Reviews From google play store

Fails to connect to corporate network after reinstall wiped phone still stuck check device details never stops. The configured Wi-Fi drops all the time. Can fail completely if phone locked or off for 24 hours . Chr king device settings can take half an hour and sometimes never stops.

I don't like the fact this app will be forcing us to only use outlook as the email app instead of the native email app on the phone. I don't understand why Microsoft is making this type of change it is Microsofts fault for the huge inconvenience and of course it only affects Android devices which also prevents the app from sharing contact info so I won't even be able to use my work contacts to text this is such a backwards type of move and Microsoft just lost a lot of respect from Android users

Horrible apps that hangs and crashes all the time with ANR's. Looks like they release this garbage without any testing. I can't use Outlook for three days by now and it has a huge and negative business impact.

Required to use this app by my company to secure Outlook & other Office apps on my Pixel 4. Unfortunately this app doesn't use the modern Android biometrics APIs, so only fingerprint unlocks - which the Pixel doesn't have/has replaced with Face Unlock - will work. This leaves me having to enter my PIN continuously to get into Outlook, which is infuriating. The updated API has been out for over a year and isn't specific to the Pixel. When is Microsoft going to update this app accordingly???

I have installed the new checkin app but still i get the notification from company portal app to install the old checkin app. Installing that opening it again redirects me to the checkin app in the play store. Really irritating...

Very buggy, untested, and unreliable. The app is as bad as Mobile Iron. I have to sign in with my password every single time and half the time, the app just doesn't open and freezes on a black screen and doesn't do anything.

2 weeks ago it's started to either - not show email body, reboot my phone everytime I get a work email, or ask me to fix security settings that are already correct. Uninstall and install works for a little while, but issues come back eventually.

Everytime I need to log into work stuff it prompts me to register my device. Have to keep deleting profile and re-adding. What is going on!! What an unintuitive process this is

gets stuck and then claims company portal isnt setup. i guess this isnt included with Microsoft365 Business Subscription and if it is ...well .. then this 1 star is perfectly correct!

Tried to set up my work email in Outlook, which uses this app to protect data. It kept going in a loop and asking me to enable and set up my work profile. Never got it to work. This sucks!
