Es una herramienta que el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social ha rediseñado, basado en el App CoronApp, para que todos los servicios estén a la mano de los ciudadanos.
Cada ciudadano residente en Colombia tendrá un perfil específico dependiendo de los registros que tenga  el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social. Esta información es totalmente dinámica,  personalizada y protegida. 
Los ciudadanos conocerán las Rutas de Prevención de enfermedades, mediante la interacción de información de los sistemas de información del Ministerio. Podrán informarse sobre los procedimientos que deben realizarse según su edad, el género y las comorbilidades que pueda presentar.
