Update fixed the issues below and now contains lots of useful information and tips on the resort and how to get the most out of your holiday....(original comments:..... Doesn't recognise booking details. Continuing without booking reference brings up a blank page. Help function brings up a blank page. No functionality available at all.)

OK for somethings, not for others. Resort map is good. Ski tracking is useless and wildly inaccurate (skiing at 1500mph!), apparently this was like this last year as well. The app was not updated with rep information or contacts, our rep didn't give us a number or let us know when the return bus was, had to call UK booking line to find out.

This App is Junk. There is a section for boarding passes which does not work, the meet the team part does not work. For me the most frustrating bit is that the pick up time is no where to be found. Come on Crystal if you are going to produce something make it pratical and usable.

APP was fine until the "upgrade", now it won't open at all! Crashes every time, I have restarted the device and reinstalled the App from scratch... Still broken. A pity as before it was "improved" it was good.

Generally pretty useful. Does the ski tracker actually work accurately? The distance supposedly covered seemed very high, but difficult to confirm the actual distance. However the peak speed of 100 km/h - I wish. A shame because the tracker is a nice function.

Good pre hols. The info re lifts and snow when in resort are incorrect. It doesn't track your skiing anything like accurately. great app for reading up about your resort etc before flying out. Dont use for any real time info.
