upgrading, and to do that you need lots of coins and gems. Grind away! Or just buy them. Then on top of that they try to sell you in-game merch, for money. I have played through a few locations to see if it would get better, but it doesn't. I didn't buy anything, and without that it's just a chore. The game itself would be fun, too bad.

  74. Emira Cerić-avatar

Why would you put boosters automatically activated, I have spent a few just because I didnt know that was the case. Such a boomer because now on my harder levels I am in lack of mentioned, plus it is impossible to pass it without them. At least make the levels (beginner levels) easier to pass, one star doesnt bug me. P.S. Why is every creator now taking the concept and the design of Gardenscapes?

It is a fun game, however, after a certain point you feel pressured to buy diamonds. You need diamonds to upgrade to pass levels, you need diamonds to upgrade kitchen appliances. Then you have to choose to upgrade customers or save to buy upgrades to improve your speed just so you can pass a level. I wouldn't mind being able to earn diamonds watching an ad or paying more coins for an upgrade but it is frustrating. I'm wondering if I should just uninstall before I invest anymore time.

  76. Twiggypoo3069-avatar

Too glitchy. I was just starting a new level and it made me refresh, and took my supplies for the level, I was unable to complete it, or go back in to start it because I didn't have the 10 supplies anymore. Also, doesn't give you many supplies to play and keep in the game. So, I play maybe for 5-10 minutes then I'm done until the game has more supplies. Too short to make me want to continue. Probably a game that is going to be undowoaded.

It's an OK game.... They take your diamonds away with a piggy bsnk you gotta pay for or play in between the time it goes away cause it take ALL diamonds you work for till full and pay for them.... So I am playing it very little.. I check on it and play when bank is gone so I get stars... Would rather it didn't take them all but your game your rules... Probably won't keep it long...

It's a great game . The game give us some ways to receive reward and diamonds but at some point of the game .We would like to see an upgraded version that has like every 10 games you give out diamonds and other prizes or whatever..... But I love it I was playing it everyday but once I got stuck on a level I slacked alot....

This game started off very fun, until you got into the second chapter of the first restaurant. Defeating the levels isn't so bad, but being able to gain enough stars throughout is a problem. By the time I finished the fourth and final chapter of the first one, I was struggling trying to gain enough to open the next one. Even with boosters I still couldn't get through to the next one. I'm all about a challenging game, but not to the point where they're trying to force me to spend $ on upgrades.

D.D. has always been a fav since the very first one. My frustration w/ this game is the stars & working for stars for a storyline idc about. There's absolutely no point in having a star checkpoint in a level when it makes no difference to the level objective. (1) Having 2 stars in the gauge but only the end one matters in passing the level is extremely annoying & (2) when you achieve 2 stars in a level but are only rewarded one also extremely annoying. Remodeling is what I want to spend stars on

  81. Sarah Young-avatar

Game is fun for a bit then becomes too hard to win unless you pay. Also please take out the play and save piggy bank. It's insulting to players that they earn stars in levels and are supposed to earn gems too but they get locked into a piggy bank that you have to pay for ?? That's my understanding and I'm incredibly upset by that decision. You cannot upgrade unless you pay since your gems get taken away. 😡😡

I love Diner Dash games. However I wish you could set a default so you have to manually add the helps. If would be great if you could store a free play token to use at a later time. I got a 30 min free play token just as I was about to go out for a few hours, and missed the chance to use it. Also, you shouldn't get fireworks at the end of a level unless you earn a star.

I've always loved Diner Dash but the fact that the cook hinders you from achieving goals just so you would have to buy jewels is a disgrace to diner dash season 1. I played diner dash when it first came out in 2004 on a PC and the only need to purchase things were of you wanted more advanced stuff, on this version, I updated cookies speed to service in chapter 1, but that doesnt carry over into chapter 2, he's slow to make the food causing me hearts and time of the game, I'm faster than he is

  84. Lia Prokopf-avatar

It's a fun game. I just hate how everything takes gems and you don't earn gems quickly. I'm not one to spend money on games like these either, which you almost have to do in order to get far. I'm stuck on one level which you basically have to use power ups that I don't have or spend money which I refuse to do.

This game is very fun, however, they don't give you really annyyyyyyy diamonds and you basically need alot to upgrade anything so it feels like it takes forever!! That is what made me uninstall this game. Just annoying that it could be better if they gave you more diamonds or something without having to pay for it.

  86. Dane Pacheco-avatar

Love the game but it's too money hungry for my taste... What really made me delete it was using blue diamonds on accident just to make the food faster, then going to your inventory just to find out you have none when you spent money on them. great game, but makes you miss the old diner dash, where you can actually play and not spend money.

  87. Tamara Ward-avatar

I dont like that you have to use stars to fix things and they only give you 1 per level and you always have to use them soon as you get them. Then each level costs bags of groceries so you can only play for so long. I use to love diner dash not really liking this one I like how wedding dash is set up wish they all were set up like the old wedding dash is.

  88. Jelena-avatar

Takes a lot of time to earn gems and when you do the game steals it from you. For example I had 3 gems and I completed daily challenge and when I clicked on "collect" I had only 1 gem that I had just collected. And I was supposed to have 4. I haven't spent those 3 anywhere and this is not the first time that this is happening.

Good game, it's fun and fast paced so it keeps you busy. But you can't upgrade anything without having gems. And gems are not easy to come by, so you have to spend money on buying a small package of gems for an over the top price or not upgrade your stuff until you somehow come across some gems. Its ridiculous how many gems you have to have AND how many coins you have to have to upgrade one item. The game would be better if gems didn't have to be relied on so much.

  90. Chelsie Jones-avatar

Not even on chapter 2 and I already have to buy myself through the game to get to Chapter 3. Its like you need 3 stars to pass the levels but they time you so its hard to pass. Then you have to buy to continue. I've been playing this game since the beginning. Since it was just a computer game. Alot has changed.

The New Update Is Horrific- I updated my game because it made me- and now NOTHING will load. I can press play but when I get inside of the game everything says downloading and it won't let me do ANYTHING at all. I spend a lot of money on this game and I'm going to be pissed if I have to permanently uninstall it. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it did nothing. To be frank- I am pissed off and I need it to be fixed PRONTO.

I absolutely love this game. Very addicting. There are lots of ways you can earn diamonds. Fun story line. Grandmas house challenges have to be my favorite and a great way to rack up on some coins. Please hurry up and add some more levels. Patiently waiting a big dinner dash fan!!!!!

Originally I gave this five stars, but now it's dropped to three. I mean I get the upgrades and making the game last longer, but holy cow it takes way to long for new areas to unlock. To be told to get all the stars and wait, which is weeks, for new game play is ridiculous! Haven't decided if I'm uninstalling the game or not, but I'm leaning towards it...

  94. Lydia-avatar

I love the game I think it's cute!! I like the challenge it gives in the levels and it is fun. A new twist on the old Diner Dash I used to play. The only thing I don't like about the game is, it's already hard enough to make coins, but then you also have to not only upgrade with coins, but diamonds as well and diamonds are really hard to come across. If it wasn't for the diamonds aspect I would give it five stars.

  95. Keely Fisher-avatar

I like the game and would stay on it for more than 10 minutes if it didn't cost 10 groceries to play and then it is impossible to get gems smh. And on top of that, I would like a variety of things to do with an option to do it besides spending my stars on feeding a pig. Make it to where we'll earn more heart or something if we spend a star but to feed a pig? Really? Come on Diner Dash I wanna keep you!! So I'm back for another review and they have made some awesome improvements! Thank you for!

  96. Madison Dover-avatar

Tbh it's not a bad game, its kept my attention so that's something! It's just super annoying how after a certain point it becomes pay to win. Just kinda kills the game because you can put work in literally everyday and get no where unless you have hella diamonds which are semi-difficult to get on top of only being able to play like maybe 4/5 games. Truly kills the initial joy of the game. Also, not feeling the fireworks at the end of every match.

A great game. But why is it ridiculously hard to come across the damn diamonds!? Are you all really that desperate for money? Just let us enjoy the game. Jesus. Good luck trying to get stars and upgrade your equipment without spending YOUR actual money buying diamonds to do so. & what idiot came up with the piggy bank concept? Why would I pay $2.99 to release 40 diamonds I EARNED playing games and getting stars??! EVERY SINGLE upgrade requires 3+ diamonds.

  98. Elizette-avatar

Got through the first stage of the game. It was fun and addicting. Then while in the middle of a game, the game will halt your progress and give you the option to either purchase more gameplay or to quit. I thought I could get around it by playing a stage, force quit win a star each level, but all for naught. I uninstalled the game once I just couldn't progress.

  99. leanne dovey-avatar

Best game of its kind. It also brings back memories of playing the PC version many many moons ago. I wish gems were a little easier to gain or better yet, you didn't need gems to upgrade every! Item or person. At least have some coins and some gems. Otherwise I can't fault it. I've been playing months now & am working on the floating sea shack.

It's more like 2 & a half. The game is fun & addicting, but it's really annoying that it costs so many gems to upgrade stuff in the chapters just to pass the levels. Having to pay for gems to get the upgrades that don't even transfer into the next chapter causing more upgrade requirements that start from zero will make me stop playing it soon. The rest of the map looks so fun, it would be a shame to not get to play it because I don't want to keep spending money on the gems.
