I thought it was me being stupid. But i have had similar issues like all reviews below. There has NEVER been a single instance when i have logged in without incident. One of the worst if not the worst app i have ever encountered.

Since signing up to this I've had problem after problem after problem . Logging in, passwords app not working properly. Re downloading re registering .just nothing working correctly now seem to have access and it clearly states apply for loans through the app and no where does it allow you to do this !! I cannot imagine that there is a worse internet page or app out there that would leave members extremely frustrated and unable to do what they want to do !!!

Terrible app. Very unintuitive to use. Completely inaccessible. A lot of the text is unreadable due to the poor contrast of the text against the background. Requires you to remember your membership number to use. No 2FA. Uses knowledge based questions which are a joke. Seriously, this is just about the worst banking app I have ever used.

voyager has become an absolute joke. cant access my money. no answer on the phone and 3 day wait for email replies. and the app doesn't log in most of the time. closing my account and suggest you do the same.

Terrible app, cant get into it, wont let me register, the old app was much much better, if i could give this one a minus points i would but then there wouldnt be enough numbers, terrible app, transfering my savings at this rate as they dont answer the phone either when you need to get hold of someone...

All I want to do is see how much money I have in my savings account. I have tried to install the "new" app but to no avail. Just keeps saying 'internal error'. Since VACU became an online service it has had more problems than anything else. Accessing your hard earned cash is becoming almost impossible

The most useless app on the planet, at this modern world app are made to make life easier and not to confused. It's toke me ages to set up my account and every time l want to log in its block.. one has to read the 100 pages terms and conditions all the time. Who actually created this up?????

Absolutely shocking accessing you money is impossible apparently i keep forgetting my password and have to call to reset it which is a challenge inits self and when you do get logged in on the new password and try putting your new one in it says password already used im pulling my account when I can eventually get hold of someone

If you have an account take your money out and close it. The only access to your money is through this app and it never works. Communication takes forever its honestly useless. 1 star is far to many
