I was on the verge of giving this 5 stars because it seemed legit and I had built up some money. However, I forgot my password and whenever I type my email to get a email link to reset it nothing happens. I get no email. Wouldn't be so mad if I didn't have cash back built up! Other than that it seemed like it was good.

I like the rebate thing but really wish you hadn't removed access to looking up what printable coupons were available! The app was the only way to search to see if there was a coupon for a specific item or brand! Please bring that back! If you add that back this app definitely gets 5*! *Edit: It takes a WEEK to see if you are approved! Also you have to do it before your purchase. Save yourself a headache & just use Ibotta. Also if an item is on sale your rebate will be denied! 😡

Frustrated! I have no trouble printing from any of my devices, on any other site. But this site is a massive pain! I clip my printable coupons and send them to the printer. One of two things happens, either it won't print and it'll just keep thinking. Or it will print off my list and not the coupons! And we all know that if it doesn't work the first time you aren't going to get a second chance!

I have been a long time user of this app but ever since they took over Savings Star I have had nothing but problems receiving my payouts. When contacting customer support, I need to resubmit everything and when I indicate this s a recurring problem there is no support or desire to correct the issue. Compared to other rebate apps, this one is not worth the time, memory space or battery usage on my phone.

I don't see trending coupons. This feature was there before the update. I also miss the option to look at all the coupons at once. That option was also there before the update. In addition, I miss being able to print my coupons from my phone! I like having that option, because I am rarely by my laptop!! Please bring these options back!! This app will not upload my receipt. I get an error message!!!🤬🤬

I only used this app a few times, got cash back, then I realized the last couple of times that I used it, I didn't get the payout so I reached out to them and was told my account had been suspended after invalid receipt which I was never communicated with previously. This is a lie. I always make sure the apps I use and the products I purchase are correct and mark on my grocery list which app it is so I don't make an error. This app is pointless. No communication and can suspend you.

Poor customer service. Make sure you activate all offers the day before you plan to shop for the item because if there is any timing glitch with your activation or you forget to activate a deal until 3 seconds after you make a purchase, or if you clicked it but it doesn't take, or you thought you did but you didn't, etc. they have ZERO leniency. Literally down to the second. In store customer service desks have far more grace than this app. Stick to paper.

The coupon often doesn't apply to the goods purchased even though they appear to match the fine print shown. There needs to be a method to scan the upc to verify, before purchase, that the item qualifies.

It would be great if I didn't have to submit receipts for Winn Dixie, Publix and Target I often don't have the time to scan receipts. Other apps link automatically to my cards.
