I am glad this app exists so I can check my bank balances, transfer, and deposit checks (which is a SUPER nice feature). There are some limitations on the accuracy of the information. I guess I have learned the hard way (as you do) that the balance isn't always what is showing.

Everytime I try to sign in I have an issue with my password and with the time difference, customer service is closed. It shouldn't be this hard to get to my finances. (Check back in 18 hours is too late some times) Besides that, customer service is always exceptional, and the site is fairly easy to navigate.

I enjoy the amount of data that is available on the app. However, it is so slow to login and move between pages. It also displays a list of options but each user doesn't have access to each option. If you don't have access it still displays and is then grayed out so you cannot use it. Why even show it? It does not feel like it's mine. It feels like a one-size-fits-all but it doesn't really "fit".

I attempted to lock my bank card using the app but that feature isn't currently working. They also don't have the ability to report your card lost or stolen using the app. I just kept getting error messages

Unable to recieve text messages when account activities even though I've signed up for text alerts. Spoke with local ORD branch but they didn't know either.

12/27/18 Very helpful when it works. Sadly, more times than not, it doesn't work. I tried making a deposit with the app, and before I could finish, it logged me out. I tried getting back to the deposit page 3 more times and it logged me out every time. This has broken my phone twice now, to where I had to do a full system wipe. Most of the time, it logs me out seconds after I log in. I don't know what's wrong, there's no error message. I hope this gets fixed.
