    This app is constantly having sign issues. I have noticed that when it doesn't recognize your password, the system is down. No need to reset it is just unusable until it comes back up. It is not user friendly to find information and you constantly have to search on the app for information. I have discovered that the app does not speak very well with the other cvs systems. Do not bother updating information through the app. It seems the pharmacy will retain what dated info they have on file.

    Constant issues with your app. The very first time I shipped meds to my home, they screwed up the label and shipped them back to themselves, then lied about it and said there was nothing they could do. The meds finally showed up about 5 weeks later, luckily they weren't super important or I'd have been in trouble. Today I can't even get through checkout. It keeps asking me to verify my address but it won't save, it just asks over in a loop. Very bad experiences and I think I need a new pharmacy.

    The app is fine...when it works. 75% of the time, though, it doesn't. I routinely get messages telling me it can't complete transactions like refills or home delivery due to errors or being unable to reach the server. Today I got asked to add Rx mgmt to my account, even though the account screen says it's on. It lists my phone number but says the number shouldn't be blank. When I retype it & submit, it then brings me back to the same screen again. This is typical of my experience with this app.

    They can't seem to get it together. Every few months they change some settings when you finally get it working that makes the app worthless. Such as prescription management. I already had it but they seem to think I need it again. Annoying text messages constantly. "Would you like to refill a prescription that you just got a 90 day supply of? Duh no. Get it together cvs.

    Easy to use- which is my number 1 requirement! My experience trying to call to talk to anyone is impossible! I always get put on hold for 10 mins or more just to talk to a technician. Going to the pharmacy is an equally bad experience. They are so busy and do not have enough help. The pharmacist and the techs are busting their humps to help everyone's demands- and the public is demanding and impatient. Please put more help in your pharmacies! Your employees deserve it!

    Why do you not add the coupons listed at the bottom of the products to the cart!?!?!? What is happening with this app!?!? Nor do you tell us if the products we added qualify for the Extra Bucks listed in your add!!! This was the greatest app until a month or two ago when you updated it! Now there's an update every other day and every other day something else doesn't work like it should. FREAKING TERRIBLE!!!!!!

    I like that I can manage my meds in the app. Lately, the ordering process isn't working. Most recently, I requested two prescriptions - one earlier today and over four days ago. Both showed pending and fillled at the same time. When I went to pick them up, had to wait 20 minutes. Sometimes, I think the old phone system worked better.

    The app was working fine until today. It keeps asking me to add prescription management but this setting is and has been, on. It gives me an option: Not Now, but if I choose that option, I still cannot access my prescriptions. So, I attempted 3 times to add management and it told me, 3 times, prescription management accounts already exists. So that leaves me no where. I even tried reinstalling the app. Now, after signing in, I still can't access the prescription list.This needs to be fixed ASAP.

    Constant issues with this app. Decides to just stop working, "unable to complete request". Chronic glitches. I have to order Rx for my uncle because his app won't recognize his address but it works just fine in my app even when the address is EXACTLY the same. You put in an order for a Rx, get a confirmation, and then nothing happens. If you go back later it's as if the order was never put in. Total garbage. Wish I could switch pharmacies at this point.

    Man I hate this app. The ui is terrible. That home screen, can you add anymore options? Really, why have any menus, just put it ALL the home page. Logging in is a complete joke, I was told "you have this medication on another account "?, ok, how about telling me which one. Or give me the option of switching it. The only reason I use this app is because your phone system is so horrendous to navigate your app seems logical in comparison. Your entire tech department needs a complete change.
