I had this app for about 2 years and I use different credit cards when there's money. Now it not letting me add any credit cards at all saying reach the maximum limit of adding credit card. What the heck!!! I remove the card because there was no money and now you telling me I add any more credit cards plus there is no number too fix this. I hate this app

Excellent app for people that is a frequency bus ride it's easy and convenient to buy tickets and just show it to the drive safer don't have to keep any cash on me when I am out late luv this app been using it for two years now

I got this app yesterday. To test it, I got a 24-hour pass. This is way more convenient than having to find a store to use cashback on my debit card. The transaction was quick and easy. Once the ticket became available I got on the bus. (**Don't press 'Use Ticket' until you are on your first bus!! The timer on your phone starts the moment you do!**) Show the driver your ticket on each bus you're on (DDOT/Smart/FAST). KEEP YOUR PHONE CHARGED TOO otherwise you won't have proof you paid!

The app is great, but maybe make sure all your drivers are aware of it and how it works? I was almost refused to get on a bus just now at 9:30 at night because the driver insisted he "needed something he could read" and didn't want to acknolwedge either the side with the bar code or the side that blatantly says "7 day pass, expires in 16 hours".

Love the app. Only had one driver that was unsure of what to do. It would be nice to have one app that had the payment capability of this app and the route/schedule information of the Transit app, that way I wouldn't have to switch back and forth between the two apps. I would give five stars if that was possible.

DO NOT USE THIS APP...... The app logged me out.... I log back in used my PIN number.....all of my information and all of the bus cards that I had paid for which was about 20 single fare... Bus cards were gone... And my credit card information... I used to link.... Listed for help in the app.... But the at referred me to the Detroit city of transportation...... And when I called the city of Detroit transportation.... They were rude unhelpful and treated me as if it was my fault......

Cool app! I'm always bummed when I don't have any change for fare. Not anymore, I guess. The app was kind of hard to find, there are a lot called "Dart". I heard about it from the poster, you should consider putting a QR code on there

Online paying systems like this do not work well with incompetent drivers. I bought a ticket today and showed the driver the virtual ticket. She told me still pictures were not acceptable even tho it showed the date, time and expiration date. Smart bus driver 3832 was extremly rude and was telling other passangers that i could have used a fake ticket because she's trained to spot them and made me leave the bus, typical Detroit rhetoric.

Why cant I use my email? It has the option, but only allows you to enter a phone number. My phone was disconnected and I had over $40 dollars in Dart passes I cannot use. This app is very convenient, but this needs to be fixed! ASAP

Easy to use. Purchases are quick to make. Just show the current pass to the driver or fare enforcer, and walk to your seat. Looking forward to quick validations through the use of QR code readers.
