    Even though I'm logged on in the app, anytime I want to view anything like my monthly bill I have to "log on". But it never accepts my password or username and eventually locks me out of the app. Then I have to wait 24 hours for the system to be unlocked just for me to be locked out again for looking at my bill or trying to view different services. I was double charged today for my bill and I've been trying for an hour to look online but have come up w/ nothing. Frustrated.

    This app is almost as terrible as Xfinity WiFi. It never lets me log in easily. It always gives me an error message and then I have to sign out and sign in again. Mostly, I only use it to restart my modem 5 million times a day in an effort to make our WiFi work better. It never actually helps because Xfinity WiFi just sucks, and that's all there is to it. I can't even run one device on my WiFi without it crashing randomly and being extremely slow. Not even ONE device. XFINITY IS TRASH!!!

    app hasn't worked in months. i was on the phone with comcast a few weeks ago for an unrelated issue and they mentioned i should try it out because it was "just so convenient!" (she didn't know i already had it). the woman on the phone seemed confused when i told her it hasnt worked in a long time. I have uninstalled and redownloaded several times. This app is about as useful as comcast customer service. Update: been about 2 years total since i was able to access this app. Its absolutely useless

    This app used to work great. Now I can't sign in. It keeps sending me codes via texts on my cell phone, which I can't input, because there is no input field. So I try using the Xfinity Assistant, which is useless. It doesn't provide the assistance I need and when I try and tell it that, it tells me to follow the prompts. But the prompts are not relevant to my needs. There is no option for "none of the above". It's useless. They are trying to be secure, but they have made the app useless.

    Never works the way its supposed to. Every single time I open it, it automatically defaults to an error and I have to click "sign out" first, then sign back in. And it doesn't matter how many times I've clicked on "remember this device", I encounter the same issue every time. I only use the app to pay my bill. So, its even more insulting that I have to jump thru so many damn hoops to pay them. One of the biggest corps in the world and they can't get a damn app to work right.

    The app features are a placebo to make the user feel a sense of control. I've had the same connection issues over the last few months using two different modems provided by xfinity. App says there is no issue on their end, claiming restarting will fix the issue. In reality, because it takes the modern 5 minutes to restart (for no apparent reason), they are hoping the issues on their end get fixed by the time the modern restarts. I would go on, but hit my character limit.

    Sign-in is broken if you don't remember your password. Tapping 'Get Help' for forgotten passwords pops up the same sign-in failure text box while loading the password reset options behind it. However, once you tap 'ok' in said text box, the reset password page unloads and you are returned to the sign-in page without an opportunity to actually reset said password. I also receive a password reset token via text, but it is useless considering I am unable to interact with the password reset page.

    Always asks me to log out/in before asking to choose which service (only have one but still has my old address for some reason) then when I try to see why my internet is out again (goes out at least 2 times a day) it'll just say it cant connect to modem but everything's fine on their end?? I'll unplug, check wires, move to different cable outlets and it still wont help. The app is worthless. Honestly the free flex box and free subscription to peacock is just not worth it anymore. I'm switching.

    Every time I open the app it says there's an error and I have to log out and back in again to get it to work. Between that and Comcast constantly taking my service down for "routine maintenance", I'm about ready to switch to another provider. I should not be penalized on an almost daily basis just because I'm up past midnight!!!

    This app is constantly updating. Everytime i go to use it there's another update. Its a regular occurrence. This time after the 9/30/20 update I'm now locked out of my account. Also I keep being billed automatically out of sync with my due date which is causing problems. I suggest not opting into the auto pay option for this reason. This app SUCKS.

    This app doesn't get it. I just changed my password that I did not forget and it still says it is incorrect. If I waited for the auto pay I wouldn't have to through this every few months. This app cancels out my password saver too. Even copying and pasting my correct password will not work. I am not happy with this app now.

    Terrible. Everytime I contact xfinity I always have to change my password, I use chat and am disconnected. They said my basic package would go up 10.00 it went up 20.00. when you talk to them on chat they all use the same text back. So if you lost your job and your car they say they're sorry and the next thing out of their mouth is when can you pay your bill they all say the same exact thing they don't care at all. They told me I would get a new box I never got the new box I just got the $20 up$

The app still sucks and once again had to update it to do anything. You know for a multi-billion dollar communications company, you sure give the impression that this is your first week in business.

    features on this app seem to work when they want to. the xfi pods feature on this app at the time of this review isnt working. i click the link to troubleshoot the xfi pods (that constantly go offline) and nothing happens. i click remove the pods links to redo the connection and nothing happens. this app constantly has features that dont work as advertised.

It is a mobile phone, of course it has a web browser, 4 of them and it still doesn't work. I can't access my account whatsoever at this point. Please fix!

    Keeps saying can't connect to modem & when it can, won't let me reset it. Says something went wrong. Also, why can't I take screenshots of my usage meter? How has the meter been improved & more accurate if it's STILL not showing the last 24 hours. BS app & service. Xfinity/Comcast monopoly sucks & could shove it if there was another feasible option. They have us by the short & curlies. Was promised a deal when called C/S & told it would be notated & later told no such thing existed or possible.

    It's alright, but geared to handle only the most rudimentary requests. And upgrading services is far more difficult than it should be. And the prices for such are very deceptively labeled! To the tune of 15-20 dollars more than advertised.

    The app is no different than logging into the mobile website. There is a screen shot for appointment management however that feature is non existenant in the app. Being that is the main reason I downloaded it and was told to do so by a Comcast representative, I'm rating this one star.

    Have been using my internet for 2 days now, but the app still wants me to activate the service. How many times do I have to activate through you guys? I've already done it twice. I can't even control my network because every time I close the app and reopen it, it asked me to reactivate my internet service. It's really pissing me off.

Terrible app. Definitely not my phone or internets problem either. Just a embarrassing app for a huge company that's important for controlling your account and vital info.

    App security permissions will NOT permit the user to take a screenshot of the outage map. This is totally wrong. I am so tired of struggling with Customer Service. Corporations are completely out of control, and we are no longer customers. Instead, we are just consumers that have to jump through "hoops of fire" just to report an outage and then are told that there is not a neighborhood outage by someone sitting in a call center on the other side of the world...

    Worthless App - doesn't sync with devices - shows not connected when they're up and running. Finding areas/sections/navigation of the app to complete tasks is poorly implemented. Current billing information is incorrect. A very frustrating and WORTHLESS app to use.

    This is a useful app but it's been historically painful to use whenever you reset your passwords. It ports certain part from their website and the app and ported sections do not always sync properly. I wish they just kept all screen native tot he app and got rid of the porting.

    sick and tired of "Updates" Once a month I fire up the app to pay my Comcast bill and almost every time it tells me it's outdated and I need to update. I might as well uninstall the app and just go to the Xfinity web page. Poorly written apps need updates.

    Can't view bill history. Pops up error "can't sign in" while it continues to sign in in the background and send an Authenticator push. After approving the push, closing the error message logs you out again and puts you in an endless loop.

    Literally can't log in to access any info. I use 2FA and have to get a code when logging in, but it just refuses to log me in and take me to that 2FA screen after inputting my password, and therefore makes the app relatively useless.

    Chat option does NOT WORK. They are super evasive about giving out a customer service number now but you can't "chat with an agent" like the app and voice bot when you call customer service tells you to so. Absolute garbage

    Spanish is not primary when most in America speak English I have to change to English everytime I try to use my email and voicemail..this app needs user settings in profile..I speak english and have to translate to use my account..

    My acc app worked perfectly then some women put me on hold while I was cancelling service .Since then I had to update my account and it stopped working .You might think your delay will change my mind but you will not get another increase on my monthly billing instead we will part ways .not even an a for effort who ever put me on hold sucks and I hope you know who it was who last talked to me but didnt want to do their job so they screwed me instead your loss customers like me are hard to find .

    Super easy to install service myself thus getting the $100 installation fee waved. It literally took me less than 30 minutes. The internet is crazy fast, I'm downloading games on my Xbox at <260 mbs. That means I get a 100 gigabyte game in less than an hour where as before it would take literal days. Then when I got my first bill it was exactly what they said it was going to be and I mean to the penny. What is going on here this never happens, I'm waiting for someone to pinch me and wake me up.

    Sick of Xfinity. Like everyday there service is out being repaired of having some sorts of issues. Not to mention the service technician came out today and took off before finishing up and been without wifi all day. He left long before business hours and then they make it so hard to get in contact with an agent. Think I'm done with Xfinity 🤬🤬🤬
