Nothing work properly on Sprint Network. My Samsung Galaxy A50 from Sprint is set to Auto network, and it is so stupid because it doesn't work when I travel from city to another city :) When I am home, I can barely make phone calls or be heard, so I use WhatsApp fo calling my family. Lame network and cellphone.

Isn't working on Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus webpage not available net::ERR_CLEARTEXT_NOT_PERMITTED I have had all iterations of the magic box. my Gen 2 failed and I was sent a Magic Box Gold. Was going to use ethernet backhaul but that doesn't work, wifi backhaul gives me a limited connection error (it shouldn't) and so I figured I would give this app a try before i just tossed the box in the same spot as before. I'm willing to try again since I work for you. App up to date as of 03/20/2019.

It flat out doesn't do anything correct. And no matter where I am at in the town, county, or state, it says a cell tower is 1.58 miles away. Which I know is not true in relation to where I live. There are two sprint towers near me and I know their locations and the arrow never points towards either one of them. Sprint in general is horrible, and if I didn't still owe money on my device I'd switch to verizon in a heart beat. Sprint should just give up and close their doors.

box is already set up. our 2 devices REFUSE to connect to the box, more often than not. box is set up in the ONLY area we can put it, that gets a 'good' signal (no excellent ANYWHERE in our house, despite nearest tower being 1.4 miles away!.) as it's to large to put anywhere else, without being at risk of being broken, or becoming an eyesore. box when first set up, had steller speeds. then after 3 days, REFUSED to lock to a 4glte signal. also App has to be forced closed. no exit option!

Just like everything else being a disappointment with being with Sprint, this app is a waste. I attempted to go through the steps of setting up my Magic Box, but it keep giving an error message. I've tried several times now and still the same outcome. Y'all can save this mess right here! Ugh I'm so damn over Sprint! The worst!!!!

Magic box will not go beyond 39% within first phase of set-up. Apparently it can not locate a tower. (Code 30) I thought that this device was supposed to improve quality, not further demoralize and have long time Sprint customers asking "Why". The merger has made my Note 9 rather useless in my area for Data consumption. Well played. I believe that it is time to move on to a different carrier.

This app and that box are a reminder of how much time and energy I have wasted on 19 years as a Sprint customer trying to get Sprint to improve the service they provide to me. The box is worthless and does not connect to my phone. The app is no better than a number of tools out there and does nothing to remediate a problem other than repeating the same failed process.

New to Sprint and very unhappy. Recently switched to Sprint from Verizon and have had nothing but issues sense, and now this new "magic box" that the app wont let you finish setup. It wont run the speed test just keeps saying unavailable even after reinstalling the app. Also while connected to the "magic box" I have no internet which I bet is due to unable to finish install. fix your app.

Well, when I first plugged in and set up, which was 2 days ago, Signal Strength was GOOD. Then, I saw the AD for this App. Well, IT worked until I go to TEST. Each time I select TEST HERE, I am prompted to TURN OFF WIFI. Well, I do not have/use WiFi. I have an unlimited data plan; which by the way worked Splendidly until a week ago, UNTIL GLOBAL 5G started being implemented. Now, Le IN TER NET IS SLLOOOWWWWW like never before! ALL MY APPS on my New Ipad Pro 11 are To Slow +Samsung Galaxy 9Edge!

I've been with Sprint for over 10 years and their customer service has been helpful, warm, friendly, and professional from day one. Any issue or problem was addressed and resolved quite quickly. I am currently having a problem with the Magic Box and will be contacting Sprint shortly. Will update review after speaking to someone in customer service.
