App is useless at this time. Recently had new home built and automation installed and setup to be run thru Control4. Unfortunately if you don't have an iPhone the app is not compatible with Android or other platforms. Continues to ask for an update to OS 3, but won't allow the update due to not being available. Will this ever be resolved.

This app works well when connected however it doesnt connect well with my network, all other devices apps work well with my network, I'm very disappointed in the control 4 system as a whole, it's very difficult for anyone else to use it in my home, everyone gets frustrated just trying to work the TV surround system... I should have just installed good old fashioned sound bars with my T V's because they always work and I can stream music through via Bluetooth easily

Pretty clunky and slow. Issue: when choosing to listen to Pandora through the Control 4 app while already listening on the Pandora app, it opens a new instance of Pandora instead of pulling the stream from the app (like Spotify does). You can have the same Pandora station playing one song on your phone and another through the Control 4 system at the same time. Very annoying.

This app worked fine for about a year. Now it won't connect and it's basically wanting me to pay for a subscription to 4sight I don't want and I don't need, or upgrade my equipment which is another thing I don't want. What happened and why's it no longer connecting... my computers and remote connect just fine.

Video Overview button, on the first screen, is broken. The button acts as if it's been clicked, but does not go anywhere.

Very complicated No one can use but me. Remote doesnt work at all. Cant make any changes or fixes. Must contact Control 4 dealer. Guy who installed it sold me obsolete components he had in inventory. He doesn't respond at all. Contacted other dealers. They all want me to spend thousands upgrading and all it is is a whole house music system. New dealer was going to sell me a system that wont connect to Spotify which is my main go to.

All the negative reviews I have been reading seem to be user error or just lack of understanding how the app works. I have had zero crashes and app works perfectly fine.

Terrible So frutrating. Switched from iOS to Android. Now it keeps wanting an advanced security password. It saves it then does nothing!
