Horribly broken app. Everything is based on text messages but messages never reach foreign phone numbers. And it is next to impossible to change phone number. You are doomed if you will switch to a local SIM card - they will ask to mail notary certification or whatever nonsense. Driver licenses are rejected at random. So whatever you try to do, you need to call and ask live person to do it manually. At least they are responsive by phone. But do not expect timely response by email, it is hopeless. I can't imagine how people in XXI century imagine they can do online business with broken software. No surprise they got hacked. Kindergarten style marketing would be fine & playful if the things would work but now they have a playground with broken toys which is just annoying. Never managed to get an actual car from them - by the the time I went through multi-day setup hassle I didn't needed it.

good convenient app, i wish they would allow for currency conversion instead of displaying current balance only in euros. Also they should expand their FAQ section, i had to call multiple times to clarify some things.

All in all it's a good app but it's really annoying that Turkish driver's licenses are not a accepted.

The worst thing is that the App quite often laggs, crashes, sometimes I need to refresh the phone to be able to open it up. It especially plays on the nerves when you need to end the drive and you can't because of the black screen (and of course you're charged more because you're not ending the trip). And don't blame the internet or whatever connection - other Apps on the same phone and same internet work much better.

CityBee services price a little bit to high for Lithuanian market. Also have some unsolved safety and juridical questions. Which I hope to see solved in near future. But in general nice to have this kind of service in my country. I think it worth 3.5 stars.

Oftenly logs out from your profile when You want to end your drive. While you try to log back in it, it still counts the time. Once for me it was not even possible to end the drive although the car was parked in the right zone, timer was countinuing counting the fee, I had to wait another 15 min till someone from the service provider answered the 24/7 hotline and in the end I still had to pay extra.

Couldnt save driving licence wouldnt accept. Now cant even open the app. Reset link sent to email brings you to download page.

As an application user You may not know that they have separate system for each county. And if you add money to app wallet in one country it won't be used to pay for trip and at some point it will disappear from your wallet, once you are back to your county. Also it took a long time and multiple calls with support, horrendous amount of emails to get money back. App itself is easy to use and is a good car rental solution if actual issue resolving process will be improved.

App works mostly fine, but it has different systems in different countries which for some reasons are not synced and is almost impossible to use in other country. Also you need to wait a lot of time to get in touch with the customer support.

Service is good, app is terrible - as mentioned by someone before, it sometimes logs out of account just before ending the ride and the time keeps being counted. Trying to bzzz couple of cents more, really?
