App payments are broken. The app will charge your card, but never adds any funds to your balance. If you have auto-pay enabled, good luck.... the app was was able to charge my credit card 8 times in a matter of a few seconds before I was able to turn off auto pay. (Because the funds are not added, it processes transactions in an infinite loop)

Terrible app. Slow, repeatedly has to load data from somewhere, doesn't consistently connect to laundry machines through Bluetooth, demands your location data for some reason, and the function for requesting service for machines when they're out of order doesn't work. Ever since they upgraded my apartment's laundry machines to require this app, I've hated doing laundry. It is NOT the easiest way to do laundry. The easiest way was before they "upgraded" the machines.

Loaded up my account with ten dollars to apply to my daily laundry load. Scanned the QR code and entered the machine number, nothing occurred. Tried several times. Ended up using my credit card because I didn't have quarters! Ugh!!! I was looking for a better method for laundry machine payments due to losing too many quarters in the machines. There must be a better way? Help!

Glitchy. This is extremely inconvenient when trying to get laundry done while you can. Sometimes it loads and sometimes it doesn't. It also isn't accurate to the machines time at all. It says the machine is done, but in reality it's still running for another 15 minutes. As of right now the app isn't even responding.

Love, love, love this app! Very convenient for a busy individual on the go. It lets you know how many available machines there are. Sends you an alert to let you know your clothes are done. Also u can extra time to the dryer if u want more time. Im talking about u can be at home and add time. I have very few compliants. Sometimes, I have problems connecting to the machines.

Absolutely terrible app never works what a horrible update. I never write reviews but please know your app is just awful. Edit: They had all day to fix this app and didn't do a thing, what an absolute joke. I used to hate getting quarters to do laundry, but you know what never let me down, ol George Washington. He couldn't tell a lie and I wont either: This app is the worst. UPDATE 08.27.201 They somehow managed to break their app again, I'm not certain who I hate more my landlord or these devs

Well it happened again, app worked to start washer, but the app froze, when i tried to start drier. Had to get quarters to finish. Whats the point of your service, if it dont work... Its cool, but sux when app won't work. It worked to start washer, but froze to start driers. Restarted phone, deleted and reinstalled app, still froze... Had to go get coins to finish laundry...

Works most of the time. Once it wouldn't scan the QR code, once in a while it doesn't tell you when your load is done, sometimes it can't connect to the network, it always says machines are all open when they aren't. But it does beat having to use quarters all the time.

So frustrating and inconsistent! I have to restart my entire phone about 70% of the time when I use this app. It simply gives me a message that it can't start the washer and/or dryer. So, I have to restart my phone to get the thing to work correctly, even when I have my Bluetooth on and there's nothing wrong on my end. Wish this company could make an app that works. This was supposed to make my life easier, not more frustrating

This app only works half of the time. It currently will not let me sign in. It doesn't update the room accurately. Very unreliable. Will work just fine when you wash your clothes but will freeze up when you need to dry them. I have bee currently waiting 20 minutes so far to dry my clothes. They ask for feedback constantly but then nothing changes or gets fixed with the app.
