I know through your cheap ad of putting all of your stacks in buying t20 cricket live streaming rights but the higher video quality of darazlive must be atleast 720p if not 1080p. the layout/userinterface could be a lot better than what you're providing at the moment. the daraz app must be making millions a day. showing that ad to gain sympathy was a cheap publicity stunt. shame on you!

Terrible app. They offer free delivery for a few hours, and then you can't place an order during that time. Also customer service just says they are escalating the problem and then send you messages saying that you're using a fake link, which is impossible since I'm using the app. Terrible service!

I really like this app and I always give 5 stars but now I'm facing problems!! My daraz wallet keep cutting cash I almost lost Rs300 and I've complained about it to your helpline many times but they never respond!! Also your delivery charges unnecessarily exceed when we order from different stores! You should work on that too!!

(I had to rewrite this review cause I think they deleted my previous one) The diamond system is full of bugs and wack! It literally takes the app 10 minutes to show the "add-to-cart" task is completed. Additionally, the "Live broadcast" is glitchy with no smooth sound but there's no problem with my phone or my internet. As I exited the app after adding an item to the cart, the "Live-Broadcast" plays at the background with smooth and clear sound which is really annoying. FIX THIS!

Chatting system is very teribble when you open the app only then you can see your chat with your seller whereas bombarding of ad's are showing every time and there is no check and balance some fraud people are selling fake things with "Original" title and no'one is doing anything.... Sir you have also put a delivery fee on self pickup point...what happened to your student program why isn't it's working from last 1 to 1.5 year???

Worst online shopping experience ever. It's been more than 20 days that I've been waiting for my order that said it'd take 3, 4 days to deliver from a seller with good ratings. And there's still no tracking information available. The status keeps saying 'processing' while seller claims he has shipped the order. Great job Daraz!

my experience has been worst with daraz ,first of all this app never shows any picture being provided by the seller of the products so because of that i dont really knows or see the product secondly i ordered first time and it was completely broken. there was no bubble wrap or anything for protection because of which what i ordered it was broken.

Pathetic policies, response to complaints and returning incorrect items are almost impossible. Not recommended at all. It's not easy to return at all. I filed return complaint on 11 and kept trying to contact daraz agents who kept assuring me it'll be done tomorrow. It's not done till now. It's even almost impossible to talk to agents due to Daz bot does not let you connect to agents and keeps sending useless auto msgs
