Gets stuck on update...Shows PENDING.. Uninstalled the app, reatarted phone, tried ti install and have the same problem. Called 123 customer support and waited a so long hearing recordings of being busy... the system disconnected me. I have Galaxy Note 8

I use this App mainly for paying bills, and the constant updates I have to go through is pretty abnormal and annoying (and the updates are always compulsory???). Even other Apps that I use such as for banking/credit card/other communication services don't have that many updates. Hope there'll be improvements in the future.

Please be careful with this fraud! I went to Taiwan for 9 months so needed a Taiwanese phone number. I chose T-star becaus it was “cheap”. At the store I had to subscribe for at least 1 year. The seller told me I also had the option (which I took) to end 3 months earlier if I just pay 600ntd and it will end automatically. Now I have left Taiwan for 4 months, they have sent a letter to my friend in Taiwan to pay a huge fine. They take advantage of foreigners.
