Better than I expected. The app is easy to use and visually pleasing. The food's great too. Feedback: 1. There's a tab to give feedback on the order but unfortunately it will pop up only once, so you can't go back to it if you exit the app. 2. First time order, I forgot to change the payment method so a little highlight on the payment method could help as I missed it the first time.

I used to support pop meals and loving the foods in the menu. Unfortunately i am disappointed with the customer service. I am experiencing of not receiving my food as the rider just put the food at the lobby counter without a prove of picture that he is actually delivering it. I have reported on this issue via email. However no further action taken and they just ignoring my complaints. It the customer service is not responsive enough why bother to have a customer service in the first place.

really have bad experience using this apps. last time order got deleted without no refund and proper explaination from customer service. need to go to outlet to understand the problem but easily said that its out of stock. so just uninstalled the apps and move back to foodpanda for a better service

Very bad customer service. Good food but bad service. My order was delayed,and I cancelled but then received a call from the rider that my food has arrived, I didn't take it, I asked the rider to have it. Nothing was given as compensation except from,"please accept our apology " The refund is only either to their popmeal credit or to our bank account.This may seem okay but wait till you pay usng the E wallet methods,the refnd will still be lke the two options. Uninstall when rfd is successful

I try with my family at pop kajang branch. All food super delicious and drinks too.. i wish u will have more brach and advertise in social media so many people aware of this food exist. Not many knows dahmakan n pop are the same and the food really improved tremendously! My family loved thier foods, EVERTHING!
