Nice idea, bad implementation and horrible performance. The phone lags when the company portal is active. Email is also very laggy, having to wait a few seconds to actually see the email body after selecting it. Sometimes it just remains blank. Teams is probably the worst chat application you can use on Android, notifications (not new, but the chat history from the Windows machine) take 10 minute to arrive, one at a time. When opening the app from the notifications it's blank. Hate it.

Same issues since the Android security update on 10/13/21 (pwd must be at least 4 digits, mine is). Tried deactivating, uninstalling, clear cache, etc. S/w Samsung (response - not our problem). Emailed dev contact from Google Play info and bounced back (that is one way to ignore problems). Company IT opened a support ticket with MS and heard back once in 2+ weeks (issue still not resolved). Lack of transparency/acknowledgement of this issue and lack of a fix is ridiculous.

It is not working after latest update claiming wrongly that I need to use a password longer than 4 characters, even I have much longer than 4 characters. Many people complained about this issue and developers silence is defining. If your update is not working, reverse back to prior version until fixing it, if you do not have a solution for your mistake, it is pathetic.

I had a major headache after the latest update. Seems like I wasn't the only one struggling after several password changes, yet still getting the same security issue prompt. I finally figured out the issue, when I checked my Samsung account. I tried changing the password and reinstalled this app. My issue's finally fixed!

Now it all makes sense... I now know it's the Android 11update (I have 2 galaxy note phones ) - older note 8 is back up on A. 9 version works fine.. Phew, still can use M365. Newer note 10 is on A. 11 - stopped functioning properly. Same reason as others on here. I have spent hours and hours trying to sort this. I feel that it was totally avoidable, and wondering who do I sue for wasting my valuable time. There is a high level contact in Samsung or MS hiding ... Intune it certainly is Not!

Latest update locked me out of Outlook and Teams, citing a password requirement that it seems unable to check (4 characters required, I'm well over that). Can't uninstall without deactivating, can't deactivate to uninstall, even after uninstalling Outlook and Teams. Overall, not a great experience of late, though before it just did what it was supposed to without any trouble or bother to me.

Like others, I can no longer access emails due to my password needing to be at least 6 digits. My password exceeds this and yet it still won't work. Doesn't look as though the issue is being resolved or a response to the issue being issued.

This app does not recognize the phone on which is installed And tryes to reinstall. It does not work and so on my device is in limbo status...

Update: in the web portal page, removed the device, uninstall Company Portal, look for the apknof the previous version of the latest update. download and reinstall, add your device to company portal and viola, I have regained acvess to company resources on my Android. DO NOT auto-update this app unless Microsoft fully resolve the issue. seems latest update broke the app. I cannot access company Teams and Outlook as my > 4 character password is still not long enough. Any resolution?

Frustrated. I also got a message that I needed to update password to meet policy. I have a 14 digit pw as required. I too uninstalled and reinstalled. My company Support desk can't figure our what the issue is. Working under a "grace" period for now. Never had an issue until the last update.
