Rules of play: An eight may be played regardless of suit previously played as it is wild. After an eight is played the player must choose a suit... 3 times my play was passed because I had no matching card to play. What? It's an 8! Uninstalling!!!!!

If an 8 is supposed to be wild and can play in any card why is it making me pick a card when I don't have the matching suit instead of letting me play and use the 8?
