    Trash. CVS has definitely rushed to put out a product that was not ready for public use. It's not hard to write programming code that works. This app autofills data incorrectly and says I have left a field empty (not true). When I correct their problem, the program incorrectly says I have duplicates. Again, not true. I am a new customer to CVS, is this the kind of service I have to look forward to?

    cvs pharmacy I used to be able to manage my prescriptions with this app, but I no longer can. When I provide the requested information, the app says that some fields are left blank when they are not. As an alternative, when I try to look up prescriptions by the store and prescription numbers, the app says that my prescriptions are registered to another account...which they are not. Pretty disappointing. This has been the case for a few months. Uninstalling.

    cvs pharmacy new york This app is often confusing and a pain to use. For example: even though you have requested mail delivery and paid, the app shows the prescription is ready for pickup. Another issue is that you cannot request mail delivery from the app. You must wait for a text message. Finally there is no notification of a backordered prescription. You must log in to find status even though the prescription is on automated refil.

    cvs pharmacy near me This app is terrible. I can't log in half the time and I shouldn't even be having to log in as frequently because it'll randomly log me out as I'm browsing through the app. Also the frequently asked questions link and the give feedback link doesn't even work. I was trying to buy photo prints and magnets and after I gave permission to the app to access my phone's images, it would log me out and then it says "log in to see your photos" but why was I logged out in the first place...

    cvs pharmacy hours It's annoying that when my doctor calls in a new prescription, the app will say it has been filled by the store but it really hasn't. The store doesn't fill it automatically, they just file the new prescription. But since the app thinks it has been filled already, I have to call the store and sit on hold for ages until someone answers and I can verbally request the prescription be filled. That's just ridiculous and inefficient for everyone.

    cvs pharmacy las vegas I used this app all the time for status's and requesting refills. I was always able to compare my prescription orders placed by my doctor on their system and confirm the prescription was received by CVS to plan my routing home or if I needed to re-request prescription from doctor. Unfortunately, I have not been able to use the app for months. I stopped working some time ago. I uninstalled the app and cleaned out other unnecessary apps on my phone. Then I reinstalled the app on my phone and it still hangs when I attempt to logon. Before attempting to logon I logged on via the website to confirm that I have the correct user/id and password combination. I am sure my problem is related to an application that is somehow blocking your application, but, I do not know where to start troubleshooting your application. Do you have a log file on the Android phone? Any help from developers would be greatly appreciated.

    cvs pharmacy chicago I would love to rate this app a 5. It needs some improvement first. When I try to pay for my prescriptions in the app, it can be 15-30 minutes before the app says its ready for pickup. In the parking lot, that's not convenient. It seems like there are changes to the app every month. It's difficult to keep track and know what the current process is, however, I am hopeful.

    cvs pharmacy target I love the CVS , The app is good but there's alot to improve , First even if I have account I can't see my history well specially if I make an appointment in-person. Second, the the organization in the app is so terrible. Third, if I get some vaccine pr anything in the clinic I can't see or download my report . It should be always there in my account.

    cvs pharmacy flu shot I tried the app about a year ago, it was slow and half baked. Tonight I decided while in the drive thru line, I would try the self checkout. It didn't work properly after I paid through the app. The computer at cvs registered it as checked out but could not check me out. After they took my transaction code and let me go after 10 minutes. The app is still a complete waste of time except for telling you when your prescription is ready, that's it. Typical of my experience between IT and medicine.

    cvs pharmacy delivery Disappointed dealing with mobile app. Only works sporadically for chosing pre- paid or delivery of scripts. Scripts sent electronically from my doctors office, are never available in the app. So I call the pharmacist. (couldn't find 3 times) Only certain medications can be delivered. Even though they're hand delivered to my door, by their employees, and only left if I'm home to receive it. I must still go in person for 2 or 3 scripts. Defeats the purpose!

    The app is terrible. Sign in problems, you go around in circles once in the app, links don't work, missing info. Very frustrating to use, very disappointing that an app can be so inefficient to use. I only have it because I have scripts through CVS and I can manage them there (kind of).

    This app is a joke. A waste of time. It is impossible to have your prescription(s) delivered. The app will frequently alert me of a prescription being ready; so I open the app, tap on the one that is ready for pick-up/delivery, and nothing happens. I always end up having to call the pharmacy and set up the delivery - which completely defeats the purpose of the app.

    This app is basically useless. What is the point of you ordering meds with no more refills, if the app IS NOT alert the pharmacy personnel to fax the doctor for the new prescription?!? I have to make time to call my doctor's office to request a refill!! I thought we were in the year 2020, not in 1984!

    A decent app. Sometimes items won't scan in store, but its easy to use. I don't know if I'm having issues with the app or my acct in general. Haven't seen any offers added to acct in weeks. No CRTs, app only offers or any of the clippable coupons promised in the weekly ad. I'm assuming CVS frowns on using the offers as I used to receive tons of offers, & would use them. Now its like my app or acct has been abandoned.

    The app is fine for placing orders. However do NOT pre pay your prescription. The pre paid order may not show up on the pharmacy end and you'll have to pay again. After paying again you'll get a credit and the first payment will go back to your account because it is cancelled as the same transaction. Beware and check with your bank. This is an awful situation to place people in especially if you don't have the extra money to have double transactions. CVS needs to do better. Much better.

    The only issue I have with the App, and this may be a CVS thing in general is that it keeps putting my prescriptions on auto refill and when I tell them no, it keeps on asking. No means no and stop bugging me about it! One of my medicines has a morning dose and an afternoon and I don't always need the afternoon dose, so any auto refill eventually gets off schedule. Everything else about the app is great and easy to use.

    Issues for rate 4 vs 5: when they list meds for potential refills or pickup readiness they give beginning 2 letters. Having 2 meds starting w same letters, IDK which drug they're talking about. Another issue: there are times I should be able to check refill box but it says I have to call the pharmacy to order it?! If there's a rx on file, why waste my and a busy pharmacist's time calling in? Lastly, no fast, easy place to click for store/ pharmacy hours that's kept up to date d/t covid changes

    Price scanner always says they don't sell a product even when scanning in store. When you search a product, it only pulls up the first few results, making it useless. I only use the app to send coupons to my card, but since i can do that from a computer, having an app isnt needed.

    Constantly gives you false information. Made 5 appointments for flu shots on the app. Get there for my appointment and they don't have any flu shots available. Ummmm, isn't that precisely what making an appointment is supposed to manage? Then I filled scripts and the app said they'd be ready at 3pm. I went at 3pm and waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told they weren't ready yet. Worse than worthless.

    Overall I love this app. But had problems with ordering photos ( getting calls that I had pictures at store when I didn't order any but Idcgobtobthe store justvin case. Apparently this was a problem/Clitch in there system. Hopefully this has been resolved. Otherwise it's easy & convenient to order my photos thru my phone.

    I love this app however a friend of mine is on my account and has been for a very long time and been trying to take him off for at least a year now because I have not seen or heard from him in over 2 year's now!!! Please CVS remove Peter from my cvs account and try to help me set up delivery as I moved much farther away from where my prescriptions are being filled at now! Thank you

    I continually have issues with this app and get prescriptions delivered. I get to select address, I enter my address, then it says to press the "continue" button, however there is no "continue" button. Please fix this issue or hire someone who can. Thanks

    The app is fixed for now. Had issues after every update. I could not send script in, pay for them, could not recieve any script updates. I talked with my pharmacist at CVS and he said the same thing happens every week when they do a update on their system. I told him that CVS could face lawsuites because of this. I took IT in college and know that their IT people are not fully checking the updates before they put them out both for the app and for the CVS stores. Very Poor work habbits!

    It's pretty clear how to use the app. I would only say that the scripts I don't use anymore, go into a storage. I've asked a pharmacist to do that but unfortunately it never did happen. However, they are working hard during this time and it's a nothing little item compared to the situation the world is facing. Thank you for your help!!!!!!

    Dangerous piece of garbage. If I took my meds in the order and quantites the prescription schedule indicated I would be dead. The ability to remove a scrip from auto refill doesn't work, and the ability to archive only works sometimes. It's been this way for over 2 years.

    I LOVE the pharmacy portion of the app. It makes it so easy to refill prescriptions and the pharmacist will call and handle it for me and just lets me know when it's ready. So convenient! This has made my life so much easier (every little thing counts).

    It's fantastic! Saves me a great deal of time , time I would have spent on hold, listening to the same song over and over again. Easy to keep all my info together. I don't have ti get those 12ft long receipts anymore. I really am thankful to have it!

    This app is HORRIBLE!! I input all relevant data, cross all the t's, dot all the i's and it STILL tells me it can't finish doing what it was created to do! creating an account, so it's freaking USELESS! Looks like identity grab!!

    update now app doesn't work since the update the app requires to add rx management. Once I add my info the app tells me its already linked to another account. If I push " not now" it doesn't let me access anything on the app . VERY frustrating!!! Please fix asap!

    Really improved -- was clunky at first, but it's been upgraded and streamlined. Much easier to use, and the rx features make management almost effortless. Would like to see integration with payment, if that's not already in the works.

    The app will not save my login information! It asks me if I want to save it every time I login, and I click "Yes" , but the next time I need to login, I have to renter my password. Please fix this!

    Haven't been able to connect the last two or three updates. Keep getting a message that the app is unable to connect due to technical difficulties. Useless if you're not able to sign in and use coupons features scan your card etc. Hope it works for you.

    Stressful app. Doesn't work as it should and won't accept half the information you add to it. Easy to go and wait at store for a refill. Trying to pay thru the app and set up home delivery are a royal pain, IF and WHEN app allows info to go thru. Deleted app and will call or go to store instead.

    Since last update cant access my scripts uninstalled the app then reinstalled it still the same issue everything works on the app except the scripts part your app is spinning counter clockwise instead of clockwise when connecting to the scripts it's like we are in the southern hemisphere of the world

    Let me use the damn app without turning on play protect spyware. 10/5/20 update: it just doesn't work on android. I get nothing but a spinning arrow and nothing loads. Thr ios version works fine, but not the android version.

    CVS pharmacy is the best that has beautiful clear photos I highly recommend these people to anybody and especially I love most of all my app that I have from CVS from my phone and my own comfort in my own house I could order the photos how many of them I have and then they email you to let you know your photo are ready to pick up and tell you the price which I love the most God bless you CVS keep up the good work you don't need to do anything else your people are five stars in my book

    The app makes it easy to order and manage your prescriptions. You can place your prescriptions in a auto-refill or receive reminders to order medication. There is the week ad with specials of the week.

    I wish every retailer with a rewards program had an app this good. Access to account, rewards, coupons, sale items, easy shopping online and delivery. Appropriate notifications. Easy prescription access and delivery is also a plus for pharmacy items.

    It fine until you get to the delivery and it does not go thru. I am not able to walk so very hard to find a way to pick meds up. Very much an inconvenience. Always seems to be having issues with app.

    Not user friendly at all. Makes you re-login repeatedly while you're using it. Prescription management is a mess. Server is always slow. I hate this app soooo much.

    Usually awesome but i have now been waiting for 3 days to get an Order that shows paid fixed. My daughter has tried to get it for the last 3 days. AND set in for 30 minutes each day. Gonna try to pay for it again.

    I can never utilize the app for home delivery medications. When I get to the shipping address confirmation, it never gives me the option to check out, requiring me to enter shipping address over and over, accomplishing nothing. Maddening.

    Sometimes has issues; can't connect to server on app but able to login with laptop. Then it needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled after a day.

    Pathetic App..There is no option to reset the security question.Account gets locked out after 3 attempts..Don't understand why a simple feature is not provided.Not at all a reliable option..Would not recommend CVS pharmacy to anyone.

    I'm just about to try the new look, but on a quick look I'm not sure if I like the list or just swipe to find coupons. So I gave 4 not 5 stars. I do like the rewards management part and weekly ad on top 5 stars on that. I don't really use the medicine part , but its easy to use. But by far old look new look the programmers made a great look and made it very easy to use. If my 63yr mom can use it with no problems then its awesome. The rewards part I'm glad it's easier for her to find😁

    If you attempt to add a new payment method it doesn't give you the option to enter the credit card information. This is very inconvenient and upsetting I even tried using the desktop version and I get the same issue. It only asks you for the card holder name, address, and nowhere does it allow you to enter the card numbers. As a result I decided to cancel my carepass membership cause I wanted another payment method charged. Smh

    The App and the Pharmacy should work together. The app is ahead of the pharmacy.When a customer calls in the pharmacy is too busy or won't change what needs to be done, leaving the app bugging the heck out of the customer to pick up or deliver prescriptions. Since CVS has been with Schnucks the whole pharmacy system is messed up. The pharmacy needs to take time and get in there and work out the kinks.

    It would be great if it worked as it is supposed to. I can order RXs easy, but it is impossible to set up delivery using the app. If you select delivery it has you verify address, but you can't get to the "continue" button to submit the address so it won't go through. I always have to call the pharmacy to arrange delivery, which defeats a majority of the purpose of the app. If they correct this then I would give the app 4 or 5 stars.

    If you have an acct and now you want to sign up the app has a difficult time to finding or validating who you are even with the scan of your license from the beginning... It should match you by address, you name and phone number.... Why would I have to go unattach my refills from another acct that already exists at the pharmacy only to create a new one and reattach later (that's what the app was instructing me to do).I found a workaround but man.... It took me like 45 mins to find a loophole.

    Never have a problem sending or receiving info on the app. Can keep track of all info on each individual prescription including refill information. Also helpful for prior info on meds and this helped recently when i picked up a refill & i noticed the pills were smaller & it was from a different manufacturer but also the dosage on the refill was different so i called & spoke to a pharmacist & he double checked it & he corrected it in the system and said i could puck up the corrected prescription

    Trying to transfer from Walgreen's from CVS because of my insurance changing. This app is so unstable that I will just do all my renewals online. No wonder Insurance companies get a good deal, because CVS is too cheap to make a decent app.

    Really good app easy to use it but there is two things they should edit first one some time when I get my medicine from the pharmacy they don't update the date for last time & the second one there is no option you can delete ur medicine from the medication list that medicine u don't need it anymore or u want stop the refill and even u can't remove it to the archive ; last thing there's no option shown choose for auto refill if you have refill on ur medicine they ask u by text or in store

    While waiting for my prescription to be filled, I was going to sign up for a flu shot. Unfortunately, I'm locked out of the app by a message box stating "Our associate is completing your order. You can sign for prescriptions on your phone in just a moment. " Why would you completely lock users out of the entire app after a prescription is dropped off (or is being reproccesed due to a change in insurance?)

    Transferred all my scripts to Meijer because it's clear CVS is not customer friendly. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! IT'S NOT WORKED IN MONTHS & CVS DONT CARE. App needs rebuilt from scratch by a professional company, it simply don't work, not on Androids anyway. Very unprofessional built app especially for a big med corp to own like CVS, just disrespectful to its customers who depend on it for medications.     I found the CVS Pharmacy website relatively easy, but only after I clicked on the wrong area. Finally I got to what scripts were ready to be picked up. when anybody clicks on that from Home next page should be the scripts that r ready for pickup, they are there but u need to scroll up to find them. otherwise this app could use a few tweeks and I believe it would run more smoothly. thank you!

    Make it easier to stop renewal of meds no longer needed. The pop-up call to action on the Android app is annoying and blocks what's under. Make it pop up with clearish grey transparent color and have it disappear. Leave a question mark or some widget float over that opens it up again.

    The app will not allow me to use my FSA card to pay for prescription delivery. It says the number s are wrong and try again in 24 hours. I'm looking right at the card, the numbers are not wrong. This is so frustrating as I need to use my available FSA funds to pay. I do not have money in my bank to pay right now. This is why I have the FSA and your app won't let me use it.
