O.k. Better. V. 7.7.3 at least fixed the comm problem. I rarely have problems with this app. When there is an issue, for me, it comes at a time when I need to make a payment. I guess patience is a necessary requirement with most apps including this one. Carry on!

Problem; comviq app/Bankid work for the worst possible way (that is comviq apk won't allow you to open it within window/in a same session. when you have identified you then that's it; going back to comviq you notice that you are not inlogged though you did that for the bank(and not for comviq); nothing has been done with comviq- inlogg(will start again and there you go again.. it is endless cycle). it has been that way for a a long time now .. why's that? fix it?

The support takes over one hour when they clearly say 40-50 min and after all the waiting when I get in contact with support sometimes it hangs up or I don't get my issue resolved. They even changed the price from 145 kr/m to 175 kr/m without my permission and there is nowhere for me to be able to change it. If this lasts longer, I will quit. In a simplified way, this company is a big SCAM!

Worthless company, with completely incompetent customer service. They'll do everything in their power to trick you into NOT returning a faulty product (while asking you to "wait for updates") until the return policy is no longer valid. No matter how many times you call their support and send back the product, they'll keep returning it to you and pretent like there's been some type of "misunderstanding".

Always need to keep logging into the widget to see balance. What's the point of having a widget for quick viewing if it always requires logging into the app to actually see anything?

I had no problems with the app until the last update. Now the app refuses to even open; it constantly crashes on startup. I've tried restarting the phone, restarting the app, clearing the cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling, and whatever combination of the previous that I could think of, but it just won't work. The app is completely useless now. I have a Samsung Galaxy 10 Lite. Edit: the latest update on the app occurred on 4 June, which is the same update giving me issues.

Ever since I left my review it has only gotten worse. The app still won't let me access it, but now they're shutting my data off 3-4 times a day, and I have to restart my phone to fix it. I have paid my dues, and the connection is not the problem. Comviq is a scam and should be recognized as such.

Nothing works after the update. It doesn't couple with bankID it just says try again later, i can't even reach customer support because of this. It won't find my email. I've been a user for 2yrs now but this is ridiculous. And yes I tried reinstalling but now I'm completely locked out because it can't my email.
