It does not seem to remember info, like I've signed up for Rx Management 4 times, and it still asks me to set it up. Then it say the phone # line can't be empty, but it populated with 10 digit phone # with dashes. But that's too many digits. I remove the dashes, it goes thru. But then the app adds the dashes, and next time I log in, I go thru the same thing again. Just does no ot work well.

Had to use because Caremark was my PBM. Absolute nightmare. Bugs are fun permanent features. Trying to decipher script info will make you want to punch yourself in the face. What you do find will be incorrect or misleading, but usually just outright unavailable. Any shiny "helpful" features do not replace the obvious basics literally everyone wants from their pharmacy app/website. Like it was unilaterally designed by a toddler drunk with power after his promotion to middle management.

I ordered reprints online. I trade at the CVS on Main St and Charter Oak corner. The APP said there are photo services there. I spent some time selecting my reprints and as I was finalizing my order, my CVS was not listed as one from which to order prints 😡. So I will be picking them up on Middle Tpke W instead. NOT convenient. Incorrect information does not belong on the app of such a large chain of big boxes. Bad business.

The app only works half the time when I'm trying to refill prescriptions. It tells me that I need to add RX management even though I already have then the next day it'll work fine. Pretty frustrating 👎

Just plain doesnt work. No matter what i do i get the same message. "This prescription belongs to another acct. Remove and try again". What prescription? I can't get thst far.

This is absolutely the worst app I have ever tried to use. nothing works it will not accept my prescription information and there is no way to contact any technical support. Still no support as of 12/7

This app is absolutely useless the weekly is "never available at this time" not to mention your dial up version is beyond slow just to load one pg. So sad Google is much better at displaying everything for cvs than cvs itself smh get it together 💩🤦‍♀️💩🤷🤬😴🗣️📣I'd rather use chrome to connect rather than utilize this app

Very easy to use. So convient. I can drop by the store any time to pick up. No more sitting on the stool in the photo area always asking for help.

I used to really love this app, but now I feel like it's just "ok". I think it's more complicated to navigate now and definitely more uncooperative when it comes to prescriptions. I hate that we can no longer take screenshots in the app either. That really made my life easier. But I still appreciate the convenience of using this app & just hope at the very least the screenshot option comes back.

The filter for prescriptions does not work. I'm trying to see my history from last year but when I hit the apply button nothing happens

I used to love this app. Could get refills simply and easily and pay for them too. I can no longer do any of that, despite trying to work with the supposedly nice new updates. I have to call to see if anyone can help me with a refill every month now. Just spent 30 minutes on hold and finally hung up. Shouldn't be this hard to get my medication.

I used to use this app daily but I can't get in to see any of my meds. It usually spins circles like it's going to open then goes back to the main page and sometimes it says the server is busy. It's every day not just some days. Then if I try to select to change my personal information it says "Sorry, we're having trouble displaying the information. Please try again later." The only thing I can do is see my extra care card but that doesn't really help me when I need to refill my meds. Please fix

I use this for prescription management and when it works it works well and saves many hours on the phone. There appears to still be backend capacity issues and I would estimate getting error messages alluding to one or more servers being unavailable about 20% of the time. You can do many other things shopping and coupon wise with this app, I do not use that enough to comment on.

Terrible! Everytime I type something in search box, it drops words. My rewards are valid, but not attached to card. I've spent hours trying to shop online. Products cannot be enlarged to read and see color of makeup options. The app keeps crashing while I'm trying to shop making me log back in each time. My earned rewards expire today and once again I lose! Too many restrictions on earned rewards, & prices too high. I'll shop elsewhere.

I use to constantly use this app to buy online but it has stopped working as far as purchases go. I can click on the item but it won't go to the page or add it to basket. I have tried wiping cache and even uninstalled and still same issue. What's the point of having a shopping option if I can't buy. It's Cyber Monday today!

Miserable experience. The app gave me no useful information on my Rx. It told me to contact the store. I was on hold for over 15 minutes the first time I tried to cal store #2557, and then for over 31 minutes the second time. The app doesn't provide useful information. The store's customer service is nonexistant. I will uninstall the app, and take my business elsewhere. This is how oligopolies ruin our lives and take advantage of us all.

Honestly, does this thing ever work? I try to log in so I can have have my meds shipped to me (I'm disabled) and I constantly get an error, stating that the servers aren't responding. You guys, seriously, need to fix that. Update: Shocker, the forgotten password issue still not been resolved and customer service doesn't seem to care.

Barely works. It's a nightmare to set up so prescriptions are displayed. On at least one screen, fields are prefilled, including phone number. But when you try to submit the data it tells you the phone number can't be blank. It is filled but contains blanks, which you have to remove. After going through this nonsense it displays a page asking if you want to display prescriptions, which you just did. Then another page which is essentially "are you sure". I think I'll go back to Walgreen's

I would really like to be able to choose which type of texts or phone calls I receive. I do not need the constant reminders that my prescription needs to be refilled soon or that I should get back to get a large refill than the doctor prescribed. The excessive number of calls and texts are the main reason for my rating. I do like the ease of the app vs. calling to get refills...and that's the only reason this got 1 star.

Your app is really horrible. Every time I get a discount on my card when I go in at to use it it doesn't show up at the register and they have to put it in manually. Also 2 hours after I pick up my prescriptions is when I get a notification that my medicine is ready for pickup. Your app is ridiculous.

Huge potential for your private information to be hacked. Intrusive, cumbersome, multiple form fill outs. Horrible app and company policy. Zero confidence in how they protect private information. This app constantly asks for private information multiple times, meaning fragmented security (many other security issues) . Companies assure you how secure they are until they are breached by hackers. The insistence of companies of gathering your private information is appalling.

More flaws than anything. Constant errors in prescription section - items marked ready for refill when not, online orders go off into Neverland, app pickup at store seldom works. Plus, if you opt in for text or phone notifications, expect your phone to be filled with useless junk. Even the employees say it's lousy and discourage use. When I mentioned the problems they say it's a corporate issue that they can't get fixed.

The app was a great tool for ordering refill of prescriptions, but lately it's not been going to the pharmacy even though it gives me a confirmation received. Now I'm waiting on pharmacy to refill & it takes longer. The pharmacy isn't a great place either. Since the turnover of the old ppl the new ppl don't know what they are doing. No compassion to customers!! Bad customer service all the way around!!!

Like the convenience of pharmacy pickup code. When browsing through products page tho, you can't scroll down to read through more than 1 reviews.

This app works well. It makes it easy to refill and to order your meds. If you need to change locations I wish you luck, make sure the location you add is surely the one you want. If you move your location it will always default to the one you added first. It doesn't allow you to change Doctors but it is a good way to keep track on the expense of your medication.

You guys currently have a major bug/flaw when it comes to refilling prescriptions.. the order goes thru and you get an email confirmation but the app makes it look like the refill order is still in cart. It made me place a refill 3x. In addition, when you go to the store, the refill is not place in pickup so they have to "fix" your profile causing me to wait more than 20 mins. Horrible user experience and can only imagine if you need a medication that's meant for serious illness. Please fix ASAP

Although the apps has many features, the one I want to use does not work. It has show card, which I thought it would be scanned like the actual card. It does not work. I have to produce the card each time. My grocery store has an app & when selecting My Card it scans at the register. So it can be done. I called customer service escalated to IT, 2 days ago, will call you back when it gets fixed,hmmmmmm. It needs to be fixed otherwise for me the Card feature on the app is useless.

Blah The pharmacy part is utterly useless, tried to get the rx management enter my info it says I'm not in the system (I had literally just picked up the meds), tried to do it manually *enter the store # & the prescription #* once again get the same msg that I'm not in the system. What's the point of having this feature if it doesn't even do anything it's supposed to?????

Unable to pay through the app anymore. Why you haven't fixed this showstopper of an issue is beyond me! Especially since it's been at least a month since you all broke it. Definitely test your code before pushing it to prod. Is you do have QA doing that then fire then and get people that will catch this sort of issue!

Horrible half the time it doesnt work, you want to refill and it says no prescriptions found! Ugh

Within the past day or two I'm not able to click on anything or add anything to my shopping basket. I search for a product and when I click on it, it will not take me to the product. It doesnt do anything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still having this problem. Please fix this! Update: 10/02/19 After I posted my review the next day the app worked and has been working fine up until today. Back to not being able to click on anything or add it to my cart. I've uninstalled and cleared cache.

It won't let me add items to my basket, when I click on a item it doesn't show me anything but the price, I have driven to 4 stores trying to search for a particular item when I should've been able to check availability in certain stores...this used to be one of my favorite apps now it's a pain in the you know what! On the pharmacy tab, it keeps showing me that I have a prescription ready for pickup or refill when I have already filled that prescription, I hope they fix this soon!

This app simply does not work. I have to keep trying to put my info in to access my account and it continues to say "were sorry, services aren't available to you" The whole reason I wanted it was to try and get my meds delivered but I'm tired of it not working. I think I'd have better luck uninstalling it and just ordering my meds from the pharmacy through email. This app obviously needs either to be fixed or just eliminated as a viable option.

Used to work great. Now it doesn't let me click on an item OR add anything to my cart. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Same problems. I don't see an option to report or troubleshoot the issue. Please fix it!

Filter selection doesn't work. Can't pull up prescriptions.

Terrible! It's such a pain in the a** to use! Not intuitive at all. Difficult to order refills. Asks me to select a pharmacy location to send refill to, scans barcode, and sends to pharmacy location the last refill was filled at. Also have to call constantly to get refills because if you don't pick up an autofill in time, it doesn't revert back to being available on the app. I SO miss Walgreens and wish my meds were covered there. So much trouble with CVS over the years for various reasons.

App is terrible. Keeps locking me out when I try and change my information, go to the website and they tell me I need to do a password reset. Why couldn't the app notify me of this? Why did it just lock me out of my account instead of prompting me to change my password? If you're going to have a separate app expect people to have it on their phone it should work better than the mobile site. This app is useless, just use the website it works better.

The app is completely useless since the last update. It tells me that I have to call the pharmacy for refills. I got the app so I wouldn't have to do that! Also on one of my prescriptions it said it was waiting for prescriber approval when in fact I had 3 refills remaining. Why even offer an app if it doesn't do anything it's supposed to do, AND gives bad information as well? GARBAGE

It's so-so. Requires password changes at the most inopportune times, then makes it a hassle to actually do it. If CVS has a data breach, then have us create new passwords. If there was no data breach then there's no need to change passwords If this sort of silliness keeps going on I will definitely delete this app.

Everything is great BESIDES LATELY when using the SEARCH part to do the searching for my meds or prescribers, etc. It DOES NOT SEARCH at all. It does NOT do anything. I can type & put the information in but the SEARCH button does NOT go through or anything. I did log out & log back in but still it is the same thing. Please help fix the issue because there are many times I do search/look for my meds for certain medical things. Thanks!

Absolutely terrible cannot find me, have to keep re logging in. I enter directly from the prescription and it still can't find it

The older app worked, this one freezes between tabs and clears out my digital coupons often, forcing me to uninstall and reload often. I can't use the barcode for my card account at the store because I have to RELOGIN and sometimes I don't have internet access inside CVS stores to gain access to my account, just to scan my EXTRA CARE CARD number.

This app is terrible. It forces me to reenter my password every time I try to un-enroll a prescription from auto refills and then doesn't un-enroll it. My pharmacy is constantly filling prescriptions I don't need because this app makes it so difficult to manage prescriptions.

Improving nicely over time. User friendly. I wish there was a designation for which insurance when a med is workers comp vs other insurance. Also want to be able to see when prior auth is required. Thanks for the convenience.

Since last update, this app sucks! I am not able to use this at the drive-thru at the RX window. I sign and all on the app and it disappears on the Tech's screen. I uninstalled immediately after it happened after the 3rd time.

This app used to be convenient. It would automatically detect my presence in the store and I could have the rx barcode ready for the associate. Then it was easy to pay on the app. Since the last "improvements" it doesn't work at all.

I dont see a number where I can get help with my app. It wont let me manage my prescriptions...I can't even see them. When I enter my information, the app says that a prescription already exists with that account....I'm not even trying to get a prescription....but beyond that, there is no number to call to get help Bout it

I have been having trouble with this app. Was told today I can't load all the coupons because it will shut down the register. Why, if CVS want user to use less paper they need to get this app up and running with the register in the store.

Everytime i need to check a refill i have to keep adding prescription management nothing gets saved. I don't want to keep adding the same numbers Everytime i need to check for a refill status as i don't carry my prescription bottles. Its easier to just call the store. This app for me is useless.

Terrible. The app continuously gives errors when trying to do a refill. Called the number to fix this and after 10 minutes it still did not work. Total waste if time. Apps are supposed to save time and this is the complete opposite.

App has started to act up the last two months. After I sign in I can't see my deals & rewards for several minutes until it finishes loading. If issue is not fixed I will uninstall and take my business elsewhere.

The app is very slow and confusing to use. Despite clicking "remember me box" i often have to enter password all over again. First i click on prescription link and itll pop up my my session has expired. Itll send me to home screen where i have to click link for prescriptions again to put password in. My kids prescription info only shows things i picked up. Cvs pharmacy dont know how to explain how app works at all.

App is great for keeping track of my perscriptions, but it always fails when I try to pre-pay or deliver them. Every time it fails and gives no explanation. It's been months like this, someone should have fixed this by now.

I have a cvs account. I prefer to manage mine and my family's prescription online. Somehow i ended up with two profiles and can't access my prescriptions or my kids and I'm being told i already have access to my kids prescription. It's not showing up in the app and this sucks. It's been over a month and this needs to be fixed.

I'm so frustrated with the most recent update to the app. I am no longer able to get prescriptions delivered. I pay for a subscription to care pass so that I can get prescriptions delivered and now that the app is broken it is a complete waste of money.

Feels like the ap is less focused, based on MY needs. Jumps around quite a bit.Getting better and not as cumbersome as before. If an rx is available for pick up, I'd like to know which one(s) it is before arriving for pickup, Also whichever one is available for 3 month refills, it should just be prepared for pickup. I got the app this morning and created an account using my phone number. The app worked for a little while and then I signed back in and the app tells me to put in my phone number that is already showing and then tells me my number is already linked to an account. So I cant check on my prescriptions. Please fix this

After the last update I can no longer sign in It says there's a problem with my address email but it's still the same or it doesn't recognize my password or finger print ... I don't know what you did but you need to undo your screw up

The card scan code on the app does not scan at the POS in store instead the cashier has to type the lengthy number in.

Worst designed app. The app tells you after you select all of your pictures that you can only upload 49 dollars worth . on top of that the coupon price isnt considered. This is th kind of lack of thought or caring about customers that I have come to expect from CVS. They love wasting my time by being lazy on their app. Ill get my photos elsewhere.

App is pretty good but I cant figure out why some mail comes to my home and some to my exes. You can't fix it in the app. I have used the app to order prescriptions but sometimes it doesn't go thru. Really like having no 3 foot long receipts and keeping track of paper coupons.

Horrible and extremely frustrating! Makes me sign in every single time I shop and go back to the cart. The prices change from one screen to the next. Most of the time the products can't be clicked on or even added to the cart. From the reviews, I would never trust doing prescriptions this way. CVS failed horribly.

Slow, logs out and freezes at random. It shows a prescription as" last filled" when it is not filled but on hold. I should be able to message the pharmacy to request a full for those on hold. I should be able to, through the app, take a prescription off "hold" and get it filled

It not a good app only one of prescriptions is showing up on this app and I have 7 prescriptions that I get monthly and it won't even give me an option to get this one they do show delivered and that was the whole reason I downloaded this app through there suggestion when they texted me that my prescription is ready for pickup or I can get it delivered through this app.

Same as others. Can't ever get to my scripts due to server error. Very slow. Call support and nothing they can do. They get an error but have no access to IT, so it sits, not working.

I always use cvs app when I shop but recently I can't add item to cart when I click "add to cart" and when I click the item, it will not direct me to the page with detail on the item. Also, when I use "show card" on the app, the system shows invalid but when I have cashier enter my number associated with the card it works.

Pharmacy portion of the app is worded poorly. If it says my rx was filled on 11/1/2019 and I go to pick it up on the 5th I expect my rx ready for me to pick up. Apparently I should have known that it saying filled on mean they script was recieved from the doctor on that date. How does that make any sense? I shouldn't have to spend almost 30 minutes trying to pick up my script just to be told that the app isn't correct.

Nice, when it works. Freezes a lot and haven't been able to change the default search range for prescriptions. Convenient but it needs work.

This app used to be good, but with the updates it really stinks now. You can't get it to put in a rx refill. It keeps saying that there rx number and the pharmacy must match. I input right off there bottle. It's pretty much unusable.

I'm a long time CVS customer who has been hoping to finally get a pharmacy app that is useful. Unfortunately, it seems the latest update is not only worse than the prior version but has rendered the pharmacy portion completely useless. It is sad that a company with such big pockets has skimped on what consumers want and expect.

The entire reason I downloaded this app and went through all the many many steps of setting up each little tab was to be able to manage my children's prescriptions. Which you can't do. It's useless to me.

Strong-arming customers into using the app to get discounts for their rewards card. Messed up system, when you used to be able to just send the discount or reward to your card and be done. Now you have to have an app.

This app can be pretty helpful at times and remind you of extrabucks you didn't even know you had, but it can also say a prescription is ready for you, when it won't be for hours, so it has it's quirks. I still love CVS and will always be a member :)

Cannot shop from app! Whenever I try to add something to the cart nothing happens. This is so frustrating and I'm constantly having to reinstall the app to be able to use it to shop again.

The app is very easy to navigate through, I can access any of my ecb, deals, and coupons very easily. And my extra care card is right here at the touch of a button! I have had zero issues.

Not only is this app unusable on my phone it makes my phone extremely difficult to use. Opening the app gives me a black screen and it's impossible to exit the app. It keeps poping up as a black screen and did so TWELVE times while writing this. Only uninstalling fixed it.

I love shopping with CVS but unfortunately the app makes it difficult. It does not allow me to click on items to see description or purchase. I would say just to use the website, but it is wayyy too slow.

Website has some great functionality however there is no way to get help or report technical issues/bugs. Currently, there is no way to select the "state" when attempting to transfer from one pharmacy to CVS. The field drop down box doesn't work and it will not let you proceed without a state.

Use to work great. I could shop online, clip coupons, and manage meds. Now I unable to add anything to my cart, ( thus, can't shop unless on my laptop) and scan code has not been working at my local CVS. Please fix this.

Half the links don't work in-app... When you are developing an application based on a webpage, at least make the non-working buttons link to the CVS homepage. It's still a copout, but at least it's something. This is a multibillon dollar company with amateur mistakes...

Your website in inaccessible about 40% of the time. Can't see what prescriptions are available for refill, renewable or ready for pickup. For the last 3 days there is a pop up that claims site is inaccessible at this time. Not at all happy with this service

This app is horrible. It never works properly and the company doesn't care. With so many options, they need to improve this so it's simple to get my medications within the app without calling!

CVS and this app continually mess up my prescriptions. I have had to argue with them as well as my provider's staff because CVS continues to make mistakes. Do not use this app!!! The prescriptions listed in the app are always incorrect according to the script faxed over by provider.

Constantly getting annoying phone calls telling me that a prescription is due for a refill.... Have set the app for no phone notification, but they continue at all hours of the day. Will likely delete my CVS account and go back to walgreens.

It doesn't work. I'm all set up and yet it says I don't have and thing ready when i just got the text saying that I had prescriptions ready. Also says there's no user information, when I go into my account it's all there and correct.

The app has improved but still missing a place to load gift cards onto account so when checking out automatically takes gift cards, coupons, etc. off & then just paying balance. So far I only know of 1 app that has all of this & still so easy to use. Thanks.

When you hit shop and try to click on the item it doesn't work. You can search for things but not click on it to see description or to buy it. Use the app frequently and now can't.

I am so sick of this horrible server problem!!! It appears that most of the time your server is DOWN! Especially when you need it when a health professional asks if you are on any NEW meds? You need to add a shopping list for items that have a sale for in store purchases on your digital purchases. It would increase your sales due to forgetting to purchase some extra items with your coupons.

Ever since I started using the app, it keeps enrolling me in automatic refills without my permission and current prescriptions are often at the bottom of the list. I'll go back to calling.
