I have used the free version and loved it so much I decided to get the paid version. I continued to love it for several years. Until this week. I just got a new phone and was bummed to not see all my data come over from my old phone to the new one. I decided to try their support for assistance and 2 emails later they were able to help me move my data over to the new phone. So now I absolutely love the app. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cycling app. Look no further.

Excellent app. Easy and intuitive to use. Does everything you need. Set up custom routes. Track progress over time. Upload to Strava. Join local communities.

It is the best app I've found so far for tracking my rides even so there are many small annoyances. The last I checked the manual was nearly non-existent which made it tough to learn. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to analyze my rides on my real computer.

5-Stars on my previous iPhone. Simply a fail since I bought an Android. I know it is the OnePlus 5 phone's fault. It has agressive power management and shuts down my background apps around 20-30 min into my ride. I LOVE cyclemeter and their tech support tried to help. If you have an iPhone you will love it. If you have an Android, beware. Apparently some Androids work, many don't... depending on the OS mods made by the manufacturer. I bought a Leyzne Super gps and love it!

A great application, does what it is supposed to do. the free version is good as a simple ride tracking app but the paid version is better when paired with sensors. Their customer service is the best i have ever had to deal with. they respond within 24 hours. my most recent question came on Saturday before Memorial day and they responded within 6 hours. a few emails back and forth until mid morning the next day and i was all fixed up (had recently switched from iphone to samsung). Best service.

I used to 😍 this app, but now that it's taken the features I loved and packaged them into a subscription service I'm less than thrilled. Nevertheless, if the app works flawlessly and streamlines an aspect of my fitness routine, I can make a case that it's worth the 10 bucks/year But it isn't doing that. I had hoped the fitness activity would automatically with MyfitnessPal, and just generally be better than when I used it in 2013-2015, but it isn't. And I keep getting an API ERROR ALERT.

I've used Cyclemeter for nearly 5 years, across 3 devices (iOS & Android), and it's been amazing on all of them. There are a bunch of reasons why I love it: • THE BEST support I've ever encountered, for any product or app. Super quick, friendly, helpful, and willing to answer weird questions. • Unlike some other apps, it lets you define custom activities (I've used it for biking, running, walking, hiking, inline skating, and moped rides) and track all of them both individually and in combination—this was a big deal for me when I started working out, because I didn't feel like I was being shamed for "just" walking every day! • Tons of export options, including automatic post-workout sharing/export, Strava/MyFitnessPal sharing, and bulk downloading of data for preservation/backup. • The "Plans" feature is incredibly powerful, if slightly counter-intuitive; I just finished a 5K running plan with it, but you could just as easily use it for interval training, calisthenics-style workouts, whatever. • Fully customizable audio feedback including pace warnings, distance markers, interval changes, etc. etc. So yeah, one of the best apps I've ever used. Thanks, & keep up the good work!

Great app with great support! My iPhone died and I switched to Android but needed help restoring my Elite purchase. Ronnie answered my email in less than 24 hours, answered all my concerns, and got me back up and running in record time! I use the app for cycling, walking, and will start hiking soon. It tracks everything I need and more! I definitely recommend it!

Very nice to know I can keep a tab on my riding. That nice. In addition I really love riding especially during the time of this Pandemic. I riding my bicycle inside, I have it mounted on something call a AL pcour to station your bike with your back wheel connected. It's nice to ride with my son who lives in Florida, and can see, and be connected ☺ thanks.

Weasel-ware. Instead of simply selling the program, like a comapny with integrity, they shamelessly beg for subscription money, even though you aren't subscribing to anything. They basically want you to pay double the purchase value of the app, every month for a "subscription" .. Remember before every developer was a sniveling weasel? I miss integrity...
