If you're planning to buy this lock for it's Auto unlock feature, DON'T, as it works randomly. You never know if it's going to auto unlock or not. Same goes for their 2.11 app and 2.12 app. Tried with different phone models, respecting all the guidelines. Same phone, same settings: day one works, day two doesn't. Other that that great design, auto lock works perfectly, lock assist works without issues. I would love if they introduced wireless key (we wouldn't need phone at all), as Nuki did.

Auto unlock doesn't work with Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, I tried everything but couldn't not enable the feature, the screen stuck at "gettingyour location" loading page. Unlike my other phone where it works just fine. Any advise? or the app need to be compatible with the Note 20 Ultra?

Cannot log in to application. Enter email address and password, and I get "logging in to server" which goes away and leaves me at the login screen. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, to no avail. I'd like to set up my lock but. UPDATE: Worked with Danalock support (great response) to get my issue resolved. FYI, this was caused by a symbol (like !,:)?-) in my password, which the app doesn't like. If you're having the same issue, use forgot password and use only letters and numbers.

App does not work. As far as i can determine, the lock is functional. I cannot be 100% until i can get the app to recognize the bluetooth id. Press 3 times to activate and can hear the one beep. Also, reset it by pressing 5 times. Then, wait 1 min and press 10 times. And nothing. Seems like the app wont access bluetooth scanning functions. I wrote to support and am still waiting for help.

Can't find my lock to pair and use... No support documentation for older version of danalock only for the new v3 which j didn't even know existed at time of purchase ... Wasted time and money.... Update: contacted support. They were absolutely useless did not solve problem and we're arrogant and told me to buy the new model instead that mine (which I just purchased) was discontinued. If they dont support there old products why would I buy a new one to eventually be rendered useless too. Avoid.

It simply doesn't work, it doesn't lock nor unlock the product. Customer service was utterly useless. I wish I had something nice to say, but I don't. I reached back out to customer service, and same uncaring attitude, I'm stuck with a set of dumb locks.

Bought a danalock version 1,installation went o.k. but when I installed the danalock app login went fine but the add new device screen it says press the lock name or the keyhole will begin installation. Pressing on the eye icon etc...,but there's nothing on the screen to tap or press on & yes I'm standing in front of the lock in my door. I've pressed & held the lock face for 3 beeps & then a 4th quick beep but nothing happens & I have verified location & internet access.how do u pair w/the app?

Difficult to install. Took me hours to figure things out and make it work. Their website only contains instructions for version 3, not version 1 which I have. That tells me they don't want to support users like me.

Unable to connect to app. Keeps saying Transporter error and to refresh. Cant refresh because lock doesnt show connected. Not good.waste of money.

bought this in Christmas thought it would be geat. What do you mean it has a bug with Android!!! can not connect!!! seriously 230 dollar for regular lock 😡
