Technical support tem is damn bad. It is evident that they don't/cannot see the history and everybody is jumping to click on resolve without actually understanding the problem. They keep asking the information which is already in the ticket. Though I am enjoying the session, I have to rate this app low because of the technical support I am getting. Better to have technically capable team than a team who is looking to close tickets.

Your desktop version does not sync with the mobile app. Also, upon refresh or browser navigation my session is logged out. EDIT: As of this week the energy tracker has been consistently failing to track movements. It doesn't matter where I put it, it still constantly shows the out of range bar. This is a contrast to last week, where the tracker wasn't 100% effective but still would track most movement.

I'm a big fan of cult. The energy in a group class is highly electrifying and motivating! It gives a great opportunity to workout for a person like me who do not have the discipline and motivation to workout alone. They are also very flexible with the plans and pause days. I lost about 3 kgs so far and still going on.. I'm completely satisfied with my cult membership.

It's a really good app and you get access to the entire range of services at the tip of your fingers.... Though you need to use more than your fingers to actually benefit from the wide range of exercises,food,mind health options available. Get off your backsides and sign up.... The only thing that could be better is the energy tracker for live sessions. Other than that it's great. The crew behind this is awesome too. Very responsive.

The app is really good and well planned.. However I log in for live sessions but unfortunately the energy meter doesn't track at all.. It only shows out of frame... After innumerable attempts of re-installing and changing camera security settings no luck... Haven't heard from the team also after reaching out via email...

Content keeps loading but never plays . I am out of country that may be the reason but since I am on the 14days trail period I think it would be wise to let the content play atleast until then . Even the damn energy meter shows up but not the actual video .

Hi Cult team, Pretty much enjoying the app. Please also make sure that there are comprehensive 90 minute sessions which have both high intensity cardio and also strength training. Would be comprehensive and I don't have to look anywhere else for complete fitness. One drawback is, I've observed that it is very difficult to download a session. The download keeps stopping abruptly unless you make sure you don't switch to another app and make sure the device doesn't sleep. Maybe a bug or something.

Awesome trainers with bad customer service. I got a trial pack thru cred. While registering, the app showed that I can pause in between. When I tried to do so I couldn't find my pack listed anywhere. The customer service person expects a new customer to know that pause feature only start from 3 month package. Also, they didn't even try to understand the problem properly. Good I am saved because trainers are really good n motivated. But app n customer service are equally horrible.

Great app guys! However, 65mb is very heavy for a regularly used app..it wasn't installing though I had nearly 1 gb of phone memory. Please look into making it lighter, maybe in the 30mb range..
